Stopped in spur of the moment and Adrienne was incredibly helpful. We were under a time crunch and she did a great job working with us and making sure everything was perfect.We have not actually received final pricing and made the purchase yet, but so far the experience has been flawless.

Like many people thinking about a kitchen remodel, I went to many show rooms and big box stores to try to make sense of what cabinets where right for me. Budget was not so much of an issue, but lets be honest, who doesnt like a good deal? One of the last places I visited was Cabinets to Go. To tell you truth, I didnt expext much, but boy was I wrong! The cabinets are high quality, all plywood construction with full enxtention, soft close dove tail solid wood drawers.Choices are somewhat limited, but that helped me not feel so overwhelmed and the customer service was excellent. I cant say enough good things about my sales person Jack, but even when Jack was not available I received prompt and curteous help. Lastly, the prices are great. Got my cabinets, countertops, flooring and sink all in one place. Highly recommend

Highly recommended place to find your new cabinets at a very reasonable price. The staff were great to work with, and when our kitchen was finished it looked amazing! They also have flooring options that beat the prices of Lowes and Home Depot, but the selection is limited. They work with what we found to be one of the best natural stone companies Ive ever met and I did kitchen and bathroom cabinet remodeling for a few years. Its hard to find s place to get great quality in all of these areas, but Cabinets To Go meets and exceeds my expectations. When the granite countertops were installed you can hardly see the seem and they are immaculate.

I wouldn’t do business with cabinet to go again there twopart kitchen assemble suck they came out and put the cabinets in but no countertop when I call to get a update on the counter I got the run around and I will call you back but never did and Ryan he talk a good game until he gets your money so buy beware

Long story short, do intensive research because the only employees with any knowledge work in another state. Had no problem with the installers, the salesman/manager however was very misleading. Will be using another company for the rest of my kitchen remodel.

The bathroom vanity we had picked out at another store was suddenly discontinued, and we had to start the search over. I ended up at Cabinets To Go after several other stops. They were so helpful and easy to work with, and their cabinetry is high quality real wood - not the junk you see at Big Box stores. The price was the most reasonable I have seen for the quality, and the wait time is only a week if they have it in their warehouse. Highly recommend!

Ryan Johnson watched me open, pull out and spin (lazy susan) the different cabinets options. While answering my questions. He was very knowledgable about the construction and features. He also help me with flooring/granite suggestions. The samples i brought home are great and will be helpful in my decision.

Overall great experience, very knowledgeable staff. Quick design turnaround and more than fair price for quality kitchen cabinets. Go check em out!

If I could give zero stars I would.I had the best most UNFAVORABLE experience with Cabinets To Go in Syracuse. The quality is less than the what you expect and certainly less than you pay for. My order was not even completely submitted - when I called to check on where my parts were they said oh, our point of sale system changed and the order never got entered. I had to wait for months for critical pistons that finally showed up - but that was only because I kept calling, emailing, etc. The entire experience was absolutely horrible. Oh, and only order cabinets if youre good with assembling 1,000+ part projects because it was so overwhelming that my contractor walked off my job when he saw what came from Cabinets To Go.Bottom line: Cabinets-To-Go = Cabinets-To-Avoid

Went in to get a price. No one there, door open, its 2pm. No one came out from the back. Stood in there for 15 minutes in disbelief. How can this happen? It did, I left.
