Floor staff is always friendly but the quality of the furniture does not come close to the price you are charged if you finance. Our couch was falling apart within 10 months and still is. We have about $1,300 left to pay and I will never buy this low quality furniture again. Live and learn! If youre looking for someone to pretend theyre your best friend for about 30 minutes then you should go to this store and pretend youre looking for some furniture. Thats the one quality this store has to offer. Thats probably the only reason people still shop there honestly. If you are rich and can afford to buy furniture here then pick out some and they will have it ready for you in about a month! Good luck

I went with a friend while she picked out a recliner; staff was very nice and friendly to both of us. Loved the prices. Entered to win a free recliner in a few days. Heres hoping!!

Just went to look at furniture for our home and Paula was just great by explaining every thing to us about the different brands in the store.

FRiendly helpful bunch of ladies greeted me at the door, walked me over to the rest of my party and explained everything to me. Service was the best Ive ever gotten out of a furniture store. They called me several times about the delivery. They called the day before and the day of as they were on their way. Delivery guys were professional and courteous.

My first impression on entering the store was the welcoming feeling I got from the sales associate everyone was so helpful and friendly I bought something within 10 minutes of my visit because I was so impressed with their customer service skills I know customer service when I said I was in retail management for over 40 years and this was the best

The prices were fair but after purchasing a couch it took 3 weeks to make and be delivered. I was expecting a few days but I guess they have no inventory in stock. It wasnt a special order. I picked it off the showroom floor.

Decent selection of furniture, but finance rates way too high! Plus some theory finance programs are very confusing!
