This place is full of scammers be careful. There is plenty of other auto repair in the area way better.

Avoid this place; it is a joke without accountability whatsoever! Despite making plans with the owner/mechanic, my car set there for a week, not even touched.When I showed up for updates, they said they need another week. Frustrated, I picked up my car and left. Never there again.

I went in the other day for a rattling noise that was getting worse. The owner/ employees were extremely accommodating even tho I didnt have an appointment. I waited minimal time even tho they were busy. They put it on the lift, fixed it, and didnt even charge me! I definitely will continue to use them!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. FULL OF SCAMMERS.

I went to Citgo to get an inspection sticker. After 30 min in the garage, my car came out with a rejection sticker. The guy said I needed a whole new headlight assembly which costs $400+ labor. I went elsewhere (Chris’ auto repair in Winthrop) and all I needed was a bulb adjustment. Chris ended up getting me an inspection sticker and fixed my headlight for $100. I have never had a positive experience at Citgo. I only went there because it was convenient. I will never go back and these people should be ashamed of themselves trying to take advantage of a young woman.

I have been using this place for gas for 4 years, regularly. I always get my stickers here. Today for the first time I stopped by for air. I needed help because I don’t know how to do it. I was treated like garbage, they just would not help me. The worse is they recognized me and they said they knew I am a regular customer, yet they would simply not help me. So disappointed.

The best place where you can have your car either fixed or do inspection . Way better service than the dealership. Thank you paradise citgo for the good service.

Very inexperienced mechanics especially. They do whatever they want when the owner is not at the store Be careful going there you’re more likely going to be scammed and charged more than twice for simple work.

If youre looking for a place where you can leave your car -- and pick it up, knowing that the car is fixed and the price is fair, then this is the place. Gus is just one of those guys that makes me breathe a sigh of relief -- because I suspect weve all had terrible experiences with a mechanic who didnt fix the problem or who maybe overcharged us. Gus is a straight-shooter. We took my wifes car in, knowing it was going to be expensive, and he said, no -- he can repair it without having to order the new, expensive part.Hes here for the long haul -- and he knows that creating a network of satisfied customers is the only way to build a business. And my wife and I, having come to him for years now, are very satisfied customers.

I went to get an inspection sticker, and they fail me, when I asked for reason, they couldnt even explain to me why they did fail me except I need to change the ball joint and here is a quote if you want to fix it, I drive my car everyday, and I am car savy so I know when something is wrong with my car, I just wasnt convinced, and its just you cant argue with them on this, because I should have never went there, I don’t recommend going to get a sticker here and that’s my personal opinion.

I have to say, there are some awesome people that work at Paradise Citgo, and most of the time its very hard to say that about a mechanics. Not once have I been disappointed. Theyre friendly, and the waiting area is clean. They explain everything that needs to be done in a way that a person who doesnt know much about mechanics would understand. Gus is also a hard worker and takes care of his customers. You wouldnt be disappointed! What I love about this place is that they dont rip you off on prices like other places do, and they never take longer than necessary. They give you a time, and its always ready by that time. I never thought I would be on here rating a mechanic, but I think their hard work needs to be acknowledged!

I am new to town but If you go to a place to get your car inspected and you get rejected for a wiper blade that smears, it means that place sucks. My dear friends that was my personal experience with that place. Good luck to you.

Great service, quick efficient & professional! They are busy because they do it rightl again and again. When you find good mechanics, keep them!

Every time I need a puncture fixed, or a quick repair, these guys get it done fast and cheap. They are also honest when it comes to inspections (unlike other stations that have discovered my recently-installed headlights were burned out and need to be replaced)

Go Else Where:Looking for state inspections they take for ever. The guy at the front said it would take 20 mins. I asked him at 40 mins what the status was and said another 15 mins.Ended up being 1hr 17 minsWill go elsewhere with my vehicles

So I went with very bad brake conditions and asked for the parts I need to be changed. After the dude checked with a flash light he said that I need back rotors and pads. I went to get the parts. After 40 min I got there he made me wait 30 min then tell me to come the next day when I drove all the way from Medford to where they are. Also when I went to change them somewhere else, I found out that I needed the front rotors changed instead of the rear one so I ended up wasting money on parts I dont even need which was the back rotors. I am never going back there again or suggest that place to anyone.

I love this place! Gus is an awesome mechanic and his crew has always pulled through for me and all my vehicles Ive had or still have. Everyone should bring their vehicle here because theyre good and honest people with great prices and get the job done! If I live in Gloucestser andcome all the way to Swampscott for and auto repair, then they must be worth it!

Be careful! They hit me with a red R ticket, without warning during the inspection. They say they need repair of the entire suspension - this is how they find customers. I was passing, there was no time for repairs, so I took the wheelbarrow to the dump and went to the rented one.
