My husband and I went in there to check out some things we can put in our new house. We were not greeted, no one spoke to us at all. However we were being followed by the lady working there. Im talking about her being only 5 feet away from us throughout the entire store. Every single place we stepped. When I would look at her, she would put her hair over her face or mess with her ear piece. Its sad because I saw some items I really wanted in there. However, that was the first and last time we will ever step foot in that store.

The thing is, I havent actually been to Pottery Barn in a very long time. I walked past it a couple of weeks ago, and now Google wants a review. The reason I dont go to Pottery Barn is I really dont have the kind of money they expect me to spend on their wares. And, frankly, most of the stuff there now seems tragically dated and out of style. It is like its own sad time machine that only goes back to the early 2000s, when people used cream colored slipcovers and listened to Nickelback unironically.

What a big help! I called ahead, they had my choices on hold and even found the right one prewapped beautifully! Thank you associates at Destiny!

So frustrating we are in here trying to buy furniture. No one has offered to assist us and trying to look at products and they are covered in junk that you can see anything!!!! Most frustrating experience. So much clutter everywhere

So expensive, but well decorated on the inside with many beautiful items to make any house a home... God luck not wanting everything, lol

Excellent service and quality products delivered to store or home.

Nice furniture and household goods store. Unique items available and the prices are high.

The last two visits to the store it has been understaffed. The associates are working at a pace that makes people uncomfortable. You almost feel like you should apologize for managements shortcomings, please take this seriously so that folks dont resort to online and store ends up closing.
