I had a great experience with WWU. I originally place a small order to see what I would be getting. Once I received my package, I was satisfied. Then, I made two large purchases for my church family. It came in the mail about 3 days after I ordered. I couldnt be more satisfied.
I ordered my crown key chains 11/13/16 and received them 11/17/16. I didt pay for expedited shipping either. The delivery fee I paid for was ground shipping, and on top of that I placed my order on a Sunday night. Turn around speed was pretty quick...maybe it was because I didnt get any customization done to the items-- I am pleased with my order and do not have any complaints at all about the product I ordered. I was kind of skeptical at first because of some of the comments I read about WRAP WITH US, INC. but over all Im pretty pleased with the product and will refer others to the site as well.

I ordered 7 crystal table place card holders. The first time they shipped my package to the wrong address and I ended up getting the wrong package as well. My name was on the box so I opened it and I called the person because their contact info was on the receipt to let them know that I received their package and was told they have mine as well.....strike 1. The company fulfilled both of our packages and over nighted them to us, great! Kudos to them for that but out of all 7 holders, 3 of them arrived broken. The stems were not even attached to the crystal base. Each holder comes wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in their own little individual boxes so I know it couldnt have happened during shipping. Is it to much to ask to check your stuff before you ship them? Their lack of communication as a company is appalling. I called and left a voicemail when I received the wrong package. When I didnt hear anything, I called and was told my order had been resent, no call back. I just left another voicemail regarding the broken holders. Well see if I actually get a response or if I have to call again. Lack of communication is the best way to make your competition some money. This was my first experience with this company. I will never shop with them again.
I ordered 25 2×3 picture frames for my daughters graduation party, it shipped within 5 hours and I received them the next morning ( less than 24 hours ) I was very impressed with this company especially after reading some of these reviews I would definitely shop here again :) The product was great and packaged well....thank you WRAP WITH US
Had a great experience with them in the past. However, I called and the number stated it was open. Went to the Syosset location and turns out they are closed. It says THIS LOCATION HAS CLOSED...its empty inside ! Website is under construction
I absolutely LOVE this store! I ordered pretty much all of my wedding stuff from here (favors, wedding ceremony accessories, decorations for both wedding and reception). I received all of my items in a timely manner, and they arrived in about 4 HUGE BOXES filled with everything from chair bows,aisle runners, ribbons to breakable items like shot glasses, candles, mirrors, cake serving set, etc. Out of the hundreds of items I ordered, there was not a single miscounted item or error with the order and out of all of the huge boxes I had shipped over the 18 month period before my wedding, I think only 2 small items were damaged in the shipping (they were small plastic fairy tale horse & carriage cake toppers but I ordered a few extra at like 0.39 a piece just in case that happened as they were extremely fragile). Everything else was in excellent condition.I highly recommend Wrap With Us if youre planning a wedding or shower & want unique items in bulk for a very reasonable price. I had no idea what all I even needed to purchase for a wedding until I just started browsing on their website. They literally had everything I needed and wanted for my wedding- which was sort of a complex fairy tale theme (I incorporated ALL of the princess fairy tales into my theme and Wrap With Us had favors and accessories for each princess/style). This website is like the Oriental Trading of weddings!! Love it!!!!

Ordered a photo frame from this company. The service was great-the frame was shipped within one business day with no issue- but when I opened it, it was slightly damaged. It had a couple of scratches and imperfections which really stuck out on the white background. When I called to complain they were quick to offer to replace the product, but this required UPS picking up the old package which was too much of a logistical complication before my event. The customer service rep said we dont open every product that comes from the manufacturer which I thought was a pretty ridiculous statement-theyre the final vendor and hold responsibility for ensuring that everything shipped to their customer is in perfect shape. If youre ordering from here, make sure you leave a few days to sort out any issues!
I ordered cross for my baby boy Baptism its take only one week and I love it thanks for protection and I told my sister to order stuff for her daughters baptism because you guys have amazing stuff just the shaping was little bit more than I thought
Most worst customer service that I have ever received. They entirely spoiled my girls birthday party. We have ordered one item of count 125. after 2 days they came back and told me that that Item is not in stock( to check the item stock they took 2 days) so I changed the item and the customer care representative checked the stock and told they have them in stock and receive by feb 28. march 1st i only contacted them as I haven;t received them, now the customer care told me that i may not receive till march second week .they are claiming that they contacted me but i never received any email
So we make an order on a weds and were told they had them in back get a call a week later to be told they dont have them and wont get them in and offer absolutely no help here we are less then two weeks till my daughter party with no favors

