I have nothing personal against employees at the local store but Verizon service, technical service is 100% pitiful, awful, pathetic! Ive had issues with a rather expensive phone that they cannot seem to figure out the problem. I pay $150 for the best of service but I had better service & phone paying $35 with StraightTalk. Whats wrong with this picture? I wish I could go back, worst mistake Ive ever made!
After an extremely poor experience at the Verizon TCC store in Alexander City, I called and spoke with Rob at Verizon- Cellular Sales, who was very polite in explaining Verizons new security process. He even apologized for the bad experience in AC!I was so impressed with him, I drove 30 miles to purchase a new phone from him. When my wife and I arrived, Rob wasnt there, so Jeff served us. He was extremely polite, courteous and respectful. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and never once appeared bothered by our questions. He went the extra mile in helping us find what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Jeff made the entire experience worthwhile.I highly recommend this store and their staff!

This store is where I always come when I need help with my phone with Verizon. Everyone is always so helpful and tells me to come in with any problem I have. I used to have a flip top phone and now I have a smartphone but everyone has been so sweet as I am learning.Today I came in because my home phone box wasnt receiving calls or calling out. Adam helped me reset it and got me on a plan with unlimited data so that I never get charged for using too much. He told me about a promotion too that I might do later.
Adam rocked! Very professional and helpful! Great personality...we had a lot of laughs. Great salesman too...got me to buy lots of extras. Recommending family members to go see him.
Today I had a very l pleasant experience with Adam. I am a senior citizen and he was very patient and polite. You cant go wrong with this store or with Adam.
Would never go to this store again all steven wanted to do was announce that I had a past due balance over the entire store had money to pay for the Bill but he was trying his best to embarrass us... card was stolen and Im a truck driver and had to go home to get my new one thanks Steven for losing another customer
I usually come here or go to the Oxford corporate location. My service at both locations has been excellent! Adam has helped me save money on my account and helped me purchase devices that will help my business! I recommend this store to anyone!
I like coming here rather than stores like Alex City because the employees are friendly and know what theyre talking about. They take time time with you and make sure they answer all your questions. Adam was helpful setting up my new phone today. Also, the store is clean and there are a lot of people to wait on all the customers that come in.

We came here because my Mother-in-law’s phone wasn’t charging. We were greeted with an open door and a smile! Her phone just needed a battery reset and that’s all. We were never pushed to buy anything. I would recommend this place.

The reason that I continue to use Verizon is because I have found an incredible representative. Allison is knowledgeable about all the products and she is trustworthy. I am 68 years old and have owned my own business so these are very important factors to me. I very much appreciate her professionalism and her kindness in helping me each and every time I visit. If I were not retired, I would steal her away to manage my entire company. Verizon is very lucky to have her.
This store is full of the best people ive worked with. I used to be with ATT and they didnt help like these people. They are kind and courteous and help me with technical stuff and they are quick. I highly recommend them.

