I was a bit skeptical because of the other reviews, but my experience today was perfect! My delivery was super quick, and everything was exactly as I had paid for. The cookies and fruit were fresh and delicious. The receiver of the gift loved it! Thank you!!

I ordered a gift for my wifes birthday. I wanted it to be delivered around 11/11:30am to her job. 6 balloons, 4 cupcakes, and chocolate covered fruit. Nothing extravagant. It didnt get there until 2:45pm. Thats why Im giving 3 stars. If youre going to allow customers to request a delivery time, try to meet that request. 3 hours late is not acceptable.

BEWARE.had a problem with my order and the owner called pretty much for no reason because nothing happened out of it. Was accused of lying about how bad the fruits were. When they literally were not edible and recipient threw them away. it was a waste of over $100. no refund, no apology, nothing. a scam really. they also have the same people responding to google reviews on all edible arrangement no matter the location. Same responses. Just look up other locations and see the replies. they’re all copy and paste. Probably damage control to save the company.If anything purchase via pay pal so you can dispute if there are issues and get your money back.

I hate I had to even give this place a star period.If there was a no star option,I would have chosen it. I ordered my mom an arrangement on Sat, April 9th. I added a balloon and a card as well as paid an additional $14.00 so it could be delivered on Mother’s Day. Since my mom is in a wheelchair, my brother took off the day from work so he could be at her house to receive the basket. When the delivery man arrived to my mothers house, my brother went down the driveway to meet him. The driver had the order ticket, but no arrangement. He got on the phone with the store and then proceeded to tell me brother that he forgot the arrangement at the store. He stated that he had about 8 more deliveries all in the same area and after those others were delivered he would go back to the store and bring back my moms arrangement. This was early afternoon. By late afternoon I hadn’t heard anything. I call the store dozens of times and kept getting a recording or disconnected. I love 2 hours away so driving to the location wasn’t an option at the time. Today my brother finally went up to the store. The lady told him she would make the arrangement while he was there. They didn’t even make the correct arrangement and didn’t have any Mother’s Day themed pieces. She told my brother that would refund the shipping. My brother took the arrangement and proceeded to his car when he realized that they forgot the balloon I paid for. He went back in and they stated they were out of helium. They offered a chocolate box instead. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements dozens of times and have never had an issue until now. This was the holiday that really meant the most to me. Needless to say I will never order from this company again.

I just had a terrible experience with edible arrangements in California. Overall I think edible arrangements as a company is terrible..HOWEVER, the sales associate/delivery driver Kasey was amazing. She reached out prior to delivery to assure the customer was home and she delivered with so much care. Great job keep up the good work Kasey this company needs sales associates that are professional like you.

This place is horrible i had a family member mom pass and i had order a fruit bouquet with chocolate deliver so why the hell the fruit bouquet was cover but not the chocolate then kasey the delivery person put the stuff on the floor outside by the door where ants and bugs came and got all over the chocolate where the person had to just throw it away but lucky the fruit bouquet was cover where no bugs or ants got in that plus they will not refund your money back or even replace it so their customer service is so bad stay away from this place.

My boyfriend got me strawberry 🍓 from this store and a card with a picture off both off us together and the picture didn’t fit on the card it doesn’t look good he pay slot off money for this u guys need too do way better 😠😠😠😠😠

“Terrible” “awful” “horrible” are the first words that come to mind with this store. My Valentine had a horrible Valentines Day because this was my 200$ gift to her. It never arrived all day. I called the store with no answer whatsoever. I called over 100 times. I will NEVER give my money to a place like this again. It literally feels like a scam when someone takes your money and doesnt exchange services or a product.

This place is a Joke! Ive spent hundreds of dollars for arrangements for my wife on Valentines day and they wouldnt even honor a coupon that had their address on it for a free smoothie that THEY gave me for being late once. Never again. They said they have new management. Well, you just lost my business.

