Hardly any time had gone by when she was helping me. Linda addressed all my needs and concerns. She was professional, charming, friendly, and very caring. I am a senior citizen and she took the time to address all my mattress purchasing needs, some I hadnt even considered. Our sales rep, Loren, was very attentive and informative. He helped us pick a mattress firmness and then showed us many different styles and options. He also demonstrated the adjustable bed frame, which I didn’t think I’d like, and ended up loving. Our 6 year old was tagging along and was very rambunctious, talking over Loren at times. Loren wasn’t phased, he talked to our son and was able to keep on showing us mattresses at the same time. The first bed was delivered a couple days later and the delivery team was great too! They were quick and thorough, and made sure everything was completely set up to our satisfaction before leaving. What a great experience all around. Thank you!

The Mattress Firm Tacoma store really went over the top to help us. We had purchased a bed that coast over 4000.00, slept in it for about 80 daysAnd tried to break it in the best we could. Bought a Purple 3 at Mattress Firm about two years ago. I had a problem and needed to use the warranty on it. I found the online hard to do so I brought it in to the store and all the people there were extremely helpful. The process was very short. I went back in to either keep the same bed or try another. I was looking for a mattress and stopped here to look around. Linda Miles was very helpful with what I was looking for. I said I was looking for a queen size mattress and she explained the difference in fabric, material, and getting the right mattress for your sleep position. I bought a queen size mattress and it was delivered the same day. When they put it on the bed frame I found out that it was a full size bed frame. I didnt measure the frame before going to the store. The delivery drivers took it back and said to call the store to order the right size. By then it was fifteen minutes before they closed. The next morning Linda called and said that she got me a upgrade for no extra charge. I picked it up and took it home. Im happy that they were so helpful to fix the problem that I made. Thank you.

Went in with my wife to buy our first bed together...we were greeted right away by Wendy. She was extremely friendly and knew exactly what she was talking about. Im sure she was pushing for certain brands and whatever but they gotta make their money and I get it but the point is she knew her stuff and she sold us on it. Went in to look at the Purple Mattress. We had already done our research online but wanted to experience the mattress before making a final decision. They had all 4 varieties on display. My shopping style tends to frustrate most salesmen looking to close deals quickly. Fortunately I came across a team of sales-women Linda and Wendy led by Kheala (the humblest boss I’ve ever met), who were super friendly and beyond patient with me on my numerous visits and rescheduled deliveries leading up to my eventual Purple Mattress purchase. I did my best to find a better deal. I literally brought their printed estimate to Macy’s (the only other Purple retailer in Tacoma) who couldn’t match; much less beat their quote. To be honest, the staff made such an impression on me that I couldn’t have bought anywhere else even at a better price. These ladies were a breath of fresh air after 2 years of garbage customer service in Germany. They made me feel valued and appreciated…Bottom line; buy your next bed from the Tacoma Mattress Firm while these ladies are still there.

I went in today looking for a specific mattress online that I took a screenshot of with the listed price. I was immediately assisted by Loren Allday who took me to displays of mattresses that were similar to what I viewed online so I could try it out. He then proceeded to his station to finalize the sale and realized the mattress I wanted wasn’t available. He sold me a mattress that was similar but was $420 more than the original online price of $479. He price matched what I wanted from online and I saved $515 w/ taxes so I couldn’t have been happier! My delivery of the mattress was great. They were fast, friendly and cleaned up before they left. No complaints at all. But it was my in store experience that really impressed me. My original order from Macys ended up being delayed for at least two weeks which was unacceptable for what I need the mattresses for. I headed over to your Tacoma, WA store and was helped by the manager. He was able to find me two comparable mattresses within the price range I needed. However, we later realized the delivery date was really cutting it close. So, sales associate, Linda, stayed late to research mattresses and box springs in which I could receive in a couple of days. She called me as soon as she found them, provided a sku so I could view online and invited me in as soon as they opened the next morning as they had one on display. She was able to secure the mattresses I needed, along with the boxsprings and provide expedited shipping. This team worked hard to make up for what Macys could not provide. I am extremely satisfied with the service and product I received from Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm customer service was great. We went in searching for a twin mattress for a 8 year old bunk bed. We didnt know what to expect since I have never been to the store. It was so nice and clean and welcoming. The staff was bot pushy and the rep that helped us allowed us to walk around and browse. He ask what we were looking for and made some suggestions. Zero pressure and extremely stress free. Turns out we purchased and that process went really quick. No high end pressure sales from this team. I would highly recommend.

Purchasing the mattress was super easy, the only thing that was disappointing was the false advertisement on our purchase, I chose a specific bed because there was a 40% off on the bed we got, he even went to confirm and said yes it was 40% off. I also did my math so I knew what to expect when purchasing. When he processed everything through and gave the receipt, the price didn’t look right so I went back to that specific bed and told him that this didn’t match with the price. He stated that “oh the price tag is wrong and that he couldn’t give me the 40%off,” at least honor because it was y’all’s mistake. Previously before entering the order, He failed to mention anything when he was finalizing the paperwork. At least mention during the process of the sale about the percentage discount being wrong instead of me having to confront to you about it.
