I cant say enough great things about the Coulter Nissan Parts Dept. I know ordering something as simple as a drivers side mirror is minor but when you order the wrong parts, call them last minute and they correct the mistake for you not once but twice, and do it with friendliness and patience, it makes all the difference in the world. I will continue to order from them for all my cars needs.

Should get 0 star . I ordered a sending unit for my car, they charged me $15 bucks for economy shipping . Never get the part . I made a mistake with one number for my address and the post office returned the part back to sender . I called and spoke to brad and he told me that when he received the part he will resend it in a non helpful tone of voice . It’s been a month now and the part is going from Arizona to Kentucky back and forth like five times called miss brad again and she told me to call the post office if not, it’s my lost a $115 bucks .. now the reason why the part is lost in the mail is because they charge $15 bucks for economy shipping but actually paid $5 bucks to ship it, thats what I think ... no more business from me .over a month now and still did not receive the part or a refund of my money . That’s brad business. They ROB me a $115 bucks.............7th of August still did not receive my money or the part..

Misleading information on the website. Ordered a part that was verified to fit my car model. It did not. They were completely unhelpful in rectifying this.

This was my first time ordering from here. Apparently I ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and they quickly emailed me to let me know and they also told me the corrected part I needed. Great customer service which is hard to come by nowadays. I will be dealing with them in the future.
