Picked up Kenmore washer from this store. The young man was as courteous as they come. Informative and polite. Nice to see customer service again!

Always helpful and handy. Great to have a local store to get appliances at. I was surprised with the selection of dishwashers they offered. Pretty good store.

They have absolutely nothing in stock and tell you they can order it for you online. Whats the point of having a store when you have no goods to sell

Took my friend so she could pick out a new washer. They treated her good and she found the perfect washer!

This store has amazing workers! There was a young lady and man in there that said they had to step up because their manager had basically left them. Let me just say, they ran that store so well you would have though that they were the managers all along. I have noticed that their phones are not working which is fine with me because going in and talking to the workers brightened my day up. I love our local sears!!

Tried to spend my stimulus money on a new refrigerator. Discussed with salesperson. Picked best option. Talked when it would be available. Not until I asked when they could deliver was I informed they are unable to deliver. Guess I’ll have to wait until travel to and from Nevada is allowed to get my new refrigerator. Glad this wasn’t a critical purchase. Love Sears but buying local gets harder and harder to do.

I ordered a refrigerator and had to wait 2 months to recieve it and then they gave me the wrong one. Something that is not even close to what u ordered. Something that is like $600 less then what I paid for mine. I am soooo mad.

Andrew is the man! All yhe other employees quit on him and he still helped 10 customers in a flash while answering the phone! The owner is a fool not to give andrew a raise anf keep him.Thank you Andrew for doing your job when everyone else does not!👍

If they dont have it in stock its super easy to have them order it. The best warranty service Ive ever experienced. Everything you expect from a name like Sears with all the small town friendly people.

Maybe the single worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a home appliance from them and needed to confirm it was there or not so I could have Kens Repair Service pick it up and deliver. I have tried for two days to call them and confirm that it is there, over 30 phone calls in two days and have yet to have them pick up. When my wife went in, their 3 associates were sitting down looking at their phones. An embarrassment.

So in Susanville we are preached to “shop local.” I try, but there are only a couple of businesses I have had the type of service that warrants paying a little more for their service.The Susanville Sears Home store is one of the few I regularly purchase from.Kevin has been great. The young guy that installed my dishwasher a couple of months ago was very knowledgeable, quick but welcomed my questions.I have bought from the Sears “seconds” store in Sparks and saved money. Not anymore. I appreciate the service I receive from our local Sears store.I just wish other local businesses would work as hard as them to keep my money in Susanville.

Super disappointed with my visit today. I came into the store for a certain item, I was the only customer in the store. The gal that was working was too busy talking on her cell phone to come and help me. I glanced around for a few minutes and after receiving no assistance, I left. I will take my business elsewhere.
