We have shopped at this store for years.It is always a pleasure to do so. Products and Service have always been excellent. We have also shopped at its branch in Paris (next to the Opera) few times. It is out of this world in terms of scope of their products, quality and service.

Sales Rep was very knowledgeable, listed all the sales going on and was very friendly. The store was very clean and well stocked

Lindt chocolate is amazing. The store offers the ability to pick and choose the truffle flavors youd like to bring home, and they have seasonal flavors which are amazing. Some personal favorites are gingerbread, peppermint, pumpkin spice, cappuccino, salted caramel, and mint chocolate.

I recently worked there as a chocolate advisor. Amazing people. Always on top of everything. I had to quit due to school issues but it was definitely a great experience . Would recommend if hiring.

If you are not a chocolate fan, you ought to be and Lindt is some of the very best. I absolutely enjoy the variety and the colors. Tends to be a little pricey but, it is more than worth it.

Good selection and (obviously) amazing products. But I bought a bunch of loose truffles recently and didnt notice until later that they had charged me more than the advertised price.

We love the chocolate, but the sales people tend to be a mixed lot. Some are overly pushy. In the busy holiday season, the store has a disorganized feel, and chaos reigns.

Got to love a chocolate shop in general, but this one was great. Tasty treats and nice people.

The customer service is so bad. They are the meaning of rude rude rude people !!!;every time I go in there they have an attitude like Im doing them a favor buying their expensive chocolate.
