When we first walked in a younger guy who worked here was talking to a woman and he continued to talk to her the entire time we were there on Tuesday. He didn’t even acknowledge us the entire time we were there and it seemed like more of a personal conversation than helping a customer. There was a man who helped me he was older than the guy who talked the entire time and he had on this big necklace. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. This man is the only reason I am leaving 5 stars because that other guy sucked!!, the store was clean and nice but that guy was awful (the chatty one)

I love this place so much. Definitely think I love this store better then the other store we go too.So the other day I said the above statement and I have to retract that statement.I LOVE THIS STORE SO MUCH AND CHARLIE AND TRAVIS HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO MY HUSBAND AND I. I just recently started to learn more about crystals so I dont have much experience with any metaphysical stores but they had so many varieties of cystals, books, incense, and basically everything youd want. All of the employees were super kind and were all very positive!! If you get the chance you should definitely stop by and take a look. Their prices are even very reasonable, most places ask way too much but theyre amazing.

The owners are very knowledgeable and kind. I miss a few of the people who worked there before but I understand things change. Great if you know what you want and also if you want to get into something new.

Great experience. I went in to find some specific healing jewelry and they didnt have exactly what I was looking for but helped give me tips to create handmade bracelets with what they did have. They turned out great. Will visit again.

5 stars is not enough for this awesome shop. My husband and I came in today and were blown away by how many treasures they have! Each item we picked out in the bulk section have descriptions of how each crystal work, which was great for us first timers! We found exactly what we needed thanks to the friendly and kind staff

Very cool place with lots of crystals. Fun to do if you’ve never been in a crystal store before like me. When we walked in, they instructed us to wear these white cotton gloves before looking around. I’m still not sure why but I assume it’s so we don’t leave dirt or oils on the gems & crystals. They had small crystals starting around $25 up to several hundred for the huge crystals. Such a huge variety of sizes, colors, crystal locations, and even jewelry.I do wish they had a cheat sheet for the crystals like what they are, what they look like, varieties, and perhaps some of the meanings associated with them that I could take home or at least view in store because I had to use my phone to google while in store since I’m not a crystal genius (which is not a big deal obviously, just a little inconvenient and cell service wasn’t great for me)

You cant help but feel good in that store go get yourself a few crystals and bring that feeling into your home. Okay I love the crystals can you tell the people are super friendly and helpful everybody is everybody.

Very poor customer service from a specific employee. I did not feel welcome, was treated rudely, and was given attitude/tone even when I followed directions correctly. Very sad my first time there was so negative. I’ve never left a review before but for a shop to leave such a bad mark on me when I went specifically for the positivity really disappointed me and it should be addressed. Other than the downside, it’s a BEAUTIFUL shop with such a wide range of items you could look for and the other employees I bumped into were very sweet.

I really like this place, although ive only been once. the energy was a bit weird and some of the other costumers were acting really strangely (obviously not the stores fault) but one of the workers there was so sweet and reassuring as well as the other guy that worked there. i would like to come back again as long as the other weird costumers arent there lol.

This place has a strange vibe. I brought some stones in that I needed help identifying after calling to ask if they could help me. When I brought them in, they barely glanced at them. Maybe they were too busy, but I drove across town for their help. 😔

Ive come to this shop with my grandma since I was a kid and always had such wonderful experiences here, both with the store and the people that do tarot readings/aura readings, ect. Today I sent my partner in with a list of things to get for me while I was at work, and he said that he felt welcomed and comfortable there and that everyone helped him find what I was looking for. Mik wrote me a super sweet note apologizing for the things that they didnt have, and a note saying that they hoped I like the tarot deck they picked for me. The note made my day & I wouldnt expect anything less from the employees at Crystal Voyage. Thank you Mik!

Me and other half love this store. Our first trip was amazing and felt nothing but good energy. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I had so many questions and they had no problem answering all of them. I’ve been wanting a rare stone and I was so happy to find our they had a bunch of little ones. We have been back again in the same week and I know we will continue to come back and explore.

Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Store was well stocked and they smells of the incense were calming and welcoming. Will return many times over.

Wish I could give more detail but I cant even bring myself to enter. Whenever I go near it I just feel this overwhelming evil/negative energy exuding from the doorway. Something is just not right about this place.

