I am so glad I said Yes to the dress at Max Bridal! From the moment I first walked in to try on gowns, I felt so taken care of. Kaitlyn was such a sweetheart, asked what I liked/didn’t like about each dress until we found the one (it ended up being the 3rd one!). Then Bernice was amazing at alterations - I had a drastic change to my dress where she cut out a large amount of fabric underneath and she nailed it! She did such a wonderful job fitting my dress perfectly and adding the bustles where I wanted them. I already miss wearing my dream gown!

I had an amazing experience at Max Bridal Julie is who I worked with she was beyond amazing and helpful when I went back the second time to re-Try on a dress she was off for her holiday and I said to her I would change my day and come another day she said absolutely not she came in on her day off!!! How dedicated and what a great person! what an amazing experience I LOVE MY DRESS AND this whole experience!

I told myself I wouldn’t buy my dress on my first day out shopping but I ended up doing it. I was especially nervous being a plus size girl but they were so accommodating and made me feel so beautiful! I sent inspiration pics to Max Bridal before my appointment and they pulled the dresses I requested with some similar styles they recommended as well. As soon as I put my dress on I knew that was the one. I ended up going with one of their suggestions, a Sophia Tolli sleeveless ball gown and I ended up adding cap sleeves. I also bought my veil from them. From purchase to alterations and everything in between, Max Bridal was amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dont hesitate to make an appointment here to try on dresses. They have a great selection, keep the store very clean/organized, and are a pleasure to work with. I absolutely loved the woman who helped me today and am so thankful for her kindness. She helped me find the perfect dress! I cant wait to update this review after my wedding with some dress pictures :)

Back in February of 2020 I made a last minute appointment and found my wedding dress. They had plenty of options and I had a great experience. My husband and I had to postpone our fall 2020 wedding and Max Bridal allowed me to store my dress there, free of charge. I used their seamstress and had 3 fittings scheduled over the summer and my dress looked beautiful. Highly recommend!

Max Bridal was the third shop I went to for dress shopping and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I told Kat the few styles I knew I liked and she pulled so many amazing dresses right from the start. She was creative with her ideas, fun, and was an absolute joy to work with. I didnt know it in the moment but I ended up trying on the one that day thanks to Kat! I found that same dress in Arizona (where the wedding will be) and it would most certainly be easier to buy the dress there. However, due to my amazing experience at Max Bridal, I wanted to buy the dress from them. My follow-up visit was just as great. Walking in, you can tell the everyone truly cares. 10/10 without a doubt!

Max bridal was a pleasure to work with. Julie helped me find THE dress so quickly, she listened to exactly what I liked and didn’t like and pulled the perfect dress on my first visit. I thought I wanted a different style but once I put this one on, I knew it was everything I was looking for. The dress came in two months sooner than expected and they were so accommodating for fitting changes throughout out all the covid crazyness.

Although I may not have chose my dress yet, this place gave the best bridal experience. They did everything from laying out the dress so you can just walk right in it on a pedestal to picking out each dress so you know that you dont have to do it on your own. Ive had multiple experiences and thus far they definitely impressed me most.

I went to Max Bridal for my first wedding dress shopping experience. I didnt expect to find my dress since it was my first time trying on dresses but I did! I had an amazing experience and highly recommend them. Prices are great and service couldnt be better. They made it such a fun and relaxing experience!!! They had my name on a sign with my wedding date outside of my dressing room which I thought was such a nice touch. My mom and I had such a great experience shopping at Max Bridal! My stylist, Kaitlyn, was so kind, patient, really listened to my vision, and was never pushy (something I feared when beginning my dress shopping). I would highly recommend this store and having Kaitlyn pull some styles for you. Its also very clean and beautiful inside with a really big selection of gorgeous gowns!

I absolutely loved my dress until I got my alterations done there. Everyone in Max Bridal was amazing except the seamstress. Not only did she yell at me and was very nasty to where I had to say “ I don’t think you should yell at the bride”, I went to pick it up 3 days before my wedding there was thread and strings hanging all over. I noticed the day of even more mess ups by the seamstress. 10/10 with all the girls there, I wouldn’t have found my dress without them but if I knew my dress would get BOTCHED and cry on my wedding day, I would’ve gotten it altered somewhere else.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Max Bridal! I’ve looked for wedding dresses at a couple different places and this really just blew all the others out of the water. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses & the consultants are so fun & welcoming. Kat was fantastic - she was so kind, supportive, patient and fun. She was a HUGE help in finding “the one” and made the whole experience special. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Max Bridal after a disappointing appointment at another bridal shop a week prior. I went to Max Bridal on 7/3/2020 and worked with Sam. Sam was so receptive to my likes and dislikes. The first group of dresses she brought out to me were the style I was looking for and the first dress I tried on ended up being THE dress! I tried on a few more, but knew that first dress was the one. Sam was so kind and she explained everything perfectly, was so knowledgeable about the dresses, and answered all questions I had. We purchased the dress and a few weeks later I got a thank you card in the mail from Sam thanking me for coming in and shopping with her. No, thank YOU Sam and the team at Max Bridal! Max Bridal made my wedding dress shopping into an event. They made me feel like the center of attention and my consultant, Kaitlyn made me feel like a superstar and helped me find my dream dress.

