We are completely happy with our new spa. Tim went completely above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were never pressured during the buying process, and we felt completely comfortable when we decided to purchase. A couple issues popped up during the manufacturing and delivery process, some beyond their control. Tim was in constant communication, so I never felt left out or forgotten. Roger is fantastic. I would highly recommend Spas by Design. From the time my wife and I met Tim, we liked his ability to understand and clearly communicate all of the technical aspects of our desired project.The project went off without a hitch. Including the 90 ton crane to lift the spa over the house into the backyard. The crews were super clean on the installation, and when they left you could not even tell they were there for eight hours working with blocks and mortar. This has been a long time in coming but had to write about how well the entire process went with Spas By Design. Tim was amazing to work with after the tub was installed. Since we wanted a therapy tub we looked at quite a few options and chose this one and from start to finish the process was painless and trouble free. After two years with this tub we are enjoying it even more since we are impressed by the ease of use and the amount of time we dont have to spend on maintenance. We use it virtually every night we are there in our home in AZ and it has been fantastic. I highly recommend this company as they are the jewel in the desert and make sure you ask for Tim! The outstanding service and detail, has made our spa experience great. Having owned three previously, this has been absolutely our best one yet. The custom placed jets are fantastic, we use it in the summer by turning the heat to its lowest setting, crack the lid and have a cool massage, which is wonderful in the heat, and winters are beyond measure. I love our experience with Spas by Design! I dont think you can go wrong, going with them.

We purchased our spa 3 years ago from Spas By Design. Their installation work was spot on. After a week, we noticed we had a small leak which they promptly fixed. We use our spa almost every night and since then the spa has worked great. We had them back this past week to do some basic servicing. My wife and I wanted a built in spa but did not want a in ground concrete spa that is nearly impossible to keep warm. We looked at buying a Package spa and building an enclosure for it in the ground but that was going to be very expensive.Spas By Design was exactly what we were looking for. we installed to spa about 20 above ground so it is very easy to get into and out of. We love it. The install process was done very well. They kept us informed and completed the process on time and on budget.Get one of these!! they are not ugly like the above ground and have not impacted our electric bill much at all.

I purchased a spa from Spas by Design in August of 2012. It has been great, we love it, but that isnt the only reason I am writing this review. A few times over the past 2.5 years, some water jet bearings have gone out, I stopped by their office and Tim just handed me new ones, no questions asked. The other day, my control unit was not functioning properly, so this morning I sent Tim an email, he responded in about 5 min, and had a tech out to replace the control unit the same day, no questions asked, no charge.Being in real estate (sales and appraising) as a career, I have seldom seen customer service like this, it is top notch, and I highly recommend Spas by Design for your backyard needs. Not only are their in ground vaulted spas very appealing, they add value to your property, and with customer service like this, I cant imagine having anybody but Spas by Design install and service my spa.100% satisfied!

Cant say enough about Tim and his company. We had our spa about a year and a half now. We had two small hiccups during that time. We called Tim and both times he had workers come out the next day to remedy the situation. We have not had any issues since and our spa is working great. Tim is always just a phone call away to answer any questions or order chemicals. He is always friendly and professional. We could not be happier with Spas By Design and would use them again.

Spas By Design.I do extensive research on companies and products before deciding on purchasing. I also reply heavily on referrals from people who have had good experiences dealing with a company.I first learned about Spas by Design through Arizona Rainfall, which is a highly regarded landscape design company.There was a 6 x 8 water feature in my patio when I bought the home. The only way I could install an in-ground spa was to tear out the existing water feature which entailed jack hammering it out and re-configuring the area for a spa.They came to my home assessed the situation and made recommendations. I now have a beautiful in-ground spa and travertine patio deck. They did an outstanding job He did everything in a timely and professional manner.
