This company is a scam . He asks for cash app transfer and then doesn’t respond. Google needs to report this

This company should be banned and this Roger guy is quite the character, he answers the phone and try to come off as genuine and professional and will take your order and advise to submit payment through cashapp or Zelle, once he gets the payment and you think that your items will be delivered the day of your event, totally forget it, I booked this guy for my sisters memorial service and he was empathetic at first but is a low life and choose to create a fraudulent website with photos that’s copy and paste from other sites, and once you try to contact him to check on the status of your order, he doesn’t answer his phone and it automatically goes to his voicemail, but the heartache that you’ve caused my family, you will be prosecuted for this one, best believe..... don’t book or call the number present on the google search for Pretty party rentals, big time scam artist !!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Took my money and stopped answering my phone calls and never delivered for my baby shower. These people deserves to be prosecuted and I will get justice for my time wasted and event almost ruined. It’s a dam shame this Roger guy is still in business. STAY AWAY! The delivery went simple enough. I was stuck in traffic on my way home, so I called and they worked with me. The tables and chairs arrived within half an hour. The tables were okay, the chairs - not so pretty. But I needed them last minute because my first choice was sold out for the weekend. When I made my reservation, I was told the tables and chairs would be picked up on Sunday. When they dropped them off, it changed to Monday. They didnt want to work on Fathers Day. Okay, fine. Monday comes and I dont hear from so I call and Im told someone would be picking them up within the hour. Two hours later I call and Im told the driver is tired (!) and can they pick them up on Tuesday. Okay... That was actually bad for me, but I figured if they came early enough it would be okay. Ive been calling them for an hour now with no answer and I need these things out of my house ASAP. I am about to just leave them on the lawn because there is work going on in my house and I need to leave. I guess they dont want their stuff back... Very unprofessional that its hard to get someone to answer the phone and their voicemail is full! And Im sure they posted those 5 star reviews!!

I wish I could give no stars but I cant.These people never answered the phone and never showed up on the day of my event. I had to take my business elsewhere last second.Yall dont waste your time. Find somebody else. Theres a reason why they only have 2 stars as their rating. Who ever gave them 5 stars probably lied.

Wish I would have read the reviews on Yelp before I called this place. We had a party last Saturday and I had ordered 25 chairs for the event. Price was satisfactory at $1 per chair and delivery was $15. Person on the phone seemed nice and told me I was all set at the end of our conversation. On Saturday around 5:15 when the chairs were supposed to be delivered at 5:00 I called the same number I had originally, no answer. At 5:30 I called again, no answer, and the chairs were no where to be found. My party started at 6 and I was busy prepping and Entertaining and unfortunately didnt have a chance to call again. My guest had to manage eating standing up and just plain being up the entire party. The next day I called the same number and, magically, someone picked up the phone. It was the same guy I had spoken to before. And he remembered my order and date/time of delivery. I told him that my chairs werent delivered and that no one picked up the phone. He was so nonchalant about the whole thing (not really even surprised that no one had delivered) it was very upsetting. He said I guess I have to figure out why they didnt deliver. He guesses he has to find out? When I blew my lid at the stupidity he said trust me someone will get fired for this because I dont understand and I simply said if you are the manager or owner then this is on you that you didnt even realize no one made the delivery and didnt pick up the phone yesterday when I called. Today the party is over, the chairs werent delivered, and there is nothing you can fix about a bad service, and poorly run business. He never even followed up about why they didnt deliver or send a notice.If you have an event of any kind, especially a super important one, dont count on these people. They obviously dont care about their business or making sure things are delivered. Stay away!

These guys have brand new tables and chairs all the time. No rusting and fading chairs. I was well pleased with their service and was proud to have my guests sit in their chairs. They looked great. It made all the difference in the world.

Pretty would definitely not describe their tables and chairs. They were all rusty and dirty. And some were even broken. If it wasnt for the chair covers and table cloths the event would have been a disaster. I would NOT recommend this company at all. They dont even have a location. You have to go to their house to pick up the tables and chairs or they charge you a delivery fee. Gross is what I would describe this company and their service.

This people are Fraudulent, They take your order all your personal information, sends you and invocie and they never deliver . You call and call on the date of your event and They pretend like they are on their way and do not show up . The authorities need to stop them from causing more damage and ruining peoples parties .. This is absolutely unacceptable !Whoever this Roger person which Im almost t sure is a fictitious name, has to be prosecuted for his wrong doing .. He is a heartless individual and must be running some type of scam . In our case there was no money paid at front but We were left without tables, chairs and linens for our Mothers Birthday party that We had been planning for month .If no one has done anything about yet, I WILL!!!I will be contacting the authorities and also the media .I WILL EXHAUST ALL MY RESOURCES UNTIL HE IS PENALIZED FOR HIS ACTIONS !

NO CALL, NO SHOW! After all the phone calls and planning, we even met with the company on location the day before the wedding for a walk through, the company did not show up the day of the wedding! We had no chairs or tables. It was completely unprofessional and evil to do someone like that on their wedding day. There was no apology or explanation for their absence. Rodger was the main contact! DO TRUST HIM or THIS COMPANY!

You never delivered the bounce house that I ordered for my sons birthday party yesterday. I was told you were on the way around 1pm and I didnt hear back from you since then. I called you NUMEROUS times and you ignored me.Based on other reviews, you have done this sort of thing to other customers. How could you be so rude and unprofessional?! This is not how you run a business. I am going to report your company to the Better Business Bureau. You cant continue to treat your customers this way.

I ordered some tables and chairs from them on Sunday morning form my Super Bowl party and they delivered these items within two hours. Great service for a Sunday. Than cant be beat.

If I could put a 0 I would. Made a reservation to rent chairs for a party and was told I would be emailed an invoice and they would be delivered. After not receiving the invoice I called to double check the amount. The guy sounded clueless about my order sonthat should have been a hint. Low and behold the party starts and there are no chairs!! Very disappointing and unreliable service. Do not use.

THIS IS BULL CRAP!!!If no one has done anything about yet, I WILL!!!I will be contacting the authorities so they can put him in jail and also the media!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They showed up over 2 hours late. Took over 2 hours to set up a tent and chairs for 70 people. The tent was moldy. Chairs were filthy. I was told Id receive a credit on my account and still havent.

I rented with party rentals and got grade a service, they were on time and had good prices,i would highly recommend them to any one

I had made 3 phone calls to book chairs for my event. Each time I called I was told I would be receiving an invoice. I have yet to receive the invoice and have even sent an email. I dont plan on calling back. If I did book with this company based on the reviews, I would worry if my chairs would be delivered the day of the event.
