He was super friendly on the phone and when I said I am worried about my budget he said its okay we will work with you. I thought it was going to be 300 plus because thats what I was quoted at another place, however it was 240 including tax. Super fast.....like under an hour. I did go early in the morning but like at 9:40am and got out by 10:30. Will definitely use them again.

When West Broward Auto, regretfully, ceased operations, I was looking for a reliable, equally competent, mechanic. I made an appointment for an oil change. It was completed and in the followng days I noticed smoke and, at first, thought it was coming from other cars. By the following Th, I determined it was coming from under my hood and was much more extreme. I took the car to Firestone and they determined that the cap was left off when the oil change was done. Much of the oil was all over the engine and other areas. Had all of the oil escaped, the engine could have been destroyed! I WILL NEVER USE THIS MECHANIC AGAIN!

They charged me $80.00 for an oil change and they guy was literally speeding in the back of a the building with my car definitely not coming back here ever againIm not a competitor in the first place, Im a customer thats all, I have a mazda 6, and I have ways to prove that I was charged $80.00 dollars for it, they customer service wasnt bad but just what I mention before its just the truth, I work in customer service also and I just didnt like the fact that I was charged way more money for it, but its fine youre only loosing one more customer and probably plenty more because Ill make sure people around me never use your services so no worries you all need the money more than me, good lucks.

This was first time having my brakes changed here, I will definitely come back to get an oil change. Prices are reasonable and the guy working here is nice and will explain in detail what needs to be changed. I had both my brakes and my moms brakes changed.

I had new brakes and rotors installed, plus an oil change, on my IS250.I didnt get the name of the guy doing the work, but he showed me the pads he removed and gave me a couple of options. I didnt feel like he was trying to up-sell me and my car was done in an hour. The waiting area is a good size and clean. The price I paid was much less than the dealership wouldve charged and I saved a few hours.I definitely recommend Mr. Brakes!!

No work to do...He would have proposed to change all of them seeing I am a snowbird. He did not. As a female, I’ve experienced some car shops that over charge or make up something that cost hundreds of dollars. I can’t say that with Mr. Brakes. I’ve been coming here for years and received the best service every time. He’s always honest with his prices and time. I never have to wait too long(call ahead of time to make sure he’s not too busy) and you get access to the tv that has HBO! It’s amazing! You’re silly if you don’t give Mr. Brakes a try.

Having seen the reviews I called to get a quote for replacement of my brakes and discs and was given a quote right over the phone. Very courteous and extremely reasonable prices. Great service and great prices! I came in for an oil change while on vacation and the owner took the time to show me additional things that were wrong, including the date of the battery and how long I can expect it to last. He didn’t pressure me to get any work done at all while in town. He just wanted me to be aware of upcoming issues that will arise and how much I can expect it to cost when I do go to my local shop so I don’t get taken advantage of. I can honestly say I’ve never had such great customer service in my life!

I went to Meineke to get my breaks checked and they quoted me for 650 dollars... Then I found Mr. Breaks and he got me in and out quickly for 200 dollars!!! Great service, and a great way to save money!
