Ordered online and got curbside pickup during COVID. Worked great.
Never order online for in store pickup!!! I was an hour and a half late for a wedding that I was a part of because my online order took the whole day to send to the store. Other customers were coming in, ordering and getting their items before my one simple item was done. The lady in front of me was dealing with a problem with her online order as well. Better off going to that Trophies store
Great customer service. I duplicated an order by mistake and the customer rep. Canceled it for me right away. I explained to him i was trying in input a promo code for free shipping when i mistakenly duplicated my order so he even credited me my shipping charges.Very happy with my treatment and serviceMaking my holiday shopping a pleasant experience, what could of been a very costly mistake.
