Went to this location at 9:30am. Told a service advisor my brakes where squeeling when warm. He stated they would have a service tech check it out. Service tech never drove the vehicle instead pulled it in a bay. While I was at lunch I received a call stating brake fluid was pouring out from something. They said there would be a $369.00 diagnostic fee. This fee is over and above any work done. I told them I would get back with them. I called back at 12:15 and was told my service writer was at lunch and would call me back. I called at 2:30 pm and the advisor said he never got the message. I told them the go ahead to do the diagnostic work.He said he would call me to advise me what was wrong with my vehicle. I got a call at 5:00 telling me that they could not get to my vehicle that day. I thought about the earlier comment about the leaking and decided to pick my vehicle up prior to any work being done. Due to the fact that I have seen no brake fluid in my garage and I had paid $1,900.00 last November to have brakes and front end work done at a NAPA service center I would be better off aat a private owned garage.

Went by a little before they closed and they ended up helping me out, best tire place I’ve been to since being up here by far, highly recommend.

Sean is rude, sarcastic, and a liar. His staff blindly follows his lead without wanting to know the facts.We bought a battery in February and got a replace battery message. Took the battery in multiple times to be told nothing is wrong. Today resulted in a huge argument, just to find out they put the wrong battery in our car. They had to replace the battery then.Dont fall for his antics, its just a trick to kick you off the property so they dont have to honor their warranty.This is the edited short version. Save yourself money and time.Thanks for responding with lies to my Google review. If youre really the owner you should want to know we asked to speak with you and was denied that opportunity but instead of contacting us to hear what happened you responded here with their side and a free advertising opportunity.Sean just called us to tell us what to do if we still have problems with the correct battery.Horrible service, attitude, professionalism and standard operating procedures. Put the wrong battery in our car, only way we found out is refusing to accept their assessment that nothing was wrong with the battery. They ran all these test to say nothing was wrong but with us persisting they actually read the label on the battery to find out it was the incorrect voltage. .

I have taken my vehicle to this location since I have moved here to Georgia. I have always left with a great complete job and professional service. The people who work at this location are great!!! The staff on entering the location always greets you and Sean who I have dealt with in the past is a great pleasure. The staff will call you and inform you on the progress of the work and they will what’s wrong with your vehicle and not what they think is wrong. If you don’t need the work they will let you know and not try to gouge and overcharge you. I will go back if needed for work on my car.

These guys have been nothing short of amazing every time Ive gone. I trust them with my daily drivers and I trust them with my classic. Ive actually referred them to my other friends with classics. They are more than just computer readers, they are good old fashioned mechanics.

I called the store and spoke to someone about a repair to my car. I already had my car diagnosed by a friend who works at a certified shop. I explained that I had it checked out and that I just wanted a quote. The associate said the diagnosis was probably wrong and he would have one of his techs check it out. My reasoning for calling in the first place was to ONLY get a quote for the repair. I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle. Before I could fully explain that, the associate cut me off, said that he would get a quote ready for me and asked for my phone number. While that was great, I realized after getting off the phone that he didn’t take down my car year, make or model. It’s going to be pretty difficult to quote me on something when you don’t have important information like that. I don’t think I will be giving this place my business. I hope in the future the associate I spoke with will pay more attention to detail.

I decided to try this place last month after receiving a flyer in the mail of the specials they were offering. First of all they were extremely friendly and professional. I was helped by both Sean and Tom, who made sure to explain everything that was going on with my air conditioning and made sure I was aware of all options. As a woman that isn’t well versed in mechanics, it’s hard to know sometimes if auto shops are just telling you something to get over on you...Not this place. I would recommend it to anyone. And my air conditioning feels brand new.

This business is located close to my work. I had a nail in my tire and when I purchased my vehicle I had the road hazard maintenance package with it. I asked if this was something that they could repair using that service and was advised they did not. However they did offer to complete the repair free of charge for me so that I did not have to wait and make an appointment with my dealership, potentially causing more damage to my tire. They seemed to really care about vehicle owners safety!

