Wonderful donuts and friendly staff. A bit pricey for individual donuts, but the dozen was a bit better. Wonderful selection of cake donuts. The staff was really friendly and the place was clean and welcoming. Had books to read and was very inviting. The chocolate cake, maple bar, and Bavarian cream were our groups favs

I like the large open space and large tables, if you have your laptop there places to plug in!! Plus all the books, check it out. Coffee is delish👌❤️

The best Doughnuts are worth a proud price. A Gucci Scarf cost 400. Food for thought 🤔

The doughnuts were okay and the lady was okay she wasnt rude but definitely NOT friendly also the coffee just wasnt good.

Went in for coffee and a donut. Donut selection is pretty decent. They definitely took there time with the old fashions and made them more appealing. I had the glazed and chai old fashion donut. Great taste on both and just right amount of moisture. Coffee was good, pricey but good. Drop the prices a bit on the menu items and it would be a place to stop by every day

Much better than Dockside Doughnuts! A little over priced, but very good! I will say... The doughnuts 🍩 are HUGE & very pretty! The shop is nice. I bet its way better pre-covid! I will go again for sure. The coffee was also really good!

Doughnut selection after noon. Over priced, and can’t heat any banana bread or loaf. Nice staff, but with no place to sit inside I’m left disappointed.

It was ok. I had a raised doughnut that had been sitting which affected the texture of the doughnut. Also had an oat milk mocha and it was delicious.

Pretty good doughnuts, but nothing to write home about. Their coffee is pretty good, and the folks are super friendly. I mean, a doughnut is a doughnut, right?.? Nope! Theyre not bad, I just prefer a different pastry. 🥮

Not super impressed. Wish they had comfy furniture. It’s nice to have books available on the shelves to read, but not exactly a cozy place to sit to enjoy coffee, a donut and a good read. Decor is ridged and gives off a cold vibe. Donut selection area is at the beginning of the line and only one party at a time can view. Have to wait in line just to see the selection. Boo.

A secret coffee shop with amazing doughnuts

The place is nice and new on the inside. There are lots of places to sit and read or surf the web. The donuts are of course delicious and the options are endless. The fact that top pot is a chain keeps me from giving it 5 stars

Great spot. They carry heavy whipping cream for the weirdos like me who like it in their coffee. Lots of coffee shops Ive noticed dont carry heavy whipping cream, but this spot does. The guy who looks like a q tip lol, he helped me out and made the experience great ✌️

Their Old Fashioned donuts were good. Besides that though, I wasnt overly impressed.The shop did seem like itd be a pretty cool spot to chill though. Its got a neat vibe to it.

Ordered a dozen pink rainbow sprinkle doughnuts for birthday pictures. I ordered a couple extra doughnuts (old fashioned glaze and maple bar). They were very pretty and absolutely delicious! Top notch doughnuts. I’ll definitely be back.

Doughnuts! Unfortunately Top Pot has lost most of its small local cred. I still love the donuts and the coffee is good too. If you need that fresh made doughnut, this is probably not the place since they dont actually make doughnuts at the Proctor location.

Great selection of donuts, always taste fresh. Coffee is super strong and well made. Everyone is always friendly and the location is great to relax or get some work done in.

Nice facility on Proctor. Very limited donut selection in early afternoon. Pricey. 2nd time correct change not given until prompted. Happened at the 2 Tacoma locations. Staff needs to pay better attention.

Great pastry...the choices were varied, but I missed the cream filled donuts...service was good, and my mocha was very smooth and good. A little pricey, but very worth it.

After years of wanting to try this place out and living 3000 miles away did not help I was basically disappointed. The employees were not upbeat and the product tasted like it was a week old.

Enjoyable coffee but there arent any vegan doughnuts which is a bummer. Vegan milks currently offered is soy and coconut, would be nice to have some more but not deducting a star for that. Im just bummed that I couldnt get a bit too eat since they have so many types of doughnuts but nothing vegan. The coffee I have had twice so far was delicious!

We came to this Top Pot in the Proctor district of Tacoma to see Casper Babypants. The place was PACKED. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially with all those children, and everything was clean. Books line the walls that arent windows giving the place a very cozy feel. Will definitely be back.

Donuts are good. They import them from Seattle. Which is unfortunate as I was hoping they would have had that just fried smell. Ugh.

Its baristas are as typically friendly as any other of todays coffee shops. Its coffee is good and priced normally. Its doughnuts are reportedly good ( I didnt have any, but heard a satisfied customer sing their praise ) but highly priced, its WiFi was ok. They have a code protected restroom that was lean. There is outdoor seating on its Proctor street side .

Never got the the hype for these guys but doughnuts are good and they manage to make good doughnuts.

Not as good as Portland s Voodoo Doughnuts. But for that need it now sugary fix they make an awsome pastry, and thr dark roast coffee is wonderful

Utterly disappointed by Top Pots choice to locate in Proctor Station - a controversial development that has left the surrounding neighborhood very upset with its monolithic structure and unconcern for impact on our quality of life.Considering Top Pots gorgeous resurrections of different buildings in Seattle and that some of the founders are from Lakewood - why would they choose the McCorporate location in Tacoma? You did us wrong, TP. I was waiting for you to rejuvenate a building on Hilltop or something.The donuts here are pretty good - but they are quite pricey. The Ovaltine Latte is awesome. BUT - Tacoma is a city of Donut Destiny with amazing places like House of Donuts, Legendary, Le Donut, Dockside and - my favourite of all time - Paos on 6th. TP needed to step up their game here, but decided to put in their B-Team instead. Were worth more than that!!!
