Always late opening up!! I sat 30minutes waiting

Its OK, but theres no one there to assist with finding what you want, the only person is watching the monitor.

I always have the best experience here staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and i always happily spend my money

The store is small sized with a limited selection but you can definitely find something in your price range. Highest quality bundle I saw was a 7a packaged as a 14/16/18 for like 89 dollars. They stick lots and lots of products so there are plenty of options that will get you close to whatever youre looking for. Customer service was around a 3. They clearly have an employee thats always there and probably really awesome but was sick today and highly missed. I saw 2 people leave after asking for her. Checkout was interesting. I handed my card to the person at the checkout and after swiping he laid it on the counter. He laid down the signature receipt and I put my hand out for the pen which he also laid on the counter. At this point I stopped him and just asked him did he see my hand to which he said yes but he meant no disrespect and handed me my copy of the receipt in my hand. No harm no foul.

These prices be killing me sometimes. Some stuff I have to just buy online.

Prices are little more than other places. But it is the only hair store in Sylacauga.

I found what i need. and the service was good.

I love this store...even tho I do miss an associate that used to worked there. She always kept me laughing and she was always in high spirit. I haven’t been there much due to me going to the Birmingham hair stores. But they are good at 2U

The ladies are always so helpful. You are greeted and they approach you and ask if you need help. Prices are about the same as other beauty supply stores. Selection of items has increased over the months.

OMG I love this shop they had wigs that make me look like a queen and I love the customer services and the way they took care of us. They deserve more help cause they going need it when I ever hit big lol but until then they did there job beyond just to help little old me. 😍

This place has a large variety of products and has products at a reasonable price.

Usually i have good experiences here but Friday i bought a drawstring ponytail and the string wasnt attached. So I took it back the ponytail was snatched out of my hand and when she went got another one she shoved the new one in my hand after rudely showing me that the drawstring worked on it. Now a couple days later the front comb in the new ponytail has come a loose. But my complaint is really twords the rudeness of the lady that was at the counter. Cause maybe the company of the ponytail is sending out faulty products.

If i travel an hour with two kids to patronize ur business i expect my kids ro be able to use the friggin bathroom.

Always helpful and I find just what I need bought my girls their gorgeous 👗 they looked fabulous!!
