Not a great experience. My order was rescheduled the day before I was supposed to have picked it up. When I asked whether any of their other branches had the currency I was looking for the teller said honestly my best advice is to just get it in the country youre going to. Mine would be to place your order elsewhere.

I showed up at 11:00 am. (The time posted on all signs) Waited 35 min for employee to show up. When she did show up she was not apologetic for being 35 MIN late. i will go somewhere else in future.

I have been using this service for many years and have always had great service. When calling to check on available currency, they always offer to hold the funds for me so it there when I arrive. The transactions are fast.

This is the first time Ive been here and Aaminah Took care of me. She looked at the currency I had and explained about what she could take and what she couldnt because they werent good anymore. I think she was very honest with me and very fair. I would definitely come back here again. I like the convenience but sometimes the associates are a bit standoffish. I always feel like I am being ripped off during the conversion process but what can you do.

Came back here because of the good experience I had the first time. Now Im never coming back. Count your currency right in front of them otherwise they will give you a lesser count of what you initially brought in.

Please do your math before going here they will rip you off save your money and order threw your bank the sales rep told my uncle I can give you 20 mexican pesos for 5 us dollars the rate currently is 19.4 mexican pesos per us dollar thats a huge rip off!!! P.S. they do not honor their online price in store

I arrived 15 minutes before they opened. Staff advised me they couldnt help me for another 30 minutes. I left, wasted an hour and gas. Much better to use ATMs abroad.

The place to exchange euros

Tried to exchange 2 100 bills euros after a trip I took....said one had a tiny tear and cant take it cause it must be resold...to who? Someone displaying them in a museum? Ill go elsewhere

I came in for a quick exchange. I was told they are closed for another 30minutes due to shift change 😳🤔. Never experienced that before. Of course, both employees were sitting and chatting not busy with anything. Horrible!

Horrible service. RUDE Closed early, other location was not operating. Called customer service and was told a bunch of garbage and then the incompetent idiot hung up the phone. Do not use this place.