I went in to get a tire changed and was told about an hour it would be ready, so I parked my park in a spot and waited next to it. After an hour I went inside to get why they where taking so long and the man answer was oh we saw u standing there we didn’t want to bother you. Really like what do you want me to stand if your building is super hot and the sun is blazing and the only place there was shade was next to my car. Then when they finally finished I took a look and they changed the wrong tire. Keep in mind I got here at 2:30pm and left at 5pm. Never coming here again. 😡😡

Second time,I patronize this business in the last several years. I thought I would give them another chance. Both times were unfavorable events. I told them my problem,they told me they would fix it..again,they did something totally different..My truck still rides the same. Its like going to dentist with toothache,and they pull a different tooth. Problem still exist and I paid for something that was not of urgent need. I called to complain,they hung up on me!!..NEVER again with this place!!

Sean and his team repaired a tire with a screw in the tread at 6:55pm on a Friday night, when I was unable to find anyone else to help. I was beyond appreciative because it was exactly what we needed to travel on an out of town trip that had already been delayed by 2 hrs. My family and I were beyond thankful at their attentiveness, help, and quick repair of my tire.

The absolute best place ever! I broke down on the way to North Carolina. I was so stressed and scared because I am not even from here and Tom made me feel so much better. Everyone was kind, professional, super speedy, and made my experience so much better considering I was on the verge of tears when I walked in. Thinking about traveling 2 hours here for everything car related because I’m just that impressed wow. Highly recommend!

Went there for an oil change with a fairly new truck. They tried to find unrealistical problems, just $800 to fix it. Sure.

I decided to try this place I called and spoke to a gentleman who told me he close at 7 o’clock to get there at 5:30 drive an hour to get there for him to tell me he won’t serve me that he will look at the car he comes out look at the car for 30 seconds My issue was someone stole my catalytic converter I have an Non-emissions truck so I asked if he could fill in where the removed the cat it’s about an 20inch fill in He proceeded to ask me to come inside as he was looking on the computer he gave me a quote $370 and I asked him is that including the cat converter replacement or pipe fill in Which will be considered straight pipe He told me that was for an hour worth of labor material Which is 20 inches worth of metal not a catalytic converter Beware of businesses like this total rip off Ladies beware because I’m a man and they tried to take Advantage I can stand rip off Mecanhic shops

Clean, well maintained Garage and knowledgeable technicians is what I usually look for in an Auto repair shop, and that is what I saw at this place.

We take all of our cars there. However what makes me feel comfortable is my teenagers are not scared to go there and get their car serviced. They are very professional, communicates and are always on time. I truly appreciate Seans follow up to make sure we are happy. I called the service station to get an estimate of the service I needed and to get a question answered concerning my safety (whether it was safe to drive the car to the service station or not). I had no clue of when they were closing and was fine if the service had to be done the next day; however, the person who picked up the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Blamed me for not having the time to bring in the vehicle earlier today and completely ignored my question. I have severely apologized for the frustration he was having because I called in late, and also by the fact that he was “busy” with another customer, which to this time I don’t understand why I had to feel that way. Not saying the whole crew is unprofessional and rude, but the person who was on the phone earlier definitely was.It’s cool to be busy and you can be frustrated when y’all are busy, but at the least could’ve answered my question.Won’t be using this place ever again and will not recommend people around me to give this service station a try. Thank you, I have been informed of what I had to do through another mechanic, and have arranged an appointment for tomorrow for the service I needed. Hope y’all have a blessed one.

Be forewarned and get a second opinion from someone else. This mechanic did place oil on my shock absorbers and claimed that they needed to be replaced. My shock absorbers were not leaking and we opted to not have them replaced after getting a second opinion.

Sean and his team were very nice and professional. They replaced my heater core and it works perfectly now. Sean kept me posted through the whole process and they charged me pretty fairly. The dealership was asking almost double.I really really recommend.

