Terrible customer service. I was not greeted upon entering the business, nor was I asked if I needed assistance or had any questions. In fact, I had time to Price compare Amazon for the dip/ pull up station I was looking at. Not only did I get a better deal on Amazon, but I also got to try out the equipment and use their WiFi to order the workout equipment. Seems like the manager was too busy watching football to be bothered with my 500 dollar purchase. Thanks for the free WiFi, and super discount on Amazon!

For a store that has soooo many models they say they are out of stock on all the lower end stuff which makes you buy the higher end stuff. I asked if they would consider selling a floor model and they said absolutely not dont go to this place. You want exercise equipment and pay a 3rd of the cost go online

Extremely helpful and professional with any questions or needs that I’ve had for my home gym. Although the pandemic has hit many major online retailers in the fitness industry, Syracuse Fitness has been absolutely essential in what I’ve been in search of with the brands that they offer as a local business. Still reasonably priced and they continue to try to be throughout the navigation of what COVID has done to the market. Props and thank you to Andy and co. for always supplying the goods 💪🏼

This is a great store. There is a ton of equipment on the floor that you can look at before buying. Customer service is always great. Andy is also always fair with pricing. This business is also family owned and I think it is always important to support local people versus large chain stores.

Great equipment/Great service

I had done some research on my own looking into treadmill option, but wanted to see them in person and discuss options. I went in looking at treadmills, Andy went through a dozen different options until we found one that fit my specific needs. It was great that they had all of the models on hand that I could try out before making a decision. We scheduled a time to get it delivered to my apartment and it was delivered a couple of days later to my apartment, which they had no problem getting it up a two flights of stairs to the room it was going in. The two guys had it build really fast and made sure we didnt have any questions before they left. Great experience all around.

This is why brick and mortar stores are still important, the knowledge and customer service are absolutely the best. They were patient and explained everything to make an informed decision. Just recently when we needed a small replacement part they helped us with the same service as the day we were shopping for the treadmill itself.

Bought an elliptical from Syracuse Fitness about a year ago. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the store, smooth delivery and set up the next day, and most importantly continued great customer service after the sale. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a great experience! I not only saved a ton of cash, I felt as if I just spent a day at the spa! I was interested in a much bigger and more expensive gym package than I settled for. The gentleman that helped me didnt try to push me towards the Cadillac (as I thought I needed), he made me feel comfortable in the Accord! I told him my wants, needs and concerns; and he addressed each one single handedly. I felt like I needed to pay him for the tutorial, as I just received a PHD in Nutrition and Fitness. Cant say enough about the knowledge and friendliness of the staff! The place was extremely clean too!

I started building a home gym several months ago and I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received from the store staff. My equipment was delivered on time by a respectful crew and put together with the utmost professionalism. Cant speak highly enough about the quality of people and service at the Syracuse Fitness Store. I purchased a True bike about 4 years ago. Had an initial problem w/ the display LEDs burning out. They came in and immediately replaced the full electronics unit. Just this week, I needed a replacement band for the heart monitor strap. For a low dollar value item like that, they couldnt find one in inventory, but searched around and found the item off the floor to take care of me. Great company.
