Good place to give your vehicle winter undercoating. Quick and efficient service!

First of all, the scheduling was a complete nightmare. It took 3 people including a manager to get me scheduled to complete my truck. Once scheduled the driver that was supposed to pick up my truck at 9am was 30 min late. From there we did a walk around and I explained any issues that were already existing on the vehicle (scratches, dents, etc.). The man left with the vehicle and when he came back he looked like he was covered in dirt (which is fine if he wasn’t driving my new truck that had just been detailed BY HIS OWN COMPANY). I signed the warranty registration and Joe Dirt went on his way. On further inspection of the undercoating it is apparent that my custom Bilstein shocks that left yellow and blue have now come back black and undercoated. The kicker is they didn’t even undercoat the whole shock absorber they did what they could see and the inside jus,t caught some over spray. So I have two questions the first and most obvious is why weren’t the shocks taped off given that they are a custom item? Second, the part of the shock they under coated all the way was the plastic boot, they might not be aware of this but plastic doesn’t rust. This is an ongoing issue I will update as needed but as of right now, this isn’t someplace I will be allowing my vehicles to go ever again.

Bought a new truck at the dealer these guys picked it up and dropped it back off upon my arrival I checked the truck over they did a fair job at best missed spots on the frame had undercoat all over my step bars and the side of the truck and scratched the door up real bad ... owner called me back the following week most disrespectful arrogant person Ive ever talk to nor him or the guy in charge were there the day the truck was done sat and insulted my intelligence for 10 mins on the phone raising his voice to the point I said Im done with you ! So be aware that this no somewhere you want to bring your new vehicle now Im out $400 and a door I need to have fixed not to mention bare spots on the frame Ill have to now have done professionally!!!!!!!
