I thought they were very cool at first until I received my product my hat came in the plastic package that had the front of my hat dented in bad and i took pictures and my lettering and my embroidery is not right Im waiting on a new hat or a refund and havent got a response yet after the first one saying Ill get a new hat then I waited a month for one hat, two shirts, and a hoodie even though they were doing a event I still waited a month* for five items I feel like my race has something to do with it where I just didnt get attended to about what I had going on in a small order I wanted to do big business and Im not I was working on my clothing line and definitely had a big order for them Ill pass

Disappointed. I ordered 2 shirts for a benefit and never received any sort of acknowledgement that they were done and could be picked up. I only received a confirmation email when I ordered them.I emailed them 2 days before the event when I asked my sister in law about not hearing anything and she told me she recieved an email saying she could pick up hers.I was told they could be picked up anytime when they got back to me via email after I contacted them. Unfortunately my husband and I were not able to make it there because of our work hours and are not able to wear the shirts to the benefit.

We had long sleeved t-shirts printed and the process was a breeze and the turn around time was short and met the deadline. I did all the ordering and file sending over the phone and internet and had someone else pick up the shirts and they were perfect. I appreciate good customer service.

Theyve always been very prompt with service and the prices are very reasonable. A bit hard to find if you dont already know exactly where it is though.

I have used pretty much every shirt place in the Twin Ports over the past 16 years as a coach and race director and was unhappy and frustrated with all of them until I found Tina and Savannah at Shirts Unlimited! Wow...! They make it easy! I put on three events every year and they have supplied me with the shirts for them for at least 5 years. Savannah is outstanding to work with on graphics ! She is extremely responsive and does excellent work. I put my order in on a Monday and typically have the shirts by Wed or Thursday!! With other shops it would take up to 3 weeks sometimes!! They do it right too...!! The quality is great, they always do it like I wanted it ! I have also done some smaller orders and those were outstanding too! Go here...dont waste your time and get frustrated with the others in the Twin Ports...these ladies do it right!

Both my kids play hockey and we buy ALOT of stuff from their store and also have a ton of stuff custom made... their work & quality is always amazing! They are fast at the custom work, I’ve never had anything personalized not be done in the time that I requested! Super reasonable prices on their apparel and custom jobs! Customer service is always A+! I haven’t gone anywhere else sinice coming here & I’ve never had them tell me they couldn’t do something I requested, so I have no reason to go elsewhere! Great place!!
