I have been a Pawn Pro customer since arriving to Upstate NY. Im a retiree of the United States Airforce with over 22 years of meritorious service. Being a veteran had allowed me to travel and visit many bases and forts. As everyone knows that outside of all bases and forts that theres ALWAYS a pawn shop and I patronized a bunch of them. Pawn Pro on Erie BLVD Syracuse NY is by far the best that I ever used. That Paul is so great at making your experience there a pleasant one. Im happy to see that his stamp is starting to manifest on the rest of the staff.

Went in to try to find a paint sprayer a couple months back, they tried to sell me a discontinued paint sprayer (meaning there is no support from manufacturer) at retail price. I told the guy that he was selling the thing at retail price and then he said “welp that’s all I got good luck”

Everything they have is either brand new or in great condition. Theyre not pushy sales people either. Ill definitely be returning to them before I go pay full price on any electronics again.

Good merchandise, but I wanted to sell 2 items, one of which was $230 and the other was around $150. I was asking $150 for both but they told they couldnt even do that. Both of the items are basically new and should be easily worth that much. Never seeking here again.

If you know what youre looking at you can find some good deals here. I occasionally like to purchase Video Games from this location, & have found some rare games for decent prices. Also they have a friendly & helpful staff.

I went in there once to check it out and the service was amazing and worked with what I needed because I own a pizza shop. Prices were respectful and I ended up leaving the business with some equipment for my pizza shop. Ive been going there ever since because it is hard to find exactly what you need for a reasonable cost and great service. Im glad I went and tried it out so now I know where to take my business now. Cant beat their prices in the 315 area. Thanks a lot boys for the help.

Every experience Ive had there, I was treated very well and the prices were fair. Ive even promoted the store to others when they were looking for tools or electronics. I also really appreciated the respect offered and politeness of one of the owners(Brian). I, unfortunately, will not be going back after the experience I had with the other owner(Paul) yesterday. I found an excellent deal on a 27 monitor and the associate I dealt with was very nice. He asked if I wanted to test it out and I stated that if there was anything wrong with it, I could just bring it back. He agreed. I brought it home and immediately hooked it up. The screen had two scratches in it that I didnt really notice until looking at a white background. Theyre deep enough to give a rainbow effect which is very distracting. I immediately called back to Pawn Pro and was told to bring it back in and theyd see what they could do for me. I drive another 25 minutes back to the shop only to be told by the owner that I should have noticed the scratches before buying it and that he wouldnt do anything for me. Im really saddened by the fact that my favorite pawn shop would treat me as poorly as one of the owners of Pawn Pro did.

I first went to their store out of curiosity, just to look around. Everyone is kind, helpful, & the area is always very clean. I dont think I have ever gone there w/o finding something interesting. Gifts, tools, movies, electronics, they have a wide & always variable selection. A very entertaining place to browse around. I have never sold anything to them, but I have seen other transactions, these people seem right on. I recommend them as an extremely neat & organized garage sale, priced right!!

Dont bother selling anything here thats not brand new and in box. Even in that case youre better off selling it yourself and cutting out the middleman, they offered me 15 dollars for a once used chromebook that retails for 130 and over online. Thats not even 15% value! Ive taken other things here as well and was offered insultingly low prices.

Place is a ripoff. Offering you mediocre prices for items that run upwards of 100s of dollars. Cant blame them considering it looks like nobody really goes to the store and they are in a pretty poor neighborhood but if you are looking for a good price dont come here unless you absolutely need to get rid of your junk and want some cash doing it.

I worked with John when I was in search of a SNES. He was awesome! Got me a great deal on a console that works like new, and put together a package offer I couldnt refuse. Highly suggest going and working with John!
