Love this place! But I was in a rush to dropOff my car yesterday and today realized I left my wallet in my car…..and I can’t get ahold of anyone. Good thing is they keep your car inside and safe while I’m there care bad thing is if you happen to leave anything inside and it’s the weekend. You’re sunk.

This is a great place for inspections and tires and whatever else you might need for your car. People are friendly and accommodating, plus they try to get your car in and out as soon as possible.

Went for an inspection, everyone was nice and the small issue they found was advised of honestly. They didnt try to make it seem like a big deal when it wasnt so we would spend more than we could.

I have been using them for about 20 years for services ranging from basic oil changes to replacing brakes, mechanical issues, etc. I consistently tell people that if they say something is needed, then it is - you can trust them. I do feel the prices may be a little bit high, but is worth it if I trust what they are doing AND that they are doing a high quality job.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and did not honor the time. 3 hours later for something they told me should take an hr, I called and they told me they hadnt even taken the car back yet. So they just werent going to call me and let me know when I needed the car by a certain time? No. Then they gave me attitude when I said I am just going to pick up the car without them working on it. Left my keys in the car with the car unlocked in the parking lot. Will never go there again. They deserve to lose business.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place and recommend them to everyone for repairs with maintenance!!! My car went in sounding and feeling one way and when I got it back OMG IT WAS LIKE BRAND NEW. They also made my niece car like BRAND NEW minus the body lol but I ABSOLUTELY recommend them

Recently visited for sputtering problem on my 1970 Corvette and they were able to diagnose and fix promptly. Ive been going to these guys for over 30 years and always get the same great level of service on my vintage cars. Theyre locally owned, convenient, honest, and have always been spot on for repairs. Thanks and hope theyll help to keep this baby on the road for another 25!

The engine on my VW was cranking slow, so I took it into Fehlman Brothers. They fixed it while I waited. Tested the charging system and the battery, which is 5 years old. It looked like a bad battery, but they offered to try charging it to see if it would recover. But it has an issue for a while, and 5 years is enough. So they replaced the battery and I was on my way. The best thing about this place is that I trust them to find the problem and fix it.

Been here a few times for repairs which was fine. Recently I called them to have front lightbulbs replaced. They refused to even have a conversation because the headlight bulbs were not purchased from them. Called another garage, which did the replacement with no questions asked. I will no longer use Fehlmans for mechanical services.

My friend just had a very bad experience there where she paid a couple thousand to fix her car. When she picked it up they said it was still broke and it was nothing that they could do to accommodate her. As the mechanic if you cant fix it you say you cant fix it. You dont take someones money and try to fix it and then cant fix it and then dont want to accommodate them any type of way to make it right. Being theyre not family-owned they cant be respectful when it comes to people hard earned money or have any decent morals when it comes to the customer .Especially when the customer has paid you not once but twice on two different occasions to fix something that you havent fixed . Go somewhere else save your money theyre not what they used to be

Was looking to pay for labor rates too have a part installed, they refused my services because he wouldn’t make money on the job if I provided my own serpentine belt, The Nissan dealership apologized for Feldman careless act, called the shop to confirm then gave me 15 percent off for bringing my car to the dealership. Mechanics who get high only refuses work!!!

I had gone to Fehlman for years, but theyve gotten way too expensive and my last experience with them has me looking for other shops. I knew my truck needed front brake work, but it didnt vibrate. I took it in stressing that I needed a NY inspection. Long story short, after $2500, I didnt have an inspection and the brakes vibrated. When I brought it back, they charged me to test drive it!

They are always honest with their work, never trying to “add on” more charges that aren’t necessary. I’ve spoken with Mark, Ron, and Will and they are always very professional. Thanks guys!

Inspected my scotter

I had been having problems with my coolant system. They burped it and charged me about $70 for this service. If I had been smart I would’ve argued with them and not paid. Midas had done this for me for free, more than once, after apologetically not being able to diagnose the problem. It runs fine for a bit after being burped, but obviously some really unkind problems occur in the middle of February when the air gets back in the system. Long story short, they don’t care about the fact that they basically took a cap off and ran my car for twenty minutes...robbery. Never going here again.

These guys are honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled. More than once they have told me the truth even though it would make them less money. For example: they diagnosed my fuel pump but told me to take it to the dealer because it was probably under warranty. They turned down a $500 job to save me money (stupid me for not knowing it was under emissions warranty). On top of honesty, the quality of the work is top notch so you feel confident on the road. Not to mention they are friendly. They can be a little pricey but cheaper than the dealer for same quality and much more honesty. You get what you pay for here.

Being a few thousand dollars poorer today than yesterday might have cost a star but that wouldnt be fair. The guys are competent and I can trust them. I might not always agree but I have no reason to doubt their motives. Theyve kept my 11 year old vehicle running in top notch condition for most of its life. Cant ask for more than that.

Fehlman Bros is simply a great place to take your car. Ive been a customer for over 20 years. New cars old cars. Honest, friendly service which is sadly a rarity in their industry.

I have been a customer for about 25 years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. My vehicles came back clean and I never had to bring them back because the job wasnt done correctly. I believe they are a bit more expensive than some other garages. But you get what you pay for, and thats quality in every area. Id rather pay a little extra knowing I can be confident in what Im driving. Because at the moment, I have two new leased vehicles, it is not necessary to go to Fehlman Bro. When the time comes that I have another used vehicle, if I need service, Ill be going back.

I have never seen a vehicle these guys couldnt fix or figure out the problem first time, heavily trained and individually skilled. Can even take on fleet vehicles, if it fits in the door they can fix it.

I took my 2005 Nissan Murano to get serviced. It had a Service Engine Soon light on. Two years ago I paid $150 to have the issue diagnosed. At that time, they just turned the light off and then the light came back on. Two weeks ago I took it back to them and their computer told them that the catalytic converter of the car needs to get replaced. They advised me to buy the converter and flex pipe assembly. I bought them but because of the higher price of the service which they offered, I took the car to a different shop to get the work done. The light still came back on after a couple of days. I went back to them and they advised me to pay another diagnosis fee of $150, denying that they advised me that I needed to buy these two parts. I have paperwork which their service adviser wrote stating that these were the parts that needed to be replaced. In the end, I did not need the converter or the flex pipe assembly. I took it to yet a third shop and was advised that none of things were causing the light to come on and the issue was actually in the spark plugs, which had NEVER been checked by this business even though I have been going there for years.

I was with my friend there to fix something for his car even the service takes some time longer, them prices higher but they look professionals

Somehow my previous post was removed (mysteriously). Brought my vehicle in for an inspection a few years ago, mechanic took it for a joy ride for 15 min. Came back, completed the inspection only to fail it for the ebrake not being tight enough (which he tested by revving the engine in first gear and feathering the clutch until the vehicle lurched which any vehicle would at that high of RPMs in 1st gear). Gave a quote of over a thousand. Took it to another shop that passed it. The ebrake requirement by NYS is subjective but I felt they were being dishonest and fishing for extra work. The vehicle passed inspection a year later by a 3rd shop without problems. I would not go there for any service again.