Honestly one of the worst mechanic shops ive worked with, I heard bad things before bringing my car in from others in the suwanee community especially about how preditory they were, but of course i had to learn that on my own, 10/10 would not recommend. Came in for a oil change and that alone took these guys 3 hours and now the panel on my door is no longer on my car, i no longer have a key to my vehicle because a tech broke it trying to start the car, but i could easily start the car for the last 6 months and even the tech who drove it into the shop could start the car without breaking the key but of course none of my issues were the fault of the shop per say the managers, all my problems were somehow caused by me from the key breaking, to the engine going out 10 minutes after getting a fresh oil change, they stated i abandoned my vehicle when they never even reached out to tell me they were moving my car off the premises TO THE WALMART and after all this BS, I had accepted this would be the end of this vehicle and I proceeded to look for a new car and came to take what i could out of my car only to come back to seeing the door panel removed, something I never gave the allowance of and I was also missing my Stanley ratchet set, the managers believes none of his techs would take from the vehicles but hey the ratchet set was new and hardly used and now its gone last seen on there property so who knows . Just would not recommend doing business with this shop, BEWARE

Sean was amazing. I called him late 2/26 because my ignition seized up and this was the place listed for my Warranty. He set me up with a tow truck and even got me a discount. They couldn’t touch my vehicle over the weekend but we kept in touch about it. Monday rolls around and warranty issues ensued. Sean was patient and understand through out the whole process. In the end I had to pay out of pocket for the entire repair that they got done cheaper because they had the ability to fix the part instead of straight up replacing it like other mechanic shops had offered to do. When I went to pick it up I did not get to speak to Sean but the man at the counter was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had.10/10 service, 10/10 customer service,As Arnold Schwarzenegger has said ‘I’ll be back.’

Service was great and I didn’t have to wait too long for ana oil change. It is a bit on the pricy side, but everything else was great.Synthetic oil change is around $69.99 but with tax, you would pay about $81.Regular oil change is around $34.99.I usually get my oil changed at the dealership with synthetic oil and they charge me around $49.99.I would give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the pricing. 👍

They didnt have my size tire in stock. But promised me that it would be there the next day. It was!! And they took care of me after 3 other tire shops wouldnt give me the time of day! Thanks Sean and your team!!

Avoid taking your car here already knew what was wrong with the car. AC compressor will not turn on. They did there so called free inspection and said they couldn’t find any issue but they will do a suction and recharge of the system first. If the compressor won’t run how will you recharge the system.

Fantastic service. I came a few weeks ago to have my tires changed and not only were they the cheapest but had the best customer service. Super helpful and quick. I also had some other issues that they took a look at for me(free of charge) and told me what needed to be done. Nice to see a place put customers first. Very impressed.

Okay honestly I’m try to save some people out here. Here’s my honest opinion. Don’t go here, they’ll literally check your car and offer you a bill that’s cost thousands. I then took my car to my trusty car mechanic and he told me that half the things they said weren’t an issue and gave me a bill literally 10% of the price they quoted me. Don’t go here for ANYTHING, they’ll literally trick you into even spending more money on an oil change. Save your heart and prevent stress by NOT going here. Very predatory.

Both times I went there they found the exact problem and didnt try to trick me into a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Sean was my mechanic and he was awesome. And the prices cant be beat.

This place will now be my go to service station. A few months ago, I called around to get estimates on a routine high mileage maintenance. Out of the 3 garages, Suwanee Service Station was the least expensive by $40-60. This alone was a win in my eyes, but what really garnered my loyalty was my recent unplanned visit for a significant repair. The staff are friendly, respectful, communicate well, honestly, and in a timely manner, and are SUPER CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Due to the cost of the repair as well has having to leave my car for a day and a half, I was frustrated. Sean and his staff only responded with calm and kindness. It was very apparent that they did everything in their power to make a solid repair and get me my car as soon as possible, including working a few hours past closing. I didnt give 5 stars because they charge for the diagnostic fee even when the repair will be completed by them. Ive had previous experiences where that fee is waved if you agree to have the repairs done in house. It would also be nice if the waiting area was more comfortable and offered small tables to work on (but, asthetics or lack thereof, did not factor into my star rating). Nonetheless, I am very happy that this place is one of Suwanees local businesses. Thank you for the great service!

Great place to go get your car serviced.