I must say, their selection in crystals is the best Ive seen in the Tacoma area. The prices are very reasonable and they label 99% of their inventory so you know what the crystal is, and what part of the world it came from. They have some books and art as well, but this shop definitely specializes in crystals and does a great job at it.

Hi! I have been looking for a very special stone to help with healing. I have been in the Dark Night of the Soul for the last bit and finally finding my way out. Any how, I have been hunting a very very important stone. I came in and looked around, I didn’t see any so I asked. The said they had some in the latest order but not in the system or prices yet and offered to call when they were out. Slightly deflated I said that would be great. The Gentleman behind the desk asked what it was for and I explained a little, I needed it for healing and growing self confidence. He said hold on, let me help you. He went and pulled the beautiful pocket stones out and gave me time to find my friend. I cried, deep deep gratitude. I have not put it down since it found me. I also needed a pyrite to help synthesis, and the very kind lady helped me pick mine, it spoke to both of us. I had no idea it was Thankful Thursday so on top of all the other amazing wonderful things that happened I got a discount. I found all the things I need for healing my soul and the little one inside. The staff was amazing, supportive, helpful and very very knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of stones and they say where they are from and how to use them. I felt great peace within myself while I was there. I can not thank everyone enough that helped me last night. I’m so sorry that in my excitement I forgot everyone’s names but I remember your faces and I appreciate you all more than words can express. I love my new stone. I seriously love this crystal, mi eral and spiritual shop. It is definitely my favorite shop of this sort in all of Tacoma and I have been to them all. I feel like every person working here genuinely has a passion for what they do. You can feel the super loving and welcoming energy upon walking in. You arent made to feel watched over every second or pressure sales going on. Seriously I spend hours at a time here looking at every tumbled tigers eye until I find the one I love. This is where I go through this door to Andrea for a massage. The store is so concerned about their customers they provide white cotton gloves. I think theyre wonderful for that.

When I went in with my 2 year old, I expected to have to maybe leave just because I knew there would be a lot of glass and a lot to touch. However, I was pleasantly relieved that the co-owner of the store was so sweet to him and helped with him the entire time while we looked for all the crystals I needed. As I checked out she even played with him and she put my necklace on for me which was super sweet. I would HIGHLY recommend this crystal shop, they have anything and everything you could need. They’re caring and attentive too.

This was my first time there. I loved it. Much bigger then it looks from the outside. Lots of great crystals. Employees are so friendly and answered my questions. They even have free Reiki every Tuesday. Im definitely going to go and get some done. Lots of books and They have much larger crystals then you can find at other metaphysical stores. I highly recommend going there and giving them a look.

Awkward situation, wonderful store.. My girlfriend, Anne, accidently broke a 100 dollar glass egg. We took it to the counter to pay for it and the owner Charlie, was so very nice and wouldnt take our money on the accident. He was very nice about. So, we bought two bundles of sage, sweetgrass braid, perfume, and a book. The sages are pretty good and a great price for the area. The store has a great book selection, great crystals, and some pretty cool tapestries. I enjoyed the incenses that were on stock.

I had called the store to find out what herbs were offered and the woman on the phone was rude and short. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she was busy with customers but that’s not the vibe I expect when I’m thinking about going to the Crystal shop. I may change my review when I go in.

I’ve been to crystal voyage twice now and I love looking at all the wonderful crystals/stones they have. I bought something each time, and my 4 year old daughter always picks up a couple of the tumbled stones. The owners and employees are super helpful (and nice.) They are genuinely interested in helping you and answering all of your questions. This is definitely my go to spot because I’m just now learning about crystals.

I love this place and find it has one of the most expansive and budget conscious herbal medicine selections available in our area, as well as a fantastic assortment of books, stones, etc. I am instantly calmed the second I walk into this store, and shopping is usually a nightmare for me. Its a lovely place to be.

This is the place where I go to wander around and hide from life when Im having bad days. They have a fantastic selection of downright stunning crystals, incense, books, and an herbal apothecary that makes stocking up for the cupboard a lot of fun! Above all though, the staff is filled with people who are friendly, personable, and vastly knowledgeable on every area of the store. If you manage to find a question that they dont already know the answer to, theyre the kind of people to ask around and let you know the next time youre in- theyre what keeps me coming back!

My family has been going to this store since they were a little shop in the freighthouse square. Since the owners passing theyve held up the same excellent standard.