I came to the store to upgrade one of my lines, was seeing by Tiffany, (very nice and helpful lady) when I got home I noticed that the phone was used some how, (maybe was a display, IDK) it had some Facebook screenshots and phone calls registered on the voicemail history, I called the store and I was told to bring it back the next day because they were about to close and that they will be glad to swap it out for me, well, I went back there this morning, when I got there Kourtney was who I was talking to, well I explained to her what was going on and everytime I had something to say she had to respond with a smart mouth answer what an awful customer service I didn’t go there for that just wanted to upgrade my phone! So instead of swapping it out, I just returned it. First and last time trying out this store. I’ll continue going back to the one in the Oxford exchange.
Helpful customer service. Never had issues with my phones or plans and if I did they were helpful in showing me how to save data from being used. Awesome. Its one of the reasons I left AT&T
Whether I need an upgrade, new line/device, or if I’m having a problem, Charl is always willing to help me. He is the epitome of Customer Service! He’s always so helpful when I’m in the store and he’s even delivered phones to my office when I couldn’t make it to the store. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have just finished a visit we have with your Verizon store in we have met the most awesome young man at Sylacauga and his name is c h a r l I think . we have had an awesome visit in the store not only did we get good service but the guy that we had went Way Beyond Way Beyond the norm of someone that would help you and were older people. my husband and I both are in the early stages of Alzheimers and he is 85 years old and like I said before Im 75 and we are all we need helping and when we came in the store here we had no idea what this was good experience is going to be but just want you to know that you have a great great great guy here and God is using him. along with his using he is a very awesome man he saw hes everything that if I owned a business that I would want to work from. he is a blessing to our lives and through getting a new phone we have made a new friend and I would say to you hang on to him dont let anything separate him from your business because you would lose a diamond if you lost him. Most awesome customer service I have ever experienced with buying a cellular phone. Gentleman opened the door for us when we got there and treated us like kings. The entire experience was top notch. Ask for Don Martin when you get there is all I can say.
Upgraded phone at that time customer service was great. As of 9/10/19 customer service at this store is terrible except for when they greet you as you come in through the door. Wanted to upgrade my Galaxy Tab E to something bigger, they only had a Galaxy Tab A and an iPad, was told I could order a tablet, the Asus tablet, did that but was not told the price of the tablet and was told that i would find out how much to pay when it came in a week from today. Called to cancel order after two attempts SOMEONE finally answered the phone! Was very nice and courteous and found the person I dealt with there, he did not ask whom he was talking to and rudely told me that whoever came in and wanted a 10.10 inch tablet could have it. Im going somewhere else to upgrade my tablet where they know how to do their job and are RESPECTFUL.

Justin Barrett was a awesome sales rep! He took care of me as I was his only customer. I love Verizon customer service, but their towers do not pick up my calls very well at all. I have dropped calls, calls that I cant hear the other party or they cant here me.
I purchased a phone here almost 6 months ago. If I ever have any questions or issues with my phone the employees here are always willing to help. I came back into the store a few days ago just to pay my bill and was informed that my bill could be lowered $20 and add a tablet. I will only do my business here from now on.
This store has always been very helpful. I got great advice on which new phone I should get. My rep went above and beyond and drove to Birmingham to get the phone I wanted. Will be coming back to shop here

Only useful if purchasing a new phone for instantaneous gratification and willing to pay more than what you would pay from Verizon directly. Not a real Verizon store, just a reseller. Can not and will not help with problems with phone warranty service.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Sylacauga branch Verizon. The young lady who helped me choose a plan was extremely knowledgeable on all the devices and plans. My wait time was very short and I could tell that everyone was working hard to make sure wait times were short without sacrificing current customer care. I was able to get everything I was wanting out of my service and device - no more and no less. I have experienced great service from Verizon - fast 3g lte and no dropped calls - since switching from another major carrier. I will be with Verizon from here on out and look forward to another visit to the Sylacauga branch. Thanks!!!!!

I came in asking questions about my plan and data and my phone was making a noise I couldnt figure out. Charl backed my phone up before he erased it thank heavens and made the noise stop! I was so scared I was going to lose my pictures. I also got a plan that would not charge ne for using too much internet. The people here are always so,helpful and make me happy that Im a Verizon customer.

Stopped by just to get advice on using the S Pen device more for my job. I was also looking for a case for my I pad mini. Charl met me at the door, showed me some some S Pen features that would help. When I asked about I pad mini case he saw on my account that I was,eligible for a Samsung tablet mobile data that would Sync everything with my Samsung. I got a great deal. I could not afford to buy another tablet as the I pad was a gift. This FINALLY bridged the Samsung/Apple iOS gap in my tech for me. When Charl totalled everything up I got even more discounts added. Mind Blown, had no idea it would turn out like this.

I had the best experience at Verizon yesterday and today ! Yesterday Stacey helped me file an insurance claim and got my phone to me the very next day ! The following day, after I had received my phone, I brought it back to the store and Morgan found my iCloud for me and transferred all my contacts, photos, videos and notes . I felt like these girls really helped me when I was so clueless !!
Verizon has the worst plans ever. They are extremely higher than other phone services. I live in town, you would think a tower is close by, I can not wait till my contract is up!! Im gone!!!!!Sylacauga has the worst customer service, I rather drive all the way to Birmingham just to pay my bill.
