****UPDATE*** March 17, 2021The company I work for decided to give them another chance....Im so glad they did! Chris-the manager made the salads herself and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Great job, Chris!!! You did us proud! My salad is delish!!!!!BEWARE!! The company I work for ordered food for us. They allowed us to pick from the menu what we wanted. I ordered a FULL size Cobb salad. This salad is $8.79, it comes with ham, 1 egg, cheese, roasted tomato, pickled red onions and cornbread croutons on top of a blend of green leaf spring lettuce. Look at this picture...I havent taken a bite. Look at the napkin beside it. This is supposedly the $8.79 FULL salad. AWFUL!!! PITIFUL! Pat or Chris....the delivery lady who actually is the manager delivered all the meals to us. She got extremely upset with the fact that I and the food coordinator asked about how skimpy the salads were. The coordinator even compared this salad to ones form Chick Fil a as them being more full and cost almost two dollars less. Pat/Chris response was that the toppings weighed down the lettuce.......Maam get out of here....this is AWFUL and you should be ashamed trying to make excuses for this pitiful almost $9 salad! We (as a company, per the coordinator wont give them a 3rd try) HORRIBLE! This should be considered a side salad NOT a full size salad.

Love their lunch specials! Especially enjoy the chicken salad croissant!

They are super organized. Got one for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and was in and out with in a few minutes. The ham and turkey never let us down!

Ordered two sandwiches. I was looking forward to enjoying the turkey. The portion of turkey received was not adequate for the size of the bun - so it tasted like a bun sandwich with a little turkey.

They deserve 0 stars! I reserved a ham for my family over a month in advance and they sold it to someone else and we were told they had no more! If they werent going to reserve the ham then what is the point of me having to place an order for pick up?!?! Absolutely unacceptable.

Reserved Smoked Turkey and Baked Turkey for Thanksgiving. After waiting in line for 2-hours, everyone was told they were out of Turkey. Here is the rub...they said all HoneyBaked ham stores in Atlanta closed the day before Thanksgiving with the exception of Stone Mountain and Suwanee. With that said, they filled all orders instead of the orders that were supposed to be filled at their store. While I understand businesses trying to make it right, they should have set aside all orders for their store first, then sold what was left. Furthermore, it says right on the confirmation email where you are picking up the product from. This would not have made it difficult at all. Very frustrated with the management of these stores and the company.

Great food and customer service

Ordered online for pickup at this store for Thanksgiving. Have gotten lunches and other orders here in the past six months and was very pleased with their Covid safety protocols. But today was the least safe I have felt anywhere in a long while. The store was crowded (and I went at noon - my bad), but everyone was masked and the counter area was separated by partitions so I was blocked from the person ordering next to me, which was all good. Two check out stations directly across from each other, not distanced but customers are back to back. Okay. Floor was marked to stay 6 feet away from those checking out. Which I did. But the man RIGHT BEHIND me did not get the memo and in his defense the counter spots were all full and people were lined up coming in so there wasnt much room for him to be anywhere else besides right on my backside. I took a big step away and told him my daughter is a Covid tester! During busy season I recommend you go in at a less busy time, or the store starts limiting access to a set number. Seriously, they have done a great job on every other visit - today was disconcerting. The gal who waited on me asked me to wait at her counter spot until a space was free in the check out line (which I did), so they are trying! Just need to stop people from coming in until people leave during peak times of day. Or be smarter than me and dont go at noon!

You know the Seinfeld episode with the rental car reservation?  You know how to *take* the reservation, you just dont know how to *hold* the reservation.  We stood in line in the rain for an hour, only to be told that the turkey we reserved and had the email receipt for was not there.  So its pork ribs for us this Thanksgiving.  Cant speak for the wife, but I will never, ever go within 50 feet of this idiotic place for the rest of my life.

I have been on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to see the best time to pick up my order and no is even bothering to answer. I understand it is a busy time but that does not mean phone cannot be answer.... will I use this particular location again probably not. I hope this is not the customer service The Honey Baked Ham Company wants its customers to receive.

Hands down favorite place to have lunch! We already know they have the best Turkey and Ham youll ever eat but put that on a handmade sandwich made to order and its the best! They have thick bread and fresh fixings. They also have the most unique honey mustard which I think is more like a sweet jam than a mustard. Its so good. Highly recommend it!

Checked out with gift card with “Shay”. Was told that my brand new 70 dollar gift card only had 6.58 on it. Politely disagreed and that he needed to check balance. Refused to help. Told me to call College Park store where it was sold. Shay Said this had happened “several times” in recent weeks. Went out to my truck, looked up transaction history on my gift card. It showed that my card had been charged for the turkey. Showed him the screen, no apology, got handed my turkey.I wonder how many other people have gotten screwed out of gift cards by incompetence.

Anthony Snowden, at our Honey Baked Ham store in Suwanee, Ga has shown an overwhelming support to his community and his local fire station. He generously donated a half ham to every firefighter at our fire station, on all three shifts (27 hams!). Anthony was very helpful. I had a gift card and I wanted to try to spend all of it. With his help, I did use all of my gift card. Everyone is very nice there.

I love eating lunch here. The staff is all so incredibly friendly. Its a nice place to have a quiet lunch.

Sandwiches were tasty and tender. I also had the chicken and wild rice soup. I was expecting selections to be very salty, but the salt flavor was moderate. In fact, the hame has a slightly smoky flavor.

I always get the Christmas Ham and Turkey breast from Honey Baked and its wonderful every year!

Small shop but cozy small not claustrophobic small. Staff have always been friendly and efficient and my kids and I fight over last bites of just about everything we’ve ordered there.

This place was horrible and the food is cold and nasty. I dont have pictures because I threw the food away. I want a refund but Its in the trash. Never ever again will I spend my money on slop.

They are all about the same. Teenagers with great attitudes willing to show you every ham if you would like.

Have always put honebaked ham as top priority, but the past 2 times Ive visited this store, Ive been treated rudely, no offering of any type of help, and with rushed service, even though there was nobody in the store. I can definitely see why the business has dropped at this particular location and I will not be returning.

SUPER crowded since it was Thanksgiving but that being said, the employees had the cue line running like a well oiled machine and moving folks thru super quickly and remained upbeat and positive all along.

Personally I dont think you can beat a honey baked ham or turkey. The folks at this location are very friendly and helpful and usually have samples out in case you have trouble making up your mind.

Best option for lunch. Not another burger. My favorite is the turkey bacon ranch sandwich.

Exquisite and tasty flavor for the ham sandwiches and the soup its fair good.

A bit pricey, but totally worth it! Folks who work there are friendly and take time to help if you need help.
