The store used to be NRC the new staff members are nice and a few of the old staff have remained. A lot of the really good vendors dont seem to be on the menu anymore. Like the company Paris. Not very many half ounces or ounce choices for high quality except a few. Looks like a lot of the suggestions have been on the dry side and not very good tasting. They do have a few companies at this new zips location that Ive tried that are good.

This is now another Zips, but nothing wrong with that. Great deals, great people, great selection.

I had a great experience going in there. The employees were nice and respectful and informative and let us know whats the best and her experience with the strain. Overall amazing store. Kinda small but thats okay.

I have to give it 3 stars because, the Asian owners were totally on it and, since then Ive not had a good experience. The Flower i bought was Sunset Sherbet bong buddies half Oz. and it was so consistent, the flavor, the smell, then I went to buy the same smoke but, from a different brand that he said was way better and tastier than the other brand i bought, so he suggested it and, it was horrible. It was really dry, lost a lot of flavor sitting on the shelf, when I looked at the harvest date it was 13 months old. Sorry, not coming back there. This isnt the first time, it also happened when ( I believe) they were changing Ownership, and it wasnt the new Owners, it was a month or so before the change, the old owners were a little discombobulated during the change. At least, thats what I think 🤔.

Seems like a nice place w cool people. But I bought a strain of Unrivaled x Papaya from Funky Monkey. The pesticides make it literally tastes like tires and I had to smoke like four spliffs just to get a decent high. Do not buy from this grower!!

Been coming here for about 6 months and have had consistent superior customer service and product. My boyfriend likes flower and I am into edibles. NRC has a large selection of both. We drive past about 6 other shops just to come here. So worth it.

This is absolutely my favorite place to come to when visiting Tacoma Washington. Their menu is so affordable and the selection is awesome. The staff are all very nice and helpful and very educated on their Products. Donovan and Zach are also a big help and full of smiles when they greet me at the door make sure you check them out when looking for all your needs when it comes to recreational or medical. Convince being on south 38th street price is a little high as compared to bloom cannabis in midland but its a usual last late night stop to hookup a sack and they stay open until 11:59 but I aint saying the guy will be letting anyone in but it is what it is not that bad not that great but good

Bought their top shelf brand and when I got home tried it out it was moldy and tasted horrible went to exchange or get my money back nope. They say there is nothing they can do offered 20% off on my next purchase but I got to take the loss of the money I already paid out for the product. Smh

Very poor service. Stood at the counter for three full minutes before anybody even acknowledged I was there. The budtender was more focused on figuring out what song was playing than helping me with my product.

Really love this store. Moved to Lakewood and we still drive over here because the staff is great and the selection is normally pretty good. They recognize me and are friendly to me. Im medical and always get an ounce of the same thing every two weeks and they always have it for me. Love this place...They start their elderly discounts out @ age 50, others start out @ 60+ that IVE been too. Every bit adds up, plus its nice to get a discount on items that you buy regularly. Indica crumble and flower are among my regulars.

I have a couple of friends who used to work for this company, and being one of those people who always asks about the work environments of my friends and their co-workers employees before I give the store restaurant, etc, any of my business. Suffice it to say NRC will never get my business no matter how good their products may be. Theyve told me that this is a HORRIBLE place to work! The employees are very poorly paid and are treated as if they were nothing. Benefits? 🤣🤣🤣!The people Ive spoken with tell me that they are treated as criminals, not to be trusted. You know, I have no qualms about a person flaunting their wealth if thats what trips their trigger. But I do have a problem with someone doing it around your employees, whom they pay and treat so poorly. Its like rubbing their noses in a fresh steaming hot pile of Dog Shit. Like, I am all of this, and you are nothing. If you have a problem with this arrangement find yourself somewhere else to work. You are easy to replace. We dont need you!

I always go here because its close. And they have good deals and happy hour times. Everyone that works here are very friendly except one guy is rude everytime I come in. Generally good place.

I called before I went in. The owner answered the phone, he was really nice and gave me a bunch of options and had great recommendations. When I got to the shop the owner checked my if and then walked me to the counter and asked his employee to get all the things we talked about over the phone. I ended up buying 2 items and both are amazing. It has been hard to find good product at a reasonable price and tonight I found it! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This business is one of the most friendliest places one will ever do business with. Everyone from the doorman to the person that shows you the merchandise are chatty, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The parking is a little odd, due to the fact that there is copious parking north of the building, but people all want to crowd in the area of the front doors. No big deal. They have sales and they will describe the merchandise to you in detail if need be and their own experience lends credence to the product that they are selling. Great place!

This has been my new go to spot especially since the hours are great for anytime you need more medicine. I started taking edibles for medical reasons about six months ago and their expertise is so valuable to me. I had been to several places in the past and explain my situation to the person behind the counter and purchased whatever they recommend. Nothing seem to be quite right. My first visit here I explain my situation to the girl behind the counter she immediately said oh I know what you need and grab the product. She was right.. I finally found the right product. If they run out they will call me when they get more in. I leave there in a good mood, happy with my purchase and satisfied with the price. I hope their management team realizes what pure gold they have behind their counters

Normally i haven’t shopped with NRC, however, now being a faithful regular I just wanted to add how the budtender, “JJ “went above and beyond for me last week and was so sweet and kind to me, and I think even went a bit into his own pocket to make the previous experience I had right, that’s costumer service that can’t be matched. I just started, recently becoming a regular at NRC due to the fact that you sell two heads distillate and for a great price! ( especially during happy hour🤗😉)I will however now be a loyal regular and that’s bc of JJ and how he absolutely went out of his way to make my experience there 💯.
