Everyone here at the store is always very helpful and they do a great job. They dont have a very big selection inside the store so I often attempt to purchase things I like online but this is a failure every time with the sizing I always have to return it. The return policy is very helpful so sometimes I try again with the size but I just wish they had a better selection in the store it looks very neat and orderly with the very minimum selection I just wish they had more options like the things they have online.

To expensive and the clothes our only dancer dancing type clothing. Why they think a person that is overweight always want to wear fancy-dancy clothing. I was looking for your basic Style.The people there although nice didnt seem to be helpful at all. They stayed at the counter all the time I was there and I was the only person in there. Im not surprised that I was the only person.

Disappointed when trying to return clothes I got online. Due to using PayPal as my form of payment Lane Bryant is not able to refund me. An cannot change the item out unless it is the exact same which they did not have.

Had fun shopping today. Alyssa helped me and was very pleasant. Next time I am at alderwood I will have to stop here again.

They have a great customer service here. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for anybody who is looking for a womans plus Sizes clothing store. I especially liked the fact that they also do bra fittings .

This particular LB appears to carry more casual apparel. It would be nice to see more stylish and dressier items.

The ladies in there on 1/7 @ 12:30pm were so dang nice. I overheard their friendliness with other customers. First time shopping in a plus size store, good experience. Their clothes are practical for the casual female. Im not really into casual clothing, but Ill probably buy more underwear and leggings there.

I kept asking people for more sizes and they kept pushing me off and never checked in the back.

Girls here are always kind and helpful. The bra I ordered online and picked up in store did not fit so we exchanged it right there after they helped me find a better choice. Every time I go in, they make it feel like they are my personal shoppers or something. Theyre great.

The ladies in here were so helpful and polite my aunt has a bad knee and after running around the mall she needs to sit down after awhile of trying on clothes, they got her a chair and let her relax while I tried on clothes. they offered coupons so we got discounts so i didnt have to pay as much. I highly recommend this store for any respectable lady size 12 and above!

I came in here after ordering some bras in my usual size and wanted to exchange because I thought they were too small. Turns out I had been buying the wrong size (top big) for years! I received the best customer service from Stephanie, she was a life saver and I will absolutely come to this store again.

The manager here is super. Mary has been a true service pro each and ever time. Cannot say enough good about Mary and her staff.

Was very disappointed in the employee Marie last night. She was very unfriendly, rude and short. Couldnt even crack a smile. Its apparent she doesnt like her job or is lacking greatly in customer service!! My sister and I both made purchases and were out the door by 9:01pm. We shop there often and normally everyone is very helpful and friendly.
