Great shop! With AJ you get a skilled pro at a great price. They knocked out a new downpipe and muffler for me on an old Toyota. With quality and affordability comes a packed schedule, but worth the time to avoid a chain/big shop and support an independent business.

Agreed on a day to get my muffler fixed and on the day off, after I called a tow truck the shop told me that they are full. I already paid for the tow truck and had to make other arrangements. Very unprofessional and need to write appointments down in their calendar so they know who they book on what days.

Well muffler is working well for 2 weeks now, so far so good! I give them that. But tbh, I would not recommend this place to anyone! This place lacks communication skills and has the worst customer service ever!!! Will make excuses after another! Gives you the runaround not to finish what they started on and keeps telling you to come back later...which was a total waste of time! You’re best off going to a more certified and professional business where they actually get work done on the same day!

BEWARE!!! Went there and asked to get the old part back after they install the new Catalyc converter! Didn’t give me my old Catalyc converter back and after 4 months the new Catalyc converter went out due to poor quality. Yes, it looks a little sketchy from the outside but the guys there are friendly and do great work. AJ has worked on the exhaust for 3 of my cars, including one with a custom turbo setup that needed some very specific work done and everything was spot on and cheaper than the big chains for sure.

Honest shop, however just today I arrived at the business 10 past 10 am. Their hours state 10-6 M-Sat. Today being Thursday April 4th 2019. I waited outside till 10:45 and nobody had arrived to open the shop, when I attempted calling the listed number it just rang continuously unable to leave a message or anything. I am a firm believer in support local businesses but it’s not hard to see why so many others just like them struggle with the amount of unreliability and promptness to their business and furthermore the community in which they serve. Today June 13, 2016 I had a great experience of going to Jesus Muffler they were courteous fast working professionals trying to please the customer . I went there because the mechanic and his brother also told me Manny Santiago & son Fabian Santiago (Auto mechanics) on Canyon at Washington tire brother Chava Santiago ( Santis tires ) I trust their opinion I called some other shops like three to get a price difference that people had recommended not that I would go there but they said they were good . At Jesus Muffler and radiator they will have my business from here on out Tacoma off of McKinley . Made me wait for. 3 hours because i only wanted them to fix there crappy muffler installation that had broke free after only a month. Literally watched people get helped that had arrived an hour after i had been there. Wasnt happy although they did fix it there wouldnt have been an issue if did correct first time. The work is too bad, you could hear a noise from the truck and it was xk the new muffler that they installed was bumping and the welding was bad that it desoldered it did not last for a month I had to replace everything again
