I had a 55 TV mounted on my living room wall. Corey did a wonderful job with the installation & set up. I couldnt have more pleased with all aspects. Corey was a delight, neat, clean worker. Cleaned up after he completed the installation. I would definitely use the Electronic Wizards again & I would recommend them to all. He took the time to explain the remote control, lots of buttons. I also got a quote for an antenna.

I reached out to purchase and install ring cameras. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of insight on what to look for. After the installation, I was given a great class on how to operate the app and adjust some of the settings. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electronics work done.

We are so happy we found Electronic Wizards when we said goodbye to expensive cable bills and purchased an antenna and fire boxes. Their equipment and service is excellent! Plus, Keith with Electronic Wizards is only a phone call away if we have questions or issues with our service.

If you want to cut your cable Electronic Wizards is the place to call they will get you set up networks you can get with just an antenna and low cost streaming networks. They set me up with an antenna suggested different streaming networks now I have no cable bills and a few streaming networks I have more chanels I can watch and pay less than $40 a month. I get premium chanels with a lot of movies series to watch.

I have always wanted a wall mounted TV but never took the plunge before. After purchasing a 65 TV recently and then realizing my old TV stand wasnt long enough for it. I made a call to Electronic Wizards to talk with them about installation. From the quickly returned phone call from Keith (owner) to the fabulous technician Ben, I have been completely thrilled with their expertise, professionalism, quick response and the over-and-above that Ben did for this installation, and I am recommending them to everyone that will listen!

The first contact we had with Electronic Wizards was over the phone w Keith. We need cameras installed on our property and Ben was assigned to the task.Ben is an amazing technician. After the cameras were installed, he had to disassemble them since the system needed to be replaced. He came back another day to redo the whole installation again out of his generosity, consulting us about the time he should came that was convenient to us. He went out of his way to solve the issues we had. He is respectful, efficient, and fast. My dog loves him, my family and I are grateful to him and to Keith, and I would recommend this business, and Bens expertise without hesitation.

We had one of the great technicians set up our entire new house for us and he did an incredible job. Recently had an issue with a universal remote so called them and got a response within 5 minutes. They walked me through the reset process and fixed the issue within minutes. These guys are awesome and I would refer them to anyone!!

Im very disappointed! I recommended your company to a friend of mine who had some minor issues with setting up an app on an older smart TV.My friend said that the young man was very professional and very nice and explained some things to her about the TV which was appreciated. He added the app, unplugged an old DVD player and recommended getting a new fire stick. This was all under an hour and she had to pay $199.00!! That is outrageous to pay that much for a service like that which did not entail a lot of time. I think she was taken advantage of and I definitely wont be recommending your company to anyone else.

I contacted two antenna installers and the first told me there was no way I could get reception. When I contacted Electronic Wizards, I was told that it was worth a try, so I did.The technician was on time and called ahead. He was clean and quite knowledgeable. The installation was a bit of a challenge (poor attic access) but he was able to work around what he had and the job was finished in less time than I expected. He made sure both TVs worked well and took the time to educate me.I had a very positive experience and would recommend these folks.

We needed to cut the expensive satellite cord due to approaching retirement but were very nervous about the change. We called Keith at Electronic Wizards and he sent out Cory to go over our options. Cory was very nice, patient and knowledgeable. Two days later, Nick arrived to install our new antenna. Nick was awesome. He was so kind and patient with us. Extremely knowledgeable and had us up and running in a few hours. Then he spent some quality time showing us how to work the new system in a manner which we could understand. No geek talk! We are not very techy so his patience was much appreciated. I cant say enough good things about Electronic Wizards. We now have the TV options we desired at zero monthly costs. There were some upfront costs but so worth it. I should have cut the $90/month Direct TV cost years ago. Electronic Wizards will be my go to electronic help from now on. I will, and have, highly recommend them. All of them were truly a pleasure to work with.

I put one star, but if there was a way to post without any, I would have done so. After reviewing the website and deciding we wanted to change our system to an antenna based vs. cable, and the cost for reviewing our options would be $49.00, we decided to give these guys a try. Well, they came out, reviewed our system in place now and gave us an estimate on what we would need and how much it would cost to make the changes we wanted. While the technician was there, we asked him to take a quick look at our cable box because we were having an issue. He literally spent 2 or 3 minutes max on the cable box. We were then charged $199.00 for this as opposed to the $49.00 we expected. I highly recommend you do not use this company and go somewhere else. If you feel the need to use them, I suggest you get an estimate in writing and govern yourself accordingly.

I have had 3 different companies come to my house to check my home theater system that i was having intermittent issues with and none of them could figure it out, until i had the wizards out. they had my problem diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes, and they were also able to get to me the same day i called. its amazing to see that there are still good quality companies out there that can provide such a prompt and quality service as these guys do. keep up the good work!

These guys are AMAZING!!!! We needed them for an emergency repair and the owner responded to my email promptly on Friday night after hours!!!! Who does that? These guys do! Their team was at the house by noon on Saturday and the repairs were done promptly. Their prices are very reasonable for the work they do. After having used this company about 6 years ago to set up a universal remote, I had no problem putting my confidence in them. They came out to set up a new tv, which they got for me for less than the Costco sale price, and made sure my internet was up to speed to handle streaming tv. They updated my remote and made everything right. They were very conscientious about keeping my house clean after unpacking the tv. They gave me a military discount on top of all that. I had to call and get some questions answered about the new set up and they were there for me immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They certainly know what they are doing!

Do not use this company. We were told it would cost $50 for a trip charge, so we figured we would give them a try to help us with our antenna. The technician was here maybe 20 minutes and did NOTHING. We were charged $150! The worst customer service ever! So glad I spent $150 and got nothing in return, NOT! 😡

We feel they did unnecessary work and billed for it. Also a 55.00 trip charge plus a 95.00 a hour minimum is misleading. It should be 150.00 minimun. Overall felt mislead.Update after my review this owner has gone on to leave my company a bad review. All the negative reviews on his page are exactly what I said.

My wife and I decided switch to an antenna so we called these con artists who came out the next day and gave us a quote which we accepted but didnt tell us until the installation was complete that there was an extra $200 in fluff fees. And i have poor reception that glitches all time.
