Absolutely rude delivery person. swore and yelled at me and my 76 year old mother, while my kids we in the house. refused to deliver 2 times because he had to walk through the snow to reach our fuel oil tank! Its Central New York, there is always snow. I have live in the same house for 3 years and we have never had a problem and there has been way more snow than there is currently. Plus, the second day that he refused to deliver, the temperature dropped to 6 degrees and we ended up running out of fuel and I have to go the a local gas station at 930pm to get fuel to just to keep us from freezing. this is also not the first time that they have let us run out of fuel. Absolutely disgusted!

I like the digital portal which is easy to navigate and see both current and prior payments and a history of use over time. I also like the excellent service I receive should I have to contact the office and speak to a person direct - your staff are very professional and timely and have great phone and people skills.

Always on time and Always Helpful do what they say they are going to do. Also they are friendly and polite

I have call the Bville office over 25 times and it goes to customer service and they dont seem to have any idea of what I am talking about.
