2021 0803Everytime I go here things get sorted out. I lose my stress here because I the reassurance of top customer service. Guy came out to the parking lot after me while getting in vehicle asked you the one needing help? Went through a couple not a few books and a few dashes of the pen to paper and wallah! Parts on the way free shipping and tonight or tomorrow soonest. Just got to have the phone ready to answer to go back and meet Steve again and the shop pitbull. They have a machine shop here and all the right tools here. This store is impeccably neat. I hope everyone has great experiences like I do and If you find yourself here.... just know help is inside just have to listen to them and yes be specific when asking about what the vehicle is doing. The details are hunted down like detective work and every purchase held the biggest bang for your buck!Hope this place never goes away in the generations to come!

Bummer. Bought a Napa branded battery a couple months ago. It completely failed and won’t hold a charge.The store won’t replace it under warranty because I don’t have the original receipt and they can’t look the transaction up on their system. But people can’t keep every receipt for every item they buy. The fact that I have the broken battery in my hand should be proof that my battery is broken.Garbage warranty policy when your Napa merchandise performs so poorly.I won’t be buying more items like this from Napa.

Bought an AC compressor belt and was too big, wrong size. Called and was told to return it, I had receipt. Female mgr with an additude stepped into the convo and refused to honor the return because I didnt have the packing sleeve. VERY poor c/s. I have a classic car and will never buy from Pacific NAPA again.

Machine shop said it was done.. came from Seattle and it wasnt done. They did nothing to compensate my time or fuel to make it right when I picked up the manifolds the next day. Dont go here. They dont wear masks and coughing everywhere too in the middle of a pandemic. They also have major attitudes.. if you dont wanna work here, find a job elsewhere.

The employee in question is the lady in fluorescent blue haired named Carrie. My dads box truck wont start across the street parked at 7 Eleven. My dad tells me to go across the street to Napa and ask for the diagnostics scanner and he already spoke to someone about it and got the ok for the loan in exchange for someones drivers license.I go in ask Carrie that I was on an errand for my dad and about the diagnostics scanner she tells me no and that OReillys may lend it to me. I go back to my dad and I tell him that I got rejected and he marches back into the store and wouldnt you know it he comes back with the scanner in his hand. My dads causasian and Im half Korean, was it because she trusted the diagnostics scanner in the hands of a white man? Idk all the fingers sure seems to point that way.

My experience with National was excellent . I arrived at the shop mid afternoon. Dave promised my work first thing the following day. The work was done as promised when promised. When Ireturned to pickup the work, I was recognized and treated in a courteous and professionalmanner. Judging by my experience, no problem recommending this shop to others. Ask for Dave.

The machine shop is GREAT. Dave and Brianna do a wonderful job. The only machine shop I trust in Tacoma. If you want a great job at a fair price, talk to Dave or Brianna.

Napa always does an excellent job. I highly recommend using their services. Theyre friendly staff always takes care of my needs fast and reasonably priced.

Good people, helpful and they didnt have my brake drums when I walked in, but they had them within a couple. The other chains had to order them over a week out to get. I walked out a happy customer.

Bought tire chain cables. Had my exact tire size. Sold me the correct size that was written on the box but the cables themselves weren’t the correct size. No one believed that I put them on correctly so by the time the issue was discovered, it snowed and now they don’t have any in stock. Worthless.

Kind rough on the outside. Had great service the first time I went there to buy a battery. Unfortunately when I went to return the core the worker there Sara wasnt very happy when I asked for her to help me get it out of my truck. Go to the one in Puyallup instead. Its worth the extra drive.

I have a lot of tools, my wife may call me an enthusiast, wait... that is definitely not the word. lol. But when I dont have the right tools, or specialty tools for my current project car, this is the place I go to get things done. Dave is an expert.

This place has the worst machine shop. I came in for a simple bolt extraction, I was told I would get a call the next morning with a price. 48 hours later I called them and was told to replace the entire flange. I went to a small exhaust shop on Tacoma Way and he fixed it in five minutes. Never again!

Brought my wheel hub and new bearings to be pressed. Apparently the on line parts place gave me the wrong bearing. NAPA called me and told me the issue, they measured and checked the hub assembly for damage as well. Luckily they had the bearing at another store and were able to get it done rhw same day. Didnt charge me to redo the bearing press.