I was very nervous about trying on dresses since I’m pretty self conscious. The moment I walked into Max Bridal I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so sweet and the shop was beautiful ! My stylist was Julie and she was AMAZING! This was the first time I have ever tried on dresses and she made it so fun and comfortable. I will recommend this place to everyone.

My wedding took place on 11/17/2019. It was a true pleasure working with the girls at this boutique. They went above and beyond to make it a special experience. My dress was absolutely breath-taking and everything I imagined it would be. I strongly recommend this boutique for any future brides!

Sam was AMAZING!! First let me say this was the first place I went to and I found my dream dress!! I absolutely LOVED Max Bridal. It’s ridiculous, but I was actually sad when I picked up my dress after my final fitting, knowing I probably wouldn’t see the wonderful people that worked their anymore. Amanda was my consultant. She was so sweet and very considerate of my budget. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she helped me find my dream dress! She always checked in on me during my fittingsMaia was my seamstress, and she was an alterations goddess. I didn’t make any drastic changes to my dress, but she fit the dress to my body perfectly. She was very patient and attentive to our concerns.The entire team at Max Bridal is very down to earth and welcoming. I came to a fitting late and coming down from a panic because I thought I lost my engagement ring (found it after searching like a madwoman for 45 minutes). They knew what had happened and were so sweet and concerned. When I got there, one of the consultants gave me a hug and calmed me down.

I had a wonderful experience here. My first stop looking for my wedding gown. Amanda was FANTASTIC. She blew away any service I received at other bridal boutiques. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful doesnt begin to scratch the surface. She listened to exactly what I wanted to see in dresses and put her two-sense in and it was wonderful. She stayed not only within my budget but dabbled well below in order to show me things she thought fit the look I realized I was going for. I had the best time. She had really helpful suggestions and really made the experience the best it could be.The only reason Im not giving a 5 is selection. I thought for sure I found the dress of my dreams until I kept shopping around and found one that had one more box checked off than the one Amanda helped me find.Otherwise, highly recommend the experience. They do have a ton to choose from, but once I knew the fit and colors I wanted, the selection just wasnt there. I would have loved to give my business to Max Bridal, thanks to Amanda!

Max Bridal was my second to last attempt after visiting numerous bridal shops. By that point, I already tried on more than two dozen gowns and I was quite sure of what I wanted and didnt want. When I first arrived, the front desk staff were quite friendly and accommodating, as I was running a few minutes late. I was working with Julie, who made sure my guests and I were comfortable. I fell in love with two dresses. I couldnt decide so I decided to sleep on it. I made another appointment for the next day. I knew I would end up getting a dress there, I just couldnt decide which one! In fact, I cancelled my next appointment, as I was sure my journey was at an end. The very next day, I tried the two dresses again, and finally made a choice. I said yes to the dress! Thanks to Julie and the kind staff at Max Bridal.

I recently bought my wedding dress from Max Bridal and it was the best experience. Right from the start my consultant, Amanda, understood that I didn’t want a traditional dress and helped me find the perfect Jim Hjelm. Aileen, the manager always greeted me and my mom during every appointment and chatted with us about the wedding. Ines, the seamstress I worked with was amazing! She helped transform my dress from a strapless dress to one with a sheer high neckline using the extra lace from my dress. Everyone at Max Bridal is so wonderful, that my mom and grandmother got their dresses there too, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Max Bridal was so accommodating at all three of my appointments with them before I was able to say yes to the dress there! At each appointment I found all of the workers to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They did not pressure me to say yes at any of the appointments. This shop provided the most comfortable shopping experience and their new shop is so spacious and personal!

