Ordered a door for a shed building we built and its perfect. Eric and everyone else we spoke with were very helpful and got me what i needed. Very happy with the price, service and the quailty of the door we purchased.

Grace in customer service is one of the rudest women with whom I have had the displeasure of speaking. After reading your customer reviews it appears she has left others with the same opinion.. Not a good way to attract customers.

Trying to get a Quote for several weeks now for 2 new Garage doors, 2 Dealers refuse to reply and Dana Reed at Northwest door just put me on Ignore, Refuses to answer calls or eMail, I got no idea why this would be difficult, I come with model number dimensions and Cash.I did Try before 2-3 years ago to get a door here, pretty much the same result, Installer came out and found he would need to cut away a little Concrete to make room for the larger door I wanted, he ran away and never responded to anything again, it was clear at that time, he had no idea what he was doing and now it appears nothing has changed!This order Cash and carry,

Rude, so rude! Usually vendors calls are very pleasant and friendly but this lady really has some customer service challenges. Each and every time she calls we literally cringe!

I am a General Contractor that deals with higher end homes. We had a garage door torsion spring break on a home that was listed for sale and set to close today, pending the completion of the replaces torsion spring. I called the service department to verify that the spring had been replaced, I was met with a very rude individual that was of no help. She answered the phone in a rude aggressive tone and I was told all they can do is see if the job was scheduled. She refused to call the tech and find out if the work had been done. I provide very high customer service to my customers, this doesn’t sit well with me. I will not be using them again.

I called Northwest Door to get an estimate for replacing both of our house garage door openers since one had broken and both were over 20 years old (obsolete). Grace gave me an estimate for two Liftmaster 8355W door openers and scheduled the installation for the next day. Dennis showed up early the next day and installed both new openers. He hauled away the old door openers. The whole operation was totally professional and I couldnt have asked for more. Northwest Door has been around for many years, and customer satisfaction is the reason.

I, like anyone reading this did my online research before picking Northwest Door to replace a damaged door. I went into the showroom, looked around and then spoke with a salesperson for a quote. Everything was well set up and professional until it became time to schedule the install and talk payment. Apparently the salesperson didnt feel like I was as ready to one and done my garage door shopping as I did because she stapled her card to the quote and told me to call when I was ready to schedule. I sat there. She told me they were scheduled four weeks. I sat there. She told me she was the scheduler for all residential installs. I looked at her, waited for the offer to schedule, which never came, and then left since she clearly could not get me out of the showroom fast enough. Customer service matters and cost Northwest Door a really easy sale.

One of their employees tried to ram my car just to not let me get in front of him. There was room. This person must not have common sense because you dont drive like a agresive idiot when you company lettering all over your vehicle. Please learn how to she the road instead of being an agresive driver.C19652g

I called them about my garage door not functioning properly and Grace, over the phone, troubleshot the issue and told me how to fix it. Thank you Grace!

I hate to give bad reviews of local companies but I just have to share my story to at least give you an idea of what some have dealt with. I am not a person that just gives reviews when things go bad but also when things go right. After Northwest door was done installing my new door I had several parts of my tiny door that needed attention. After my initial call of concern and spoke with the sales associate I have made several other calls and never received a call back to remedy these issues. I am giving a 1 star for poor customer service and poor installation. After spending $800, I should not have broken parts from the installer and other areas that I need to redo my self. Had they at least reached out to me after calling I would not of left this review.

Rude women on the phone... I spoke with 2 of them. However, the mobile estimates guy was very nice.

Great service for all your garage door needs!

Overpriced! $45 for a remote and $400 for the opener! Frighten ridiculous!
