Possibly some of the worst customer service Ive encountered in the last ten years. I was shipped the wrong item, called to request an even exchange, and was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I said I felt it unfair that I was being asked to pay 25% for what is otherwise, again, an even exchange. The woman on the line then said We are trying to run a business. At that point I said many companies successfully run on an even exchange policy. I then said I would just request the call tag for a return as I was no longer interested in doing business with them. I asked if I had a time frame in which to send the return as not to be further charged. I let her know that now the return was on my time as I would have to find time to return said item that I was now paying to restock. It was at this point that the customer service agent threatened to not send me a call tag because I was risking holding up their line of merchandise. She then proceeded to hang up on me.Not worth the hassle for a door mat. Save yourselves the time, the money, and the aggravation and order from a company that gives a damn.