Max Bridal is a small boutique that has a great selection of lovely bridal dresses at an affordable price. As soon as I walked into Max Bridal, all of the consultants greeted me and made me feel welcome right away. Amanda was my bridal consultant and she started off the appointment by asking me about my preferred styles. She was so sweet and really great at finding dress styles I would be interested in. She brought me and my family into a private room, and immediately moved us to the larger front room after it became available. She was extremely patient and helpful in getting me in and out of each dress. She showed us how the dresses would look in different lighting too, which helped me come to a decision. I tried on several dresses before choosing the one. I did not feel rushed the entire time I was there. This was the second bridal boutique I visited and I am so happy to have made my decision here. Chelsea helped me during my dress inspection. She was also very friendly and helpful. I feel like the service I received at Max Bridal was very accomodating, thoughtful and truly enjoyable! Ive already recommended them to my friends and family. :)

I cant say enough about Max Bridal and Julie and Rachel (It was her first day!) that helped me. The salon is so beautiful and even has private rooms for your friends and family to sit in while you change. I had been to 4 bridal salons at that point and probably tried on 20 dresses and was starting to feel like I was never going to get that feeling when putting on a dress. Although the dress I wound up picking was the first I tried on that day, they still accommodated me and had me try on a few others to be sure. She asked me about my wedding day and looked at pictures of my venue to make sure she understood the vibe I was going for. When I put the first dress back on I knew I had that feeling and Julie asked me enough questions to know I was ready to pick! She even had my sister get ready with her camera to capture the moment of me saying yes to the dress which helped me save a memory I will never forget! Not only are their dresses absolutely beautiful but also affordable to the average bride which is so important when budgeting for a wedding. Im really grateful for the experience they gave me and that I found Max Bridal and my dream dress!!

I had such a great experience at Max Bridal - especially because of Julie; she was amazing! Max Bridal was my first appointment/ first time ever trying on a dress and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I had a pretty large group of people and everyone had a lot of opinions, but Julie kept reminding me that its my day and to focus on what I think - thank goodness she was there! I ended up trying on 11 dresses at Max Bridal, kept going back to the second dress I tried on - I had a feeling that was the one, it was beyond perfect. I ended up leaving to go to an appointment at Bridal Reflections - tried on 7 dresses there but kept comparing everything to that second dress I tried on at Max Bridal. I ended up going back to Max Bridal, put on the second dress again and SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Im obsessed with my dress, couldnt be happier - I cannot wait for my fiance to see me in it! Thank you Max Bridal and Julie for an overall amazing experience. I would recommend everyone go there to find the perfect wedding dress!

After a trip to a bridal factory where they would only let me try on 5 dresses, the ladies at Maxs were a breath of fresh air. We had fun and they suggested things I never would have picked out myself, including the dress I ended up buying. They gave me all of their attention and honest opinions on dresses. Wonderful experience!!

Courtney is very good. So sweet and accommodating and patient. While waiting for my dress to be made after the specifications I had chosen she called me on every update from the manufacturers. Well worth the travel from Eastern Suffolk. Everyone in the store is willing to help out as well and they all make a GREAT team.

My experience at Maxs bridal was fantastic! They were extremely affordable which I loved. I had a budget around 3,000 dollars and they were able to pull out about 50 dresses that fit to not only my price but my taste as well. Courtney was a great help, I felt at home there. I purposely wanted to stay away from commercial wedding dress stores, and a place like Maxs was exactly why. Maxs bridal were not pushy, they were honest, helpful, accommodating and most importantly in my budget! Thank you for helping me find my dress Max Bridal!

Disappointed, unfortunately. The shopping experience was nice, but the alterations were not. When I purchased my dress off the rack I asked the seamstress if it would be too hard to alter because it was 2 sizes too big and she said it was fine. When I brought it in for alterations she continually complained about how much extra fabric there was. She convinced me to do two separate bustles (one for the satin and one for the lace overlay). She tried to charge me extra over the $500 cap, when I emailed upset they discounted the charge for the extra bustle bringing it back to $500 plus tax. After all this, the bustle BROKE 10 minutes into wearing it! My bridal attendant wasted so much of my wedding pinning me every few minutes because it wouldnt hold. I became so frustrated that I ended up holding the top layer in my hand, we couldnt even do our first dance that we practiced for months properly. I emailed Max bridal explaining what happened and they did not even email me back to apologize. Very inconsiderate once you pick up that dress.

