First of all, Rocky was great to deal with. My wife and I had been looking for a Toyota Sequoia for her for months. We had found several and test drove many of them. We didnt find what the wife wanted in the price range so we expanded our search online. We saw a Sequoia at Motors NW. I talked to Rocky, made a deal over the phone and drove the 350 miles to do the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. When we got to the dealership Rocky greeted us immediately and was great throughout the whole process. Now, several months later, the vehicle is still running perfectly. We have done a few things to the appearance. I would definitely by another vehicle from them... in fact I will. Next spring when I am ready to by a Toyota Tundra, I will give them a call.

He wasn’t abrasive or pushy how some salesman can be at other dealerships, he showed us a couple suvs that we were interested in and made it work for our family. Jordan Kemp was our salesman at Motors Northwest. He was very professional and respectable and made the process very easy for me. I made a fairly quick decision that day with the car I wanted and Keith was a huge help in the finance department. There were only a couple things that I had issues with that kept me from giving them 5 stars. I was told multiple times by Jordan that he was going to fill up my gas tank before I drove off the lot. There was plenty of time to accomplish this. After all the paperwork was done, I was given the key and 7 dollars cash for gas. This threw me off. Drove it to the gas station myself and spent 60 dollars to fill it up. I wouldnt of had any issue if there was no mention of filling the car up but they brought it up about 4 times and still didnt do it. I just wish some of the communication was a little better but I love the car and will recommend this place to others.

Purchased my dream car from Motors Northwest dealership in Tacoma Washington from Tony Townsend. Pressure free environment and honest communication from the entire TEAM.

My daughter and I stopped by to test drive a car this dealer listed. The sales person was very personable during the initial interaction and during the test drive but when it came to price negotiation, it turned into a hard sell experience. They listed the car for just under $13,000. The average dealer price range for this particular vehicle is just under $11,000 to a high of $14,000 depending on condition and mileage. They bought this car at auction for no more than $8,000, most likely much less. My daughter offered $13,500 out the door. That would provide the dealer with at least $3500 profit on a vehicle that has been sitting on the lot for months. Their response was to say the lowest they could go was a little over $15,000. Needless to say we walked away. They tried to convince my daughter that they offered the best deal in the area and showed us a list of other dealers advertised prices...we all know that ad prices are not the best deals but rather the deal the dealer would like to make...highest profit they think the market will bare. They obviously didnt really want to sell this car for a reasonable price and make a reasonable profit. Profit above customer satisfaction for sure should be their motto.

Im new to Washington and needed to find a new car for my daily commute. I went to multiple dealerships, met many different car salesmen, and even private sellers who were aggressive or completely dismissive to what I was looking/asking for. I had people change the price of the car by multiple thousands, completely ignore a check engine light after I expressed my concern about it, push me to try to purchase a car over the phone without any information or pictures other than price and the carfax, and just being disrespectful when I couldnt make an appointment to view the vehicle that day while I was at work. The employees are very unprofessional and there customer service is terrible.Avoid buying car warranty from this place!Warranty I was offered from Motor NORTHWEST was called “WHEELZ” and barely covered any of my repairs especially when I was told that the “platinum “ package would cover bumper to bumper. I had my vehicle for leas then 6 months and I already have had to spend over $2000 out of pocket because the warranty would not cover my repairs.I should be able to take my vehicle anywhere I want for repairs to be done. I was told I had to goto “Bitter Lemons”on south tacoma way.Not my preferred shop to take my vehicle for repairs again!Cheers and good luck on your Vehicle shopping.

Buying a car for me has always required almost preparing for a marathon. I expect a long day of testing cars, haggling over price, haggling again over contracts... NOT THE CASE HERE! In fact Anthony bent over backwards, was attentive to my every text, ensured that he worked with my timing (I am incredibly busy with a 24/7 job and family). At one point I said I had basically a small window of time to work with and he performed magic and made it happen. OK OK.. price.. thats your question. Dont worry about that here. They are about selling cars and being fair. I left the lot WITH EQUITY! I know that will not always be the case with how much inventory and how on demand their autos are, but the hands on effort is worth checking them out. 5 stars for sure.

Anthony Black is the best dealer that I have ever worked with. He gave us the best deal on something we didn’t expect. Anybody looking for a gently used car I would go through Mr. Black you won’t be disappointed. He takes especially good care of his local military personnel which sweetened our experience with him.

So I get to northwest motors & as soon as I pull up my car is looking sad of course. Jordan is there to greet me as soon as I get out of the car which I loved because I didn’t have to chase Any body down around the car lot! I let him know what I had going on what I was working with and what the last people told me. Jordan made sure he did his job and made sure my daughter was taken care of our whole visit.. Jordan promised me a safe and reliable care especially for my child and that was given! 10/10 I 100% recommend ! When y’all pull up ask for Jordan Kemp you will not be disappointed !

We were shopping for a cargo van that would meet our needs for exploring the outdoors and traveling cross country. Motors NW had some vehicles that seemed to be within our price range and size. We set up an appointment with Rocky Hartwell and drove from Salem OR to Tacoma that day. Rocky met us as we drove into the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles. We purchased a 2018 Chevy Express van with low mileage and had all of the details we were looking for. The paper work was much easier than what we thought, especially buying from out of state. Keith Jackson was a pleasure working with with the final paperwork and his knowledge with the Oregon title and registration documents was a great help. My interaction began via e-mail with Motors Northwest. The responses were quick and personal. Arrived at the dealership the following day and met Anthony Black. He was great! He met with myself and my wife and was very attentive to our needs and budgetary constraints. He worked with us for a day and a half and was able to get us into the vehicle suitable for the family and within budget. I would highly recommend Motors Northwest, and especially Anthony to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. We drove 50 miles to purchase from Anthony! Thank you Anthony for a great buying experience. I only rated 4 stars because there were several employees who were not wearing facial coverings when around customers.