Went to have air conditioner checked on RV. They spent a lot of time working on it and had to fit us in Had to replace the compressor and replace the high pressure hose and connector. After 4 months the air conditioner wouldnt cool. Went back to have them check it out but they said they couldnt look at it as their air conditioning recharge station wasnt working. Sent us to another shop and found out it wouldnt hold a charge. When it was checked out it was found that the pressure hose was cross threaded into the compressor. Had to be replaced. NAPA replaced the compressor but we had to get another hose and connector and pay for recharging. Up to now we liked their service but they wouldnt stand by the cross threading.

Today they went above and beyond with an extra touch and I greatly appreciated it. I will continue to take my personal & company vehicles there and recommend them to friends and family.

I had Sienna 2008 and It had vibrated in front wheel. I brought my car in 02 Auto repair services and they asked me to change my new wheels or change some parts that cost a lot hundreds $ . But when I came here, they just check and balance my front wheels and my car did not vibrate anymore with only $20. Good services

I take all my vehicles to Suwanee Service Station (for five years now) as well as refer my friends and family. Their service is absolutely top notch, including letting me know in advance about the state of my vehicle and following up after every visit. The customer waiting room is comfortable and my young daughter even enjoys the play area and the ability to watch cartoons on the big screen. I feel the repairs are priced fairly and they do a very thorough job. Theyve earned my loyalty.

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon because I noticed that I had a nail in my tire. The guy at the front desk worked me into a busy Saturday schedule and was extremely kind and professional. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. I had an engine put in. They lied to me from the very beginning to get me to do it. I borrowed money from their credit. They told me it was a year to pay it back- i just found out it was 6 months -0 percent interest. They told me that my engine had a years warranty but after i paid for it, it was actually 6 months. They had my car towed in and added money onto the towing billing and charged extra for my car being in there. They said that someone as to pay for receipts that come out of their printer. After they did the work, my car still broke down on the highway and they said it wasnt under warranty. If you want to get screwed, this is it!

I have been using Suwanee Service Station for a while for routine oil changes and thought they would be a good alternative to a Jeep dealership for repairs. I also like the idea of supporting local businesses.Everyone I have dealt with there has been very friendly and helpful.The reason for the average review is that they charged WAY too much for this particular repair. I took my daughters car in for what appeared to be a bad wheel speed sensor. This is a $30 part that can replaced at a garage for about $100 (according to the internet). The bill would up being $285 by time they finished. They even charged $125 for diagnosing the problem - more than the entire repair should have cost!I know they have to make money, but price gouging will not bode well for their long-term success.

They are professional and exellent.I was in panic with almost flated tire on the road. It was almost 6pm. I rejected from other store because they will close soon. I understand them but it was horrible experience.I googled ‘tire shop near me open’ then found this store. I drove very carefully and slowly to the store. They are fast and nice. They patched my tire so quickly and charged reasonable price.I will definately visit here to buy my new tires. They saved me and my son.

I had a flat tire yesterday and arrived here late in the day just before closing. I was 90 miles from home and needed something done so I could go home safely rather than on the small spare tire. These folks were super accommodating and told me they would get it fixed. It turned out the tire was ruined (as I suspected) and they were able to get me a new tire and get me back on the road. I really appreciate the super customer service these guys provided. I would highly recommend them.

My car was sputtering with poor acceleration. Thought it might be the map sensor or a problem with the fuel injection system. I was 40 minutes from home and needed to get to work. Couldnt continue to drive the vehicle on such condition, no pickup, sudden acceleration and deceleration, and with the vehicles top speed of 30 mph, it would have taken me forever to get to work and then home. I saw their sign we fix anything so I pulled in. They hooked it up to the computer and told me it was catalytic convertor and the camshaft sensor. I had two hours to be at work. They quoted me $600.00 and said I would be late but they would get me there. They got the parts but the parts store did not send the gaskets. They sent someone to get the gaskets but by then the store had closed despite them telling them they would be right there. Natasha then decided to give me a loaner vehicle, free of charge, plus ten dollars for gas. The next day they had my vehicle ready and it is running great. The best since I bought it. Thanks a ton!