Go Somewhere Else! Manager of this bridal shop was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to me and my mother and stopped acknowledging us when we went into the store. I was so disappointed with Max Bridal and would never recommend anyone to go there when there are so many other bridal shops on Long Island. When I was looking for a dress I decided to go to Max Bridal because I had a great experience with the consultant and loved the small boutique feel. Unfortunately, after I ordered my dress, it felt like the complete opposite. When I ordered my dress, it was projected to come in April; April and May came and went and I was patiently waiting because I know sometimes they get delayed but then in June I called the store and they acted like they had no idea where it was and said they needed to have their manager call the designer and get back to me because it should have been in already. Hearing that was very concerning, why werent they on top of the status of the dress? So a week goes by and no one calls me back, so I have to call again and they said a shipment of dresses came in they will check to see if mine is there and that someone would call me back that night or the next day. The whole weekend goes by and no phone call again. When buying my dress, they had told me I had 7 days to inspect the dress from when it comes in, so concerned that it came in and they didnt inform me, I called again. It turns out my dress came in that Friday on the shipment of dresses but they didnt call me because there was a trunk show going on and they didnt have time. Seriously, this is a bridal shop, trunk shows are frequent. So now the dress is in, what else could be more stressful I thought? But scheduling was a nightmare with them and they acted as if I could just take off from work to inspect the dress. No joke they wouldnt give me an appointment after 4pm on a weekday or a weekend appointment because they were booked. No matter how many times I told them I dont live on Long Island and cant take off from work, they still tried to force weekday appointments during the day on me. Then I am halfway through alterations and saw on social media that they re-located their shop to another town, however they never informed me that it was relocating, not even once and I had to call and ask because I saw on instagram and had an appointment in a week. How do you not inform a customer that your shop moved when their gown is there? Overall, it was a terrible experience, the only good experience of this whole thing was the alterations, the seamstress there, Francois was fantastic and did an amazing job on my dress. She also helped make sure I got weekend appointments since I was traveling from off of Long Island.

Amazing store. The consultants are sweet, attentive, helpful, and very knowledgable about all of the dresses. I went to the store twice to look at dresses and felt comfortable and relaxed both times. The new Syosset location is stunning and personalized for brides as they try on their dresses. Out of all the bridal salons I visited, Max Bridal remains my favorite salon. I look forward to going back to pick up my wedding dress in a few months!

Prior to going to Max bridal, I went to two other places. Although they were nice, they didnt carry any Stella York dresses and I was pining over two of her designs. All the girls at Max Bridal made me feel comfortable and welcomed the second I walked in with my mom and sister. They happened to be having a Stella York trunk show this past weekend and one of the representives, Brittany, was there. As Celia was finishing up with the previous bride, Brittany helped me look through the Stella York dresses (the two that Ive been dying to try on, and others from the trunk show). As soon as Celia was finished with her last bride she came and helped me. She was very friendly to me and my family and listened to me in regards to what I liked/didnt like. She (and the other girls in Max Bridal) were completely honest in regards to how the dresses looked on me. She was also very knowledgeable about the dresses. Long story short I found my dress at Max Bridal with the help of Brittany and Celia! I absolutely loved my experience at Max Bridal and could not have been more happy with my choice of place and dress!! Highly recommend it for anyone who loves Stella York, Essence of austrialia and Martina Liana!

I had my first real bride moment at Max Bridal! The selection of gowns were gorgeous and the stylists were all so helpful. I highly recommend this shop!

Went there several months ago and had the worst experience a bride to be could have. First, I had an appt and no one even acknowledged me until I said something. Then I had a sales associate who knew jack about gowns and their own styles. Every gown I attempted to try on were for girls size 6 and under. I asked if they had any larger sizes in the dresses I picked and it was a no. So instead, they just started picking out dresses that would fit me but not necessarily anything I liked. After about 40 minutes I finally found something that was pretty. Asked another girl if they could get a bigger size for me to try on. I was told Id have to pay 100 bucks which was non refundable. As she was telling me this in the most nasty and snotty tone, she barely even looked up from her desk. I walked out with my friends feeling very upset. I would not recommend this horrible bridal salon to my worst enemy!

Chelsea at Max Bridal is extremely helpful and it was at Max Bridal that I felt the most comfortable (and I had been to over a dozen bridal places including Kleinfelds). Max Bridal was very accommodating when making my appointment and Chelsea was very welcoming. Thank you! - Liza

I literally cannot say enough amazing things about Max Bridal. I was nervous - dont get me wrong - as a self conscious bride with very few close girlfriends. It was just me and my mom but Celia made us feel 100% special. She was not pushy at all. She was so much fun, made me and my mom feel very comfortable, matched colors of dresses to my fiances suit to see what wed look like together, gave me my time when I needed it, taught me about all different styles, and ultimately helped me find THE dress. She was an angel. We all had a moment crying together when I knew it was the one. Cannot wait to go back for my fitting!

