Great customer service. I needed a replacement battery for my laptop, Battery World needed to order it. Only took 2 business days. They installed the battery. Unfortunately the first replacement battery did not work properly, but Chris told me to bring my laptop back in, the replaced the replacement, reset my battery drivers and my computer works like a charm. Needed a new car battery so I called and was told to come on in and no charge to install battery despite another place telling me that installing is difficult on my car. I went in and Conner put a new battery in my car with ease. The battery was a lot cheaper than other places. He was quick, professional, polite and respectful. Didnt have battery I was looking for....ordered it for me then and there, without deposit! Great service. Place is an OLD, single story warehouse/building. I was certain I needed a new battery. Based upon a friends recommendation to go to Battery World, because he said they are honest, fairly priced and provide great service, I went. They tested my battery, then the alternator, then asked about the cars symptoms and tested it again. They indicated that I did not need a battery. They could have just as easily replaced it when I didnt need one, but they were honest about it. I would recommend them and go back to them for my other battery needs.

We were trying to find some obscure batteries online via amazon, lowes home depot..batteries for solar lantern and solar light. Went to battery world, they had every item we needed available, quick and efficient service. Bob who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I am giving a five star review because that is all that is possible. I would rate 10 star if available. My son could not start his lawn mower. I put a meter on the battery and got zero volts, i.e. totally dead. Took the battery to Battery World. Bob tested it; it was perfect for voltage and cranking power. First, kudos to him for not selling me a new battery. He also gave me three things to check to troubleshoot the mower. Second kudos to him. I checked the battery with my meter again while at the store; again nothing on the reading where the meter should be set, but full voltage on a higher meter setting, completely confusing me. I went back in and asked an employee if he thought my meter could be deficient on the setting that gave me a zero reading. He noticed a symbol on the meter indicating low battery in the meter. Put a new battery in the meter, and it works fine. Kudos number three. And proof positive that my diagnostic skills are not very good.

I would definitely do business here whenever I need to. They were so helpful with changing the battery out even when it wouldnt start with the new one and one worker said it was the starter but the one helping us continued to try everything he could to get it going and found that it was a rusty/corroded wire connecting the battery so he cleaned it off and it fired right up. He went above and beyond and I wish I got his name but I didnt, thanks for all your help!! Great service!

Ive bought quite a few batteries here that performed well and were a very good price and had great customer service. I had a deep cycle go bad recently and brought it in and he checked it and replaced it under warranty without any hassle. Always a good experience shopping here.

Normally I receive outstanding service and competitive pricing. This time it was better still. Chris new what was wrong with my lawn tractor, a voltage regulator and told me how to diagnose it. Then they told me that a battery I was replacing was still good and only needed to be de-sulphered. They were right again.This place does not disappoint. Ive been going to Battery World for years. Followed them through three locations. I would seriously not do that if they werent the best!Not just car, boat, motorcycle and tractor batteries but all kinds of batteries. Cordless phone, rechargable razor, odd ball batteries as well.You drive your car inside for a vehicle battery and they test your battery and if need be your charging system.Todays visit they tested my battery and told me it was okay but not great so no pressure to buy. I had needed a jump to get my car running because I left my headlights on for maybe 15 minutes. Its winter and I dont want anyone getting stranded and their prices are so reasonable that I had them replace it.Oh and they have a wide assortment of flashlights, my obsession.

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago. I had purchased something online, but lost the battery. I wasnt sure what type I needed.
