Fossil watches are my favorite, a lot of different choices, colors and styles to choose from at discounted prices...staff was particularly nice as well.

The store managers are very rude and impatient, never bring children in the store as well cause she will speak very inappropriately behind your back. And the two times I have visited two different mangers had no idea what they were talking about and lacked information. And very rude.Other then that the sales team was very nice and knew a lot about the questions I had, I think the store would do better if one of them were running it.-Thank you sales team for making my visit fast and easy, would of been better if I could let my children in the store without feeling harassed and unwelcome, fossil management please step up your game.

Don’t let them touch your watch! Stopped in to ask if it was possible to get a battery changed in my son’s watch (it was not a Fossil brand watch). The employee was kind and stated they usually don’t replace anything but Fossil brand watches, but if he could get it open he would do it for $10.50. He got it open and replaced the battery put the case back on and handed it back to my son. My son tried to adjust the time but the crown/pin would not pull out and we couldn’t adjust the time. On closer inspection we noticed the case back was not put on straight. Meanwhile the store said there would be no charge. I was not sure what had happened so we took it to a jeweler at the mall and he explained the stem was most likely broken because the case back was not put on in correct alignment. He opened the watch and sure enough that was exactly what had happened. W were quoted $60 to fix the watch.We returned to the Fossil store to speak with the employee hoping he would offer to pay for the repair. He was adamant he had not broken the watch but his hands were shaking so badly he dropped some of the pieces. The Manager on duty listened from the counter but did not offer to help or show any interest whatsoever.Consumer beware is all I have to say. I will never shop there again. Yes, I’ve purchased a watch from them in the past but will not be making that mistake again!!

I bought a refurbished watch and right away the links started falling. I took the watch back to the store and they fixed, couple months after. I was walking and the watch fell from my wrist,and a lost a link, I took it again to the store and they couldnt fixed, I mailed the watch to to services-us.fossilgroup.com and them want to charge me $ 70.00 for a new bracelet when they can just add the link that was missing. I will never buy a watch at fossil store again.

Nice collection v cooperative n courteous staff n value for money

First got introduced to the fossil brand when I bought one of their wallets through TJ Maxx. Loved it and have shopped right in store ever since. Staff is friendly and helpful, but never pushy!

I did not know about the refurbished watches available and on sale. I receive an excellent leather band watches for under forty dollars as a fossil fan thats a steal.

Went in there to get my Fossil watch refitted. The lady that helped me was very nice and worked patiently with me to find the size that felt right

I bought a wallet for a gift and wanted to exchange it for another color. Went back to the store with receipt, gift receipt and credit card I purchased it with but they would not exchange it.They said I needed my license to switch wallet color. I didnt have it and drove 35 miles to get there. Ive never needed a license to exchange OR return anything, EVER. Done with Fossil.
