These guys were the ONLY ones even willing to try and help my mom. They agreed to do an emergency measurement and go out of their way to get the job done. When I called back to let them know I wasn’t gona need the carpet, the courtesy and politeness was amazing. I wish I could of used this company.But oddly the house sold as is literally before we could even decide on a color of carpet. Had an amazing experience with Cranmore Flooring Sales. We had Cranmore install new floors and baseboards throughout our whole house after closing and before we moved in. The entire experience was positive. Sabrina and Jason were amazing to work with. Everyone was incredibly professional, responsive and accommodating. Cranmore Flooring did an excellent job on the bottom floor of our home. What an amazing customer experience! We have used Cranmore for years of carpet cleaning and was delighted to hear theyve expanded to flooring.They provided a great deal support as we chose our carpet and the installation team was terrific!We have more home improvements forthcoming and Cranmore will be the ones we will use .We highly recommend this business and you will have an amazing customer experience!

I used them a year ago and had issues with having to call multiple times to get responses on when they were going to install carpet in my spare bedroom but they finally installed it. Unfortunately, I had water damage in the same bedroom so went back to them last Friday thinking that they will have me in their system and just have to install new carpet again. They did not have me in their system so had someone come out Monday afternoon to measure again. I asked him if they could install it on Friday afternoon since that is my only afternoon off. He said that shouldnt be a problem since its a small job and they have the carpet in stock. After waiting for a call to see what time, I called yesterday and left a message. They didnt call back so I called and asked what time tomorrow and they told me they couldnt do it tomorrow because they were booked.Im pretty much tired of them making promises they dont keep and never calling back as a courtesy to let me know.Im using someone else.I accepted the quote when I got it. I was told I would get a call back and never did. Obviously has enough jobs, they dont need small jobs.

I called oxy clean to come out and clean my floors for $350 and they did nothing for us but leave dirty floors still. I had moved all the furniture and was upset when I had to use my own rug doctor to clean a 12x12 area to prove to the oxy clean it was dirty still. I got my money back and I called within the hour to have this company Cranmore to come out. And they came the same day and had it all cleaned. Thank you from the Rusk family for taking care of us and for half the cost of the other company.

I love this family run, community business. I have been extremely satisfied with carpet and tile cleaning services. They are reliable, professional and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the work completed. Their prices are reasonable and quotes are honored. I recently needed to recarpet my condo and was pleased with the exceptional expertise given by every person throughout the process. There was no pressure to buy a certain product.
