I just came into the store to verify my veteran’s discount, but ended up checking out the new iPhone 11 Pro. I upgraded from the iPhone X 64GB to an 11 pro 256GB and now my phone bill is cheaper! The transition was seem less, thank you guys!

Left the store feeling great only to realize later that I was completely scammed. The sales rep Peter told me he could lower my tv bill by setting me up with new service, he told me that I HAD to purchase a “free table” in order to qualify for mobile home rewards and receive a $10 discount. I left the store with a new samsung tab a which i had absolutely no use for ( I use Iphone) until a friend told me that mobile home rewards was simply a program offered by verizon to loyal customers and all I had to was login and enroll to receive my discount not purchase any tablet. It has now been 2 months since this scammer made me buy this tablet and I have to pay $10 until the end of my 2 year term. Absolutely horrible.

DO NOT go here, the worst customer service. They don’t listen to anything you have to say just keep trying to sell you things you don’t need. I have seen other reviews about NOT being an AUTHORIZED dealer and it is true even though they list themselves as one. Came in to pick up my preordered phone. We arrived 30 min before closing and they told us to have a seat and wait. I waited patiently and when the customer before me was finished, the Verizon sales woman Davie said they were now closed and I should come back tomorrow. I was interested in a promotion that Verizon has. Showed up here with my father to ask for the phones and more details about the current promotion which is buy one phone, open a new line with a new discounted phone. Two very young associates barely looked at us with 0 acknowledgement, looking at their phones being all tired and all, didnt even bother showing us the phones that are under the promotion. I dont see why I would come here again.

Amit made a confusing decision easy and the support was second to none.

I ordered an additional FiOS One Mini set top box online and picked it up at this store last week. No thanks to the Verizon employee who told me I could activate the box by calling 1-800-verizon and providing the serial number of the box. That turned out to be incorrect. A six- digit activation code was required to activate the box, and of course, I did not have one. Tried to get an activation code online and then on my phone using the MyFiOS app - nope. Had to call the dreaded Verizon - where they make it almost impossible to speak with a human. But persistence paid off - after repeatedly asking the robovoice for a representative I finally got to the one Verizon human manning their toll-free phoneline. Almost an hour later, after numerous reboots, the new box worked! Verizon has a good product but they treat their customers with great disdain.

Came in this morning, with problems with my phone, thinking it wasn’t worth it, but a young gentleman helped me out with it and fixed the issues. Mo answered all my questions perfectly and the other young gentleman Sohil was looking into my fios account trying to help me save money. This store has excellent service I highly recommend everyone to come check the store out and speak to each of the employees, they care about the customers & their problems more than just a sale, excellent store I will definitely do my business here with them !