I came to Max Bridal with my future daughter in law and Amy made our visit from Ohio worth while. After saying of one of her dresses that she didnt hate it, Amy says Well lets get you out of this dress because I wont let you walk down the Isle in something that you dont hate. LOL. I loved that idea because the bride to be needed to love the dress. Later we found the Dress and she cried as she looked at herself in the mirror. I was very happy to be a part of this special day. Love them. Courtney is so sweet and professional, and my seamstress Bernice was also very nice and did a great job. They are not pushy, and they have a great selection of gorgeous dresses (I got my Watters bridal gown from them). I definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! Im not sure why theyre so highly rated. I havent found my dress yet, but they did not make the experience easy at all. The consultant was extremely rude, seemed annoyed the entire time, and barely wanted to answer my questions. There was a point I was very bothered and almost brought to tears because she made me feel like I had done something wrong. I asked questions such as, how would you make this more flattering, what suggestions do you have, and she just answered I dont know, what do you want?. I expect an expert opinion, even if it is an honest opinion, it is the expert advising! Their salon did not look clean, the carpet unkept, and they seemed in a rush to get me out. The consultant never smiled until she was happily eating her lunch after and barely said two words to me after changing. Most salons will see you out and follow up with an email. This was the only one to not do that and I have been to a handful of salons now. I went to Lotus Bridal just before this appointment and coming here was just such a downgrade in quality and customer service. Also, for some of the same dresses, this place was more expensive! There was another consultant that walked by, had a short conversation with me, possibly the owner, and they were super nice. I wished that she were my consultant instead of the one I had. If she had a bad day, I dont think she should take it out on her clients who have been nothing but nice to her. Customer service is everything and I was turned off to even consider buying anything from them!

Very attentive staff, listened to what was wanted

I have been to this salon twice. The first time I had a great experience. I would have given this salon 5 stars if that was the only time I had gone. The second time I went was for my bridesmaids to try on the dresses I had selected from my first visit. The girl who helped me, Amy I think her name was, was so rude. I had an appointment which I was early for. I understand other people were at the salon also but she very rudely said she had other clients in the fitting rooms and we had to wait. When I asked if the dresses I called about were pulled she said nobody told her they needed to be and went to go look for them. She came back saying she could only find 3 of the 4. I told her the 4th one was the reason I was there that day and she told me I looked three times I dont know what you want me to do about it. You probably gave me the wrong style number. I told her the number I got was from her the last time I was there and she roller her eyes and walked away. Then, when she finally found the dress in the discontinued section she alerted me to the fact the dress was discontinued and then told me she had to tend to the other people in the store and walked away from me. My bridesmaids were fuming with how she treated me. She didnt even try to accommodate us with different dresses. She was so rude. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone nor am I going to order any of the other bridesmaid dresses here.

My experience with Max so far is Fantastic Sun omg shes Awesome, sweet and super duper Professional so far so good...

So here is my story. I wasnt sure what I was looking for when I was shopping for my bridal gown and I am also very picky so that didnt help the situation. I went to many bridal shops before stepping into Max bridal. There I meet a few nice ladies, but Seon (SUN) was my main girl and OMG! she was amazing. Didnt like anything at first but then she followed up with a phone call informing me about a trunk show and thats when I chose my dress. It didnt end there, after purchasing the dress I went into panic and over time had doubts, but my girl Seon reassured me and reassured me that was the dress for me. I got the dress and still was sure because the dress was a bit big on me, however, Enis that does the alterations was also amazing, she told be if after the alterations if I dont like my dress, we will have to go shopping, which I found funny because I had no time to go shopping again. After alterations Enis did such a great job I said yes to the dress again. I have absolutely no regards. It was stunning on me. I would like to thank Seon and Enis for being so kind and having a lot of patience with me, I truly appreciate it. You guys are the best!

Max Bridal is amazing, especially because of Julie!! I went to about 7 different bridal stores on Long Island, and found dresses I liked but nothing I felt that I absolutely loved. Julie made me feel so comfortable, she understood what I was looking for and pulled dresses that I had chosen from their Pinterest page as well as choices of her own that she knew would look good on my body. Not only did I find my dress but it even came in under budget! The place itself was beautiful and had a roomy private space for me and my party to relax. Julie stayed late with us and helped me make my final decision between 2 dresses. I could not be happier with this experience and will be recommending Max Bridal to everyone I meet!
