Brian and team are the best at making the correct diagnosis, and affordable when repairing. Even with foreign luxury and sports cars!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for over 35 years, and have always received excellent service and competitive pricing. My brother took his car to a dealership when his car broke down in another town and was told that his engine was blown and needed replaced (about $2,500 estimate), so of course we towed the car over an hour & a half to Turners. The team there let us know it was only vapor-locked, and the repair was $30. They also showed us how to fix the problem (for free) if it ever happened again! Their integrity is outstanding and I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you, Turner Automotive!

Poor excuse for a business! So unprofessional! I witnessed this place just cuss out an 84 year old man over his car, and refused to give him his keys unless he paid $150 for absolutely nothing! His car was sitting there for 6weeks and no one called him or fixed a thing on his car! I’ll never use this place. So disrespectful to the elderly! BS customer service. Owner is an entitled bully and woman at the desk was rude as hell.

Ive had all my mechanic work done by Brian and his crew since i was a teenager. If ya want it done professionally and right the first time...this is the place. Ive never not been satisfied with the quality work they do here.

I am able to talk directly to the owner/mechanic about future plans to keep my truck up and running. I feel safe to drive my truck to any city or state with confidence.

Turner Auto is handling an insurance claim for my 2011BMW 335d. So far the service has been top notch. They have been friendly and helpful each step of the way. I dont usually write up reviews but these guys have been great. I highly recommend them. Ill update once the repairs are complete but based on my experience so far I expect nothing but the best from them.

If you want your vehicle in worse condition then when you dropped it off, take it here. They screwed my brother over and caused more damage to his vehicle. They then tried to claim the part the mechanic broke, AT THEIR SHOP, was damaged by another shop. Funny, since the vehicle hadnt been to any other shops prior to going to Turner Auto & Body Inc. After causing the additional damage, they then proceeded to call my brother to come pick up his vehicle. Upon driving said vehicle it was extremely apparent that there was something wrong. Turner Auto & Body Inc. not only damaged the vehicle but they RECKLESSLY ENDANGERED my brother and all other drivers on the road. Their website says, To show our complete confidence in our work we guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with the repairs to your vehicle. What a joke that is! This shop should be put out of business. They are a pathetic excuse for an auto body shop, and they very clearly lack the skills necessary to provide quality maintenance.

My wifes car died on her. It took them 4 business days just to check it and they never called when it was ready. We were from out of town and had to pay hundreds for a rental in the mean time. Turns out it was just the battery. Dont use these guys unless you enjoy waiting as they seem to not understand customer service.

The best place on Sylacauga to get your car worked on. They dont over charge and dont do work thats not needed.

Worst excuse for a mechanic shop. They charge a diagnosis fee if they look at vehicle then change you a extremely high price to fix it. They screw you ether way. I’ll walk before I let them touch any of my cars again!