I am not one to write reviews, but I felt the need to make those who go to this service station aware. I came in for an oil change. I wont bore you with the details. My only advice is to ask for a print out of what they are planning to fix and the exact amount it is going to cost.I am perfectly fine with paying for what needs to be corrected. What I am not okay with is being told one price and when I get to the register it is almost double. And when I question the price at hand, being told sorry, I should have explained it better. I get you guys are busy and have a lot going on. Most people who come in have no clue what youre saying and are putting their full trust in you to do right by them. So to you, you may have explained everything clear as day, but this isnt anyones expertise but your own.I appreciate you correcting the issues. I understand it could have been a lot more serious. Communication. Just communicate with your customers. This all could have be avoided.Thank you

I was overdue for a oil change & on my way home. I called to see if they were available to fit me in. They said of course and when I arrived they serviced my car immediately. They always give me VIP service.

Ive been going to SSS in more recent years and have found them to be forthright and honest. Ive had friends go there too and theyve had similar/same opinions. Just had our 13 Ford Flex taken care of. Check engine light came on and zipped up there Friday morning. Unfortunately we were faced with a significant repair of the converter not functioning properly. (car has 139k) Sean clearly explained the reasons for the malfunction and the repair process. While I think some shops/dealers could easily insist that parts could not be salvaged from removed items, SSS saved my O2 sensors (worth about $500) and transitioned them into my new catalytic converter. They had all work completed and car ready Saturday afternoon, after I only gave approval Saturday morning at 8:00!Ive checked SSSs assessment a couple times over the years with other shops and have consistently found them to be accurate and better/reasonably priced than competitors. Ill continue to use them and are glad they are my local shop!

Great customer service. Had to get my father’s Expedtion towed to it on Christmas Eve and they were able to take care of the issue that day. No bs and very honest.

I came in for a fairly simple oil change and tire rotation. Nothing too crazy. Much of what they did surpassed my own expectations of a service shop.First and foremost, they set my expectations after we discussed what was to be done. They told me itll take about 30-45 minutes since they have other vehicles being worked on by their techs in many of their bays, but theyll periodically drop in on me in the waiting room to let me know whats the status. It was a quick drop in and it was very courteous.Fair priced, no arm twisting to get additional services done, very professional. To top it all off, they have offered something no other Service Station (even at Dealerships) offers. Online profiles for you and your vehicle to keep up with maintenance records. If you were ever to sell your vehicle, a history of maintenance like this is invaluable.

The customer service here is the worst Ive seen. There are employees that will literally make fun of customers within earshot. Ive been once and didnt, and wont ever give them my business. I would highly recommend the good folks at a local Goodyear. The service is second to none and the prices are much less than that of Suwanee service.

Came in today for an oil change and to check out funny noise coming from the front end. Brought it in quick got the parts ordered and delivered in less than an hour. Put it all back together with an alignment my car has never driven so smooth. Very quick and professional service . thank you Mr. Jonah.

Ive been taking both my cars to Suwanee Service Station for about 2 years now. I had a bad experience at a different shop and originally came here to get a second opinion on a repair I was told I needed. It ended up saving me roughly 500 dollars! Thank you, Sean et al for your continued show of integrity and experience I have come to rely on. Ill never go anywhere else.

I pass this place everyday as I go to work. This week my car was making a weird noise and so I brought it in. Super glad I did!! They fixed my car in a timely manner and for a great price. Their inside waiting room is super clean and nice. The lady at the front desk was super nice also!! Will definitely be back!!!

I went in last Saturday at 3:30 PM to get the valve stem on my vehicle replaced and they discovered that the front brakes were shot. They completed my repairs in record time and at a fair cost. Normally I would have done this type of repair myself but due to the weather and the time I choose to have them do this repair. Good choice, I will be back and highly recommend these guys.

Shawn at Suwanee Service Center has performed excellent work for my vehicle over the past several years from routine maintenance (oil changes and tire rotation) to more major work like brake jobs and front suspension work. Their knowledge of automotive care and repair is excellent and I would highly recommend their service to anyone that needs automotive work. Their sign reads Well fix anything and I see no reason that is not true. They have a great SPECIAL PRICE on Oil Changes which is basically 5 changes for the price of three and for this package they include FREE tire rotation along with all 5 Oil changes. Ive gone through 4 or 5 of these special deals and will keep using them.
