We got the exact same stove that we had tried to order through another company but were not able to. his price for that particular stove was unbeatable and we ended up picking it up that same day. Jerry was responsive and completely accommodating with our schedule in regards to picking it up from out of town. we look forward to working with him again and cant wait to see what kind of other products he gets into his Warehouse in the near future. I got a $650 stove from them for $400 and its in perfect working order. When I went to see it I told them I wanted to buy it and they held it for me for a week. During that time at least 6 people inquired about it, but Jerry was true to his word and he held it for me. When I went to pick it up they had shrink-wrapped it and protected the sides with cardboard. Jerry even helped us get it in the truck. Being a landlord I deal with a lot of vendors, and this company is one of the best Ive ever worked with. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

This place was a lifesaver! After purchasing my first home I knew I needed a new refrigerator...and I WANTED a new washer/dryer. A friend recommended Syracuse Discount Appliances and I am so happy! I was able to get a top of the line refrigerator at an amazing discount because of some minor blemishes on the side that won’t even show and are hardly noticeable. Because of how much I saved I was also able to get a new washer and dryer!! A few months in and everything is running beautifully, they were so helpful and friendly over there I highly recommend them.

Jerry is a stand up guy who even came in on his day off to help me with a new refrigerator. I drove about 4.5hrs round trip, so thats a testament to his service and value. Id highly recommend Jerry for your appliance needs.

Jerry hooked me up with a 2000$ fridge for 800$. Fridge had no damage until I put a dent on the door moving it in. New door is on order for another 250$. Still a great deal!I think it was returned originally because someone peeled the rfid off the water filter and assumed the filter light on the fridge was due to the fridge being defective. Their loss!

AVOID THIS PLACE. THE SO CALLED Warehouse is not even real. You go to a locked door with a sign that says Syracuse discount appliance. After calling they admit they are really the next door 5 star business name on the door. by no truth can they call it 5 stars except by the business name.The so called warehouse has 2 vehicles and dozens of printers. About ten percent of the place is actually for stoves, refrigerators and washers and dryers. Half are marked damaged like not cooling and such or they tell you a model you pick is sold. Also a $125 delivery fee.The people working there are useless. One man said its all 100 percent less than lowes. After pointing out his failure at math he said he doesnt really handle the sales of appliances. The place feels more like a drug smuggling transport operation more than an appliance warehouse.If you get your item home by delivery and its broken they claim it has a factory warranty but thats a lie. even if parts are covered the labor is never.Truly avoid this place. You will have a better deal at an actual store or Craigslist than this shady spot. Buyer Beware.
