Salesperson tried to tell me eggshell and satin are the same formula. SMH. He was Trying to pull a used car salesman approach and made me sick. Had to walk out.Went to Lowes where a trained paint/colorist knew what he was talking about so i could buy my eggshell Sherwin Williams paint.

I was in the Home Depot getting the normal crappy customer service thinking to myself why am I here trying to buy paint. I researched paint stores and saw this one had pretty good reviews and to my experience from today I see why. I am no painting contractor just a DIY person. Though I dont mind paying a little more for customer service it seems that the prices happened to be the same or less than what I would have paid at the first store I waited 10 minutes just to be ignored at. Now that Im in Sherwin-Williams system I believe I will most likely be going back for my future projects. They were very helpful in assisting me for my paint since my knowledge for painting is limited. I havent tried other paint stores so I cant compare except for to the big box retailer I was at in the beginning. I think a company who specializes in paint like this store should know and does know what theyre talking about which is important to me. If you need Paint check them out.

Outstanding customer service and paint knowledge from all employees at this location. I took my paint sample to Lowes and Home Depot multiple times and they just kept giving me the wrong stuff. Frustrated I went to Sherwin Williams and immediately the lady knew exactly what I needed,cant thank them enough.
