I went to get service for my car. Customer service is the worse. The service department doesn’t answer the phone. They don’t provide you with a car or a ride. It takes forever for service. They don’t care about the customer at all.

This place is off the beaten path and i was hesitant at first that they could make me a good offer for my Toyota ‘FJ Cruiser that i was shopping around,. I COULD. NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. UPON entering the dealership, I was greeted with a level of hospitality rarely seen in south Florida. Not just by one person; every employee who I encountered. They actually stopped what they were doing to ask how they could assist me. I am talking about folks whose job description obviously did not include “greeter.”Then the sales manager introduced himself and quickly got the ball rolling, introducing me to Brian Shiner, the internet sales manager in charge of the valuation and acquisition of used vehicles. Basically the person who negotiates the purchasable of your vermicelli. Brian was a easy to work with, efficient and courteous. I really appreciated his direct approach to the negotiation and being up front as to how much i could realistically expect to get paid for my car.. He seemed to value my time and didn’t beat around the bush.He offered me more than 10% over the KBB instant cash offer, which was already q good one. This was one of my first stops so I will continue shopping for a couple of days. But unless i get a significantly better offer, I intend to return to Sawgrass Infinity and do a deal with them.Bottom Line: They are good people.

Extremely unhappy with the dealership service department. I have called and got an appointment a week ago for today. I only asked that I would need a loaner to commute to my business for my meetings and they said no problem on the phone. When I arrived and waited almost 20 minutes the service adviser told me that there are no loaners anymore and enterprise may or may not accommodate with a rental and I had to wait another half an hour. I just cancelled my service and took my car. I made an appointment with Infiniti Coconut Creek in two days and they confirmed the loaner with an email. Stay away from this dishonest dealership and drive 10 more miles to go to an honest dealer.

I scheduled a yearly maintenance and oil change appointment online. Drove 25 minutes to get there, and when I arrived they told me theyre very busy and to come back later. Rescheduled. Called on the day of my appointment to confirm they can accommodate me, they said yes. 30 min later got a call from them saying they got busy again. Waste of time.

We have purchased 3 vehicles form this dealership in the past 6-7 years. Its never been a problem until our last service visit. Loaners are no longer provided (at least according to our service rep.) Enterprise rental was provided which was horrible. They provided a 48K mile Nissan Sentra (POS) Then, since they are located on a toll road (Sawgrass Expy), we were charged an Enterprise Rental service fee for using the toll-by-plate. So just for drive to and from the dealer the toll was $10.58. We just sold our QX50 back to Nissan and purchased a Volvo XC60 from a dealership that DOES provide loaners.

I have never been treated so poorly, then I did at this dealership. Pier Russo is arrogant and pompous, and did not devote his time nor attention to my questions nor concerns. He then proceeded to help another customer prior to finishing with me. This dealership is extremely overpriced, and unwilling to work with you. Do not make the mistake I made. Try any other Infiniti dealership other than this one. Myself and family will never do business with them again.

Today, I had an appointment at Sawgrass.First, I arrive to an empty area and no greeting at all.Had go myself to a desk and asked I should I do.Was sent to the office of a service advisor, which was empty.After 10 minutes waiting, receptionist pass running to tell another advisor, that the one schedule for me was out. Then this guy went to say, I have my desk full call him again. To all this, I am was right there.So I walked out, after telling him that I did not felt welcomed.His reply was, nothing personal.First time here, always go to Coconut Creek, way better, so take my advise, go some place else

Found a used vehicle online. Spoke to a person who told me she was pulling the key for the vehicle since I was on my way. Get to the dealership and the car is in the process of being sold. Her excuse is, she isnt in sales. Would have been more beneficial for me as the customer, for her to actually check the vehicle is available, especially since I called her again 10 minutes before arriving. I am then told, Dont worry we can work with you because we dont want you to be upset and her and the sales manager pawned my husband and I off on a poor salesman who....surprise...couldnt do anything in our price range. What a complete waste of our time, energy and gas. Just confirms the old adage: Sharks and liars.

Sold as Certify Inspected but missing USB connector and rear speakers:My husband On 02/2020 a 2018 Q50 was sold to me as Certify Inspected by Sales Person Brian Shiner.Also involved on this: Sales Manager Alex MedinaInfiniti Consumer affairs representative: AndreaPer Andrea above Sawgrass General Manager was informed about this as well.Problem #1:After few days I realized car was missing the USD Center Console Outlet. Reached to Brian Shiner countless times without resolution. After several days he sent me the attached pictures offering me the missing part, but you can see clearly the cables were cut. Looks like they took it from another car.Problem #2:Rear speakers werent working and I took the car to another Infiniti dealer because car is still under warranty. They fount out rear speakers were missing. Reached Sawgrass Infiniti Sales Manager Alex Medina and after two calls he said he can not do nothing. Andrea from Infiniti Consumer affairs, who had this case advised me they do not want to take responsibility on this. I offer them through Andrea to take the car back to them to be repaired, but she advised they still do not want to do it.So make your own conclusions about Sales Person Brian Shiner, Sales Manager Alex Medina, and per Andrea even the General Manager.After this, would like to deal with this Authorize Car Dealership?

My husband and I went to Sawgrass infinity to purchase a car. We came with $15,000 down payment, excellent credit score, made a deal that was signed by my husband and the financing department. They wasted our time on numerous days telling us they agreed to the deal and had us drive back to the dealership, when we got there, they gave us the run around. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. They tell you to come by that they are going to make the deal work and then when u get there, it’s a new song and dance. They also ran the credit to god knows how many unnecessary places for no reason. Don’t waste your time.

I went to test drive a used car and they made a copy of my drivers license . I did not buy the car . This is the only dealer I went to and left my personal information. The next day I have been receiving massive amounts of spam emails . These emails have been coming in for the last two months and some have my name on them .

Extremely rude and unorganized I made a appointment in 2 weeks in advance and they dont have it in the system and refused to see my car for warranty work.