Just had an item delivered . The box was mishandled . The chocolate looks as if it has already started to melt . The Apple is soft . And all and all everything is warm . I’m waiting on a refund . This place sucks . Don’t order from here

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.The people here are liars.I had a terrible experience with store number 1334 in Suwannee, GA. First of all, they did not communicate with me about what was going on with my order. I didnt have the address at first and asked them to call and get it. They repeatedly said they could not reach her even though I gave them two phone numbers. After a few attempts, I stopped hearing from them, and when I did get the correct address, I tried to call and give it to them, and I could NEVER reach them. Finally I stopped trying. After almost a full month, I decided to check my order status. it was listed as DELIVERED. I contacted my cousin, who had not received it, and then I contacted customer service. They said they would reach out to them and the problem would be resolved. When they finally called me, they said they would get the order out.... the order they had already listed as delivered. They had contacted and spoke to my cousin who agreed to miss work to wait for the gift to arrive... AND THEN THEY NEVER WENT. She contacted my today to inform me that she had not seen them, and tried to cal but could not reach them. A few minutes after that the manager called me to tell me they went and she was not home and they could not reach her. I offered to double check the address and he quickly told me that he was going to send my order to another store. He said I must have given him the wrong address and yet, I know it was not, and I now the phone number was correct as well because he had spoke to her the day before. I cannot deal with lying companies. This store is a poor reflection of the company and I refuse to ever spend my money here again.

I placed an order here on 12/8 for my mom to be delivered as a surprise for her birthday (I live in Texas) on 12/9. When they tried to deliver it, she was in the shower and didnt hear the doorbell. Understandable, that does happen. They did not call the number listed for the recipient, but instead I had to ruin the surprise for my mom and have her call the store. They got her in contact with the driver who said he would deliver it after their last stop of the day. He called her at 4pm and told her he would not deliver it like he said but instead she could pick it up at the store. She is unable to leave the house, so she told him that would not work. He then promised to deliver it first thing tomorrow, which I have zero faith in. So for her birthday, I paid $100 to have a day old fruit product (that spent the day in a delivery van) delivered the day after her birthday. Just really terrible customer service.Update: You did NOT call her number, it was actually my fathers phone listed for the recipient and he had no missed calls. My mom certainly did NOT tell them it was okay for her to pick it up because she could not physically come pick it up. There is no way that you made more than one product because the order my mom received was clearly day old fruit because it had started to decay. So, thanks for answering to my complaint with more LIES. I will definitely report this to your corporate office.

I placed an order to be delivered to my wife, Today, the 12th, which is Mother’s Day. It’s past 2pm, and it still hasn’t been delivered. How can anybody be happy about such a service? If they can’t go the extra mile to make this occasion special, what is their value then? This is the most awful experience yet in my life on mother’s day, courtesy this branch in Suwanee.

Im sorry but I cant help but to look at this and laugh the things people will do to try to make others look bad,I read the review and it just doesnt make sense to me how the customer is going on and on for several days now about the issue the owner accommodated the client several times by going to the home the first time no one was there thats not their fault the second time no one was there the third time okay someone was there but how dare you slander someones business because your parents wasnt there to receive their order news flash you need to get a life and leave that store alone and just dont order any Arrangements if you dont want any arrangements from that store I have been there several times and have only received nothing but great Service Fresh grapefruit and I left the store I love the location its in and I love the customer service ave a good day

Strawberry cones ot real and Muical balloon not worth the price. Strawberry Cone should not be $5.00 and Balloon should not be $4.50 if not Musical.

Worst service...I ordered a Mickey Mouse base for my order. Someone from this location called me at 10 AM saying they dont have the Mickey Mouse base and would I mind a different base. When I asked for options, I was told my item was already out for delivery with a silver base. When I called back at 3:40 pm to find out why my item was not yet delivered; I was told that their delivery driver was on his way back from another delivery and would pick my item from the shop for delivery. I cancelled my order right away.They charged me $13.99 for delivery for such a third class service.I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.
