The store does not employ enough people. Unless you make an appointment, you will not be helped if you walk into the showroom. I purchased from Bailey but she was unable to spell my name correctly. No follow up on the order. Failed to ship a light fixture with the vanity. I had to pick it up myself. Conclusion: product selection is above average. Customer service is poor.

I would never do business with Frank Webb again. Our shower glass was ordered on March 8th but that didn’t happen we didn’t find out until the middle of April that it was never ordered. Our contractor stated the renovation on February 15th and as of June 19th the only thing incomplete is the shower glass. I was told that it was on a truck May 3rd out of Ohio to Syracuse NY. I was told that they could deliver my glass but they had no control over the installer that goes out and measures the area and sends the order to Webb. In the short of it no contact with the installer told by Matt employee for Webb that he just someone they give work to and they deal with no other installers. They did give us a $300 discount on a $1650.00 item because of the delay. So in short it is my first and last time dealing with Webb.

Horrible customer service, I walked in to the building there was a man sitting at the desk, the first thing he said to me was I won’t be able to assist you I’m too busy. Please note there were no other customers in the store. But I noticed that he had time to call for lunch on the telephone and he left, a few minutes later a female employee arrived and I told her my dissatisfaction with his customer service. This lady did help me. If I was the owner of this company I would definitely address this issue with their male Employee. Why would I spend my money there.

Very friendly & helpful. Not high pressure sales at all. Beautiful showroom! Worked with Bailey Robicheau and she was super sweet & knowledgable. Huge help which saved me a ton of time searching. Told me to call her if I found a vanity I liked, but not a sink. Definitely recommend Frank Webb Home in Syracuse. Gave 4 stars only because I didnt find what I wanted yet. Need to look at some websites that carry the style I want.
