And my favorite Home Team car apparel “Georgia Bulldogs” really anything GA Team. When you have a clean bathroom I trust every area is clean and for a parts store a clean bathroom says a lot. Purchased a bulb for headlight and Mr. Alexander informed that if the job is too tedious then assistance is denied. This is the reason I used the entity but since customer relations has fallen to the wayside then I am rating 1 star for efficient knowledge and 1 star for communication skills, totalling 2⭐s. Mr. Pierce please train internal customers on executing industry specialties to external customers.

Charles Orr was extremely helpful when we had our windshield wipers fail during a hard rain. He helped is get the correct blades and even installed them in the rain for us in less than 5 minutes. Very positive experience 👍

This place is hit-or-miss for service. Ive had it really good and really bad. The most recent time we were shopping for my boyfriends car battery. As you may know, there are a lot of different ones. Were on our phones, by the batteries, trying to figure it out and no assistance was provided.One person was outside helping with another customers car and the other was inside, just chatting with a friend. We were in there for about 15 minutes trying to figure it out without any greeting or help. We ended up leaving and heading to Advanced Auto Parts, where we were greeted immediately

I needed yo change my battery and I took my car to Pep Boys first and asalways you need to make an appointment and they were not very kind either. Then I came to Autozone and they tested it first and then changed it in less than 15 minutes. The personnel was so kind!

I ran in thinking I needed a new battery and the young African/Latino/American man named Noberto rose to the occasion - he checked my vehicle at lightening speed, as he knew I was pressed for time, checked my battery and assured me that nothing was actually wrong and that since I was able to power up my car with a jump, it automatically charged up the battery. He informed me that it could have been drained due to me leaving a light on or something. He could have actually just sold me a brand new battery and I would have bought it because I assumed I needed one and I was in such a rush to get back home to meet my 5 yr old at the bus stop. Roberto was honest, quick, professional, and a gentleman. He refused to take my tip - so instead, Im giving this review. Hats off to Noberto and this particular Autozone. We need good people like him, especially in times like these!!

Got the help I needed and the tail light converter for the boat trailer we were needing!

It was raining and my lady needed to get to work. The Prius trunk was left open and the starter battery dead. A new battery was needed and they had it. I found my way there and bought it. It worked when I replaced it and there we rejoiced.

Came 30 minutes before they closed with a dead battery and they had me good to go with 5 minutes to spare. Great dependable guys.

I like AutoZone. The employees are usually knowledgeable, helpful, and dont talk down to me. They are always very nice about going outside to look at something on my car. Theyve helped me with wipers, air filters, and even helped me charge my A/C! :) Ive also used their computer code scan service for the check engine light. It was nice to have an idea of the things that could possibly be wrong with my car before I took it to the shop.

I dont know if the words would do justice to how grateful I am for the service I received at this store. All stores sell batteries, but when the staff is willing to go above and beyond to help me with something out of their way, thats what makes me come. Sean is my hero and he saved my day. March 28 evening 6.30, he did a really odd job which involved replacing a damaged battery. Autozone, he is a prized catch. Make sure you value such resources becuase there arent many out there now a days. Sean is the reason why brick and mortar stores still thrive. I will certainly come again and will send anyone who comes in my way needing auto parts. Thank you.

Went to this location to get a new battery... they changed my battery and my car would not start! The manager says that my auto theft system was set off by the person that put the battery in and there was nothing they could do... It was basically like they didn’t care because they just went back in the store! I called around to other locations and was told to ask the manager to recheck the battery and connections....I asked the manager to recheck my battery and with an attitude he stated that he had already checked to make sure everything was connected properly and that the battery was brand new. He wouldn’t even come back out to check.... needless to say I had to call a tow truck and when the tow truck came the tow man was willing to check the battery and low and behold the cables were not all the way connected properly! I will never come here again with car issues... my family has been going to advanced for years and the treatment i got from this location was disgusting!

Not the worst AutoZone but I was given totally incorrect information which a quick search on the internet solved. Cant really blame the employee since he was reading what was in the system, but unless you have proper mechanical training you probably shouldnt be giving people mechanical advice for a living.

Room for improvement. I special ordered an item last week and was told it would arrive today. I called to see if the item is in and was hung up on. I called back and was told It hasnt come in, bye. He hung up again. I understand they may be busy but if thats the case just tell me and Ill try again later.

Dag is a HORRIBLE MANAGER!! His customer service skills are terrible. He sold me a bad battery and asked Jaron to install it. Once installed Jaron tested the battery and told me the battery was completely dead and stated that Dag shouldve checked the battery before selling it to me. Now I had to buy a completely different battery and when I asked him if I could get the battery for the same price since he didnt properly do his job he told me no but he can give me $10 off. IVE BEEN HERE FOR 3 HOURS AND YOU CAN ONLY GIVE ME $10 OFF! Just ridiculous! Ive given this place two tries and had to deal with him twice and his attitude is just nasty. I definitely wont be back.
