Can I go outside to exchange it? He said yes, but it will not pass my annual inspection. I thought about it, if it doesnt pass, I still have to pay and waste time. So I agreed to change the headlights, but the boss said that he had given me a chance, and now he wont let me pass. I think he loves money very much, so when I said that there was only ten dollars outside, he was very angry. And my other Mercedes-Benz cars are also maintained here, but once I wanted to use the jack, I found the jack in the car was missing, I think they stole my jack.

It was my first time at this shop; I just started working across the street and with my hours being 9 to 6 it is very hard to take the car to any shop; so I stopped before going into work; I explained what I needed and he said he would check it out and he would call me to let me know what was needed and the price before making any repairs; long story short, the car needed an oil change and had power steering issues (I have an old car by the way with almost 200k on it). Anyway I went after work (they’re open until 7pm) and Steve explained to me that the steering wheel is about to be out of business but instead of telling me to get a new one like pretty much any other mechanic would do he cleaned it up really well and added a special conditioner that helps with the problem; it was very cheap and he understood that with a car that old it’s not worth performing a big job and this would do the trick and if it doesn’t work the cost was minimal anyway. He also fixes snowblowers and generators and even offer me to send someone to get my generator if I can’t fit it in my car for service.Anyway great first experience; I would definitely go back.

I once saw a customer come in with a broken AC on a range rover. They found that the problem was with the compressor. Any other shop wouldve recommended a newcompressor; not cheap for the customer but it is the simplest fix. This shop went the extra mile and tried to repair the compressor. They were able to repair it and send the customer on their way with substantial cost savings. It takes a lot of technical wisdom to pull this off. They did it like it was nothing. Since then, I have trusted this shop with my car and checkbook.

I cannot stress enough how awesome these guys are. I have used them OVER and OVER again and each time I am blown away how easy they are to work with. Not just Steve (who is fantastic) but the few times Ive dealt with mechanics there...theyre all really nice and efficient and quick. Pricing is always extremely reasonable and theyre very accommodating. This is the go to place you want in your arsenal. I am baffled by any negative reviews Ive seen on here.

The extremely rude owner of this place parks cars he is servicing and has his employees illegally park to the corner where it clearly posted not to park with a sign no standing or parking beware as your car may be hit by the trucks going up and down the block he needs to rent or buy a place to park for the safety of everyone else who works on the block

Ive only used them for State inspections for my car and motorcycles so far, but they definitely have a good following. This could be because they are honest. While waiting for my car to be inspected, the manager came out to an old gentleman also waiting and told him there was nothing wrong with his battery and that the battery post just needed to be cleaned and tightened. No charge. A less than honest shop could easily have come up with a list of expensive repairs.

Full of lies, my MDX was leaking transmission oil and being told mechanism cant find any while there are a spool of oil under my car. Wasted my time!

Steve and his crew are amazing!!! In about an hour they were able to diagnose a blinker/electrical problem with my Mercedes ML350 that my regular mechanic (who also does great work) was unable to correct. It was suggested I’d have to go to the dealer.... I had 3 recommendations from friends to try Syosset Tire & Auto.... I am so glad I listened!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Steve the manager was obnoxious and does not understand the meaning of customer service.I usually go to All Weather Tire in Huntington Station, but they were closed due to the pandemic (now back open). Anyway I figured I would try out Syosset Tire, boy that was a mistake!!!! On one hand I feel bad writing this, but I also feel it incumbent to save others from being treated the same. Don’t go here!!!

Horrible place! I wish I could give them zero star. They are not straight with their price! Or their service! Charge me something called FOB ( by the way who know what it means?) for a key on the one that don’t need any service . And when I questioned him, he simply throw the key at me and refuse to correct he wrong and blamed on me. This was given I. Came the day before to ask and explained everything . Please do yourself a favor. I also witness they mark up price and you need to haggle with them hard to be treated fairly which I think most of people would not be able to do. Find a honest place, NOT HERE

Theyre good for oil change or maybe brakes electrical work stay away paid over $600 in two weeks laid up in the shop for the fan not working after replacing the fan several computers entire rewiring with relays that were not Factory and then it burned up again melted shorted out the battery almost made it blow up I spent over $700 when all is said and done and it just melted again great work guys if you dont know how to do something admit it and have somebody else do it

I brought my car here a few times, thought i was getting a good deal until i found it that Steve (manager) has been charging me more than I agreed or signed. He tells me how much service is and shows me a receipt but then runs my credit card for almost double! I thought they were trustworthy.

I believed I needed a new tire. I went in, and told them I thought I needed a new tire. They told me I did not. I respected that. I then took my car in for repair, and the job was done very well at a reasonable price. I recommend them.

Dishonest. Had him check my brakes 3 times, each time he told me they were fine and charged me for labor. He never even took the wheels off. Went to another mechanic and he told me my rotors were FAR past shot and showed me the parts.

Great service and reasonable prices

I went to change the oil and they told me what I needed. I bought 2 / tires and they put it on, look for my car I felt something was not right. The front tires, the same one that I had bought from them, were a bit loose and were damaged, I returned it to have my brakes checked. Steve called me and told me they were calipers and that they were $ 800 to fix it. I said no and Steve did not like that answer he charged me he did not give me a receipt and he left me the tire on the loose drivers side almost causing an accident when there to ck my car

I have had my last three cars serviced by Syosset Tire, and they consistently deliver on time and at a fair price. I had an electrical issue on a Volvo XC90 and brought it to Volvo who wanted more than $2000 to fix - Syosset Tire was able to get the same part and perform the same repair for under $1000. I would highly recommend them!

Been going here for years now.. Its a matter of trust. They dont make up repairs for things that dont need to be repaired like most places I have been to. Good group of guys, never a problem.

I wish they had something like a negative star for fraud outfits like Syosset Tire. They put come on ads in pennysavers to lure in customers and then rip them off. Took my car for $20 balance and rotate special. Got a call you need rear brakes and rotors. I OKd on the phone. When went to pick the car and asked to confirm rotors were replaced, I was told no - they were resurfaced. The price charged was the same as for new rotors. They even charged $5 more for the special!!! Stay away. I am not going back eve

Make sure you ask for a quote first before you have work done. They are sometimes too expensive. Other than that, Steve is an honest guy and the work is satisfactory. Oil changes are questionable here.

I have a foreign car...FIAT ....Syosset Auto Repair is wonderful.... I had a bad experience with the FIAT dealer who is in reality Chrysler....rip offs, not honest, etc etc. I stumbled upon SYOSSET TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR.... have my car serviced for nearly 3 years. I just trust them. Thats it! AND the cost factor are gentle. I am self sustaining, dont have much money Steve has been nothing other than accommodating and the crew are great. want a negative? only one i could think of is there were grease prints on my steering wheel along with untidy mats and know what.? Steve offered to have the car cleaned and detailed in response with his complete apologies. I will continue to use Syosset whatever car i get in the future, domestic, or international because simply ..I TRUST THEM. I just trust them ...Great shop. I was leary on presenting a great review because I dont want them to become busier! I will have to wait longer lol.
