First time coming here for my fiance bday with friends. I didnt understand why I couldnt get the icecream in a cup with 2 cookies. The cashier was nice and whoever said theyd remake it was nice but there was no need for the glares or to make us feel awkward. No need to be rude.. Be more clear and straightforward with your communication its part of customer service. Hence why I gave 3 stars.

This place is fantastic! The cookies are huge and so delicious! They ice cream is really creamy and great by itself. The vegan options are just as good!

The cookies are absolutely delicious and the customer service is even better! The girl who took my order (I think her name was Deya) was incredible! So professional, patient, and kind! She made my night :)

I went here for the first time yesterday and ordered five cookies with ice cream honestly the ice cream was good I was not impressed with the cookie was hard as a rock

We haven’t even finished our first box of a half dozen cookies and we are already anticipating returning soon! Personally, our favorite cookie is the Cookies N’ Cream, but each one we have had is incredibly delicious, and perfectly soft. Never getting cookies elsewhere again, Cookie Monstah is the place to go! So glad that they opened up in Swampscott!

The only disappointment is that they only opened a month or two before I moved from just around the corner. Still close enough that Ill keep going back though, love Cookie Monstah!

The cookies n cream was good...the only issue was the spoon was too thin to scoop the ice cream...what im trying to say is that the spoon is cheap to scoop the ice cream :(

Brownie cookie ice cream sandwich was excellent. Only message I would send to manager or owner is to put an awning at drive thru,at least during covid (which I hear may go until 2024).
