The best place, for all Christmas stuffs. Good collection of ornaments . We loved, the different food stuff ornaments and the glasses. Pet ornaments was so damn good. The Christmas village seemed so perfectly arranged and they gave a Christmassy 🎅 🎄 feeling. Overall a good place to shop .😊

Recently i called your store to see if they had wedding cards for Grandaughter as i couldnt find one anywhere. I was visiting in the area. The gentleman said he would check. Coming back to phone he informed me he found none. Ten minutes my phone rang and he informed me he had looked again anf found two of them. I went in the next day and gound them, among many cards. I thanked him on the phone but you need to no this person went above & beyond to do this for a very grateful grandmother..

Overcharged one of the ornaments I purchased. They hand punch all the prices into their system. Charged $44.99 for a $24.99 item. That same item was also supposed to include a battery (according to the box), but did not. They probably took it out.

Was hoping for more cards at a Hallmark store, but, I found what I was looking for.

The store itself was lovely, they had a great/huge assortment of items and I was very impressed with just how many neat things we found that I havent seen elsewhere... however, the staff was extremely unprofessional to say it nicely. One of the employees literally followed my kids and I through the store and was not inconspicuous about it. Not sure if she thought we were going to steal or break something but its obvious by what my family wears and the $700 purse I was carrying that I clearly have money and if they broke something, I wouldve bought it lol. I finally ended up asking the girl that was following us if we were doing something wrong and she said no so I asked her to please stop creeping around. Then the 2nd employee told my daughter she wasnt allowed to touch the power wheels that was assembled and on the floor, she did this while my back was turned and I was talking to my son, I heard her reprimand my kid so I turned around and asked what happened.. the girl legit rolled her eyes at me and walked away lol we left after that bc clearly we werent welcomed. Let me add that my kids are very well behaved and respectful... Ive literally never had such a bizarre experience.. it was as though they hated children. So, if you have kids, definitely dont bring them here.

I always loved shopping at Hallmark for gifts and cards. They usually have a great selection. My fiancé’s grandmother passed away, so naturally I go there to get a nice card and a sentimental gift. I was in that store less then an hour. Two staff members were insensitive and immature. It shouldn’t matter how long I want to look at cards and gifts, especially when I’m spending money.

If you like to be harassed by the foreign owners that work here, followed like you are stealing when you literally have higher store bags with you. This is the place for you!! We will never return to this store! Once I called him out loudly to my sister, he immediately took of back to the register quick! There is no reason to need to FOLLOW people who are doing nothing wrong, the first time I seen him dart closer to us when I unexpectedly turned around and seen him dead stop, turn to try to look good. I work on retail, I know a harassing employee when I see one. We will take our business else where

New Staffers NeededI am in he market for 2020 wall calendar. I walk into this store, but didnt see a calendar kiosk. I went to the employee I saw, so I ask him. The guy looked down, as he negatively responded. While walking out of the store, I see a calendar kiosk. Okay buddy, if you dont know English, or want to learn it, go away. Ge directly back to an African nation, or the Caribbean, do not pass Go, do not collect $200, just go away. If the store owner reads this, the time was just before 3 PM, on October 29, 2019.

Very confused on why the phone number listed is somebodys cellphone number. When I tried again they turned off the phone..... This is a business, correct? Its sad that Destiny will literally rent to any business now a days without any standards in place.
