This review is a bit lengthy but I encourage the full read.Their showroom was very well stocked with lots of options. However, I was there to just have a small island top replaced as part of a small kitchen remodel. We went to his warehouse area and found the most beautiful piece of quartz and I had really been hunting! On a budget, I had already purchased my own tile and he was glad to have his installer put it in. The installation and quartz are beautiful. His tile installation costs were in the higher side of competitive for someone binging their own materials but he gave me a fantastic price on the quartz and it was so easy to get it done together. And, they were happy to have my little job and I was very excited and set it all up. However......We had quite a few issues for what should have been a simple in and out project. There were many communication problems. I wanted something a little unconventional for my island and that resulted in a major issue between myself and the owner. My project was stretched out/delayed/and overall not pleasant. So, why the high rating? The tile installation was top notch and he was not working with an easy tile. It looks gorgeous. I could not be happier with the way the island turned out. Thank goodness our problems with the quartz involved cutting it smaller a couple of times before I finally got what I originally asked for. In the end, the owner and I talked it out, realized a lot of it was cultural differences on both our parts and he adjusted my invoice to make it right! I’d have given 5 starts if I’d had the opportunity to remind them that here tips are “to insure prompt/proper service”.I would use them again because they do live up to their promise of making their customers happy. They have beautiful materials and do quality installation. Next time, I know which brother to work with. We are still mid remodel waiting for appliances and cabinet knobs but I love what’s happening so far. My kitchen is already so much brighter!

I have had my countertops for over a month now and absolutely love them. I really did my research before selecting IIB Stone. I checked out 4 other places and IIB was by far the best price. And then their customer service is OUSTANDING! Lizzie - you are THE BEST! I had so many questions (never had granite counter tops before). I called Liz probably every day for several weeks and she always answered the phone, always had answers to my questions, or called me back (or text) the same day with responses. And then the quality of workmanship by Brian and his team! Just wonderful! They cut the stone perfectly to really capture all its beauty. The installation when great - in and out in just a few hours. I would HIGHLY recommend IIB! Thanks guys - my kitchen is gorgeous :)

I had a small project and needed a granite piece (26”x60”) for a laundry room. Lizzie was great to work with and the company was able to accommodate my project at a reasonable price. On day of install, the team was able to install and seal it in 5 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied and will contact them soon for my kitchen and bathroom.

Wonderful service, had exactly what we wanted, fair price and quick turn around on delivery time. Will go back.

I came in person to this place to get a quote on 4 vanities . The girl at the front office walked me trough different options, showed me different materials and told me she would send me the quote . She never did. I called back requesting the quote . She still didn’t send it until a week later when she told me Tomorow . Surprisingly the quote was doble.the price from the first quote. 9 k for two Small vanities and two 62 inches with regular material . Insane . Also I have to mention.. the girl at the front didn’t made me feel welcome at all by the way she approached .Too sad .

Very nice quality pieces of stone, they had exactly what i was looking for.

I had priced out granite for our new house and initially thought IIB Stone was high after speaking with other companies. However, I QUICKLY learned that you get what you pay for. Another company that we had signed to do our granite turned out be flakes. We were down to needing our granite installed within a 5 day window. I called IIB Stone back and they not only came out the SAME day I called to do the template, but they also installed all of our granite on the day they said they would.....5 days later!!!! Our granite is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was exceptional! They are such fabulous installers, that you cannot even see the seams in our 11.5 island nor in our 14 counter top. I would recommend them to everyone! They are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate your requests.

They gave me broken sink

9 days. From the day I walked in, without an appointment, and picked a stone until the installation. These guys are a pleasure to work with. They scheduled measurements the day I was at the shop. They came 2 days later to measure my kitchen. The guy arrived EARLY. And then a week after measurements I have new counters. 9 days from start to finish.The service was awesome, and the fact that i had just come from a terrible experience elsewhere made them look even better in comparison.

I went to that place based on the good reviews and ordered couple granite pieces for my master bathroom project.The owner asked me to pay upfront 50% of the total price. When I called him next Saturday, it was not ready and was promised to be done by Monday morning. I called 11:30 am on Monday to double check if it was ready and it was not ready again. Brian told me that he would start now and finish by 1:00 pm for sure. I arrived at 1:40 pm and the piece was half way done. Brian said that it would take him couple minutes to do the 4 holes for faucet and to bevel the edge which was not done as well.I waited outside for 10-15 min and when I walked in I saw that one hole was off the center by 3/4 inch. The owner whose name is Elmi told me that he could make another hole next to it to make them on the same line. I told him that it will look bad. Then he told me I dont have time for you and told Brian to give me my deposit back. I was shocked by his decision and I was expecting that he would cut another piece and make it right. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this business.

Worst experience ever. After placing my order for a cabinet and counter top IIB changed the configuration of the cabinets without ever discussing it with me. Then I had to pay a plumber to move the same pipes twice because IIB marked the wrong place for the pipes to be moved to. Then during installation I discovered they were installing cabinets that would be lower than what I I had ordered (I ordered 36 but these were going to be 34 tall) When the counter was installed the holes for the sinks were not centered on the cabinet and then they drilled the faucet holes so they were not centered on the sinks! Now they are refusing to correct it. Unfortunately I’m not kidding or exaggerating...it has been a nightmare.