The item that was ordered was smaller then expected. I actually measured it with a ruler and it was smaller then what it said. Next I returned it and was told that I would receive my entire refund back and I would have to pay for the shipping to send the item back. Of course I paid for this shipment and also the shipment of them sending the initial order. The person who answered the phone pretty much told me that I misunderstood something that I know was told to me. She then went on by saying she has been there for over 15 years which I did not understand the relevance. People make mistakes but unfortunately I was the one who lost out on this.
They have a great selection, warehouse needs some updating where pricing and placement are concerned.
My 2nd order with Wrap with us was slightly stressful. However, Marys excellent customer service skills solved the problem effectly! Based on the reviews I almost didnt shop with their company. Im glad I tried them out with an initial small order which went smoothly. And again although we had a problem with my second order, they solved it professionally! Thank you!!
Syosset location is closed! I checked website before leaving to confirm hours, didnt say closed! Had no idea until I drove there and saw closed down sign! I wish someone would update website and google with this info!

The store is small for the amount of products they offer. Some of the staff are great, while others are lacking in their customer service.

I normally dont give Negative reviews, but i just had to warn people about this company. I placed an order about 2 weeks ago for a religious event. It was the favor, bag and blue ribbon with gold edges and my sons name printed on it. I received the order and the ribbon had my sons name misspelled, so I called them that day and explained to them what happened. They Re-shipped my ribbon for the 2nd time and when I opened the package, I noticed the name was spelled correctly, but now the ribbon was wrong. They sent me just a plain blue ribbon with no gold edges. I called them Again explaining the misprint AGAIN. The girl working there gave me the excuse that its the height of the season and thats why my ribbon was misprinted. So, it should just be ok to inconvenience a customer 2 times just because its the height of the season? Thank God, I placed my order well in advance to my event, because if not, I would not be able to use the ribbon with my favors because of all their misprints. Then she went on to say that my original order was sent to me in a timely fashion.... ya, it was but my sons name was Misspelled. Then she just hung up on me. Her name was Jen. If this was my company, I would be appalled by the customer service these girls showed. You do not hang up on customers.
Terrible company! And I ve been reading the reviews and they are pretty much the same. They shipped tonthe wrong address, dont vommunicate at all. Dont care about the customer but charge you instantly. Never ever again. Etsy is way better!!
Are these guys still in business? Their website hasnt been up in weeks & no one answers the phone. I left phone messages & emailed every possible email they have and still not received a response from ANYONE. I ordered mason jars beginning of May, received them & then needed to return them. Returned them middle of May and never received a credit.
They lied about the products description. Ordered one thing and once it arrived it was hideous and embarrassing. They have yet to talk to me via phone or email. Im furious. How very unprofessional.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Wow, where do I begin. Im currently arguing with an employee of Wrap With Us via email, their name is Erin, shes extremely rude and unprofessional, I dont know her roll with the buisness but Id fire her if she was working for me. I ordered 500 tins for bars of lotion that I make and sell, I was worried theyd be to big for my bars because the measurements on the website were quite bigger than the measurement of my bars. They came (after receiving NO TRACKING NUMBER) and did not fit my bars, so natrally I figure no problem, Ill just return them I go to ups and it cost me $56.44 just to return them and this shipping cost to get them to me was $26.99. So now Im out $83.43 (one third of the cost of the product) and they wont refund the whole total of my order. Now Im arguing with Erin about weather the website is misleading or not. Im so disappointed in this business, they are unprofessional, rude, conduct terrible business and are liars.

I bought a bouquet holder from them in May and I sent it back a few days later because I wasnt happy with it they never refunded my money I have called countless times couldnt leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full Ive emailed them on both PayPal and their personal email and i still have yet to get a reply back and it is July extremely disappointed will never buy from these people again
